My favorite place of accommodation whenever I’m in Ortigas. It’s affordable and minimalist. They got just what you need for a pleasant stay. I love their comfy beds and pillows. And the best is their in-house massage that is so affordable.

For a Php2400/day type of a hotel… it was fine. No frills. No daily check if you want to have your linens changed. No proactive offer of bottled water supply or soap or shampoo. And ofcourse, Wi-Fi was… well, let's just say it works best for patient people.

Their room is comfortable and with nice amenities (pool, gym, game room, sauna). Restaurants and malls are just nearby that you can just walk. They can improve on their check-in service. With the influx of customers for the holidays, they should have set a better system wherein people should not line up wherein people who came in late may be served earlier just because they line up on a faster lane. A registry would have been better so that they can serve the first ones who came in. Also, they need to fix their elevator. Some buttons are not working and one need to hold the floor number so as not to let the elevator to miss the floor. It happened to me 4x. Button lights are dim compared to other buttons (both outside and inside). It will definitely give you a hard time knowing if you pressed the buttons or not.

Go Hotels was a nice and simple hotel. The room was a little small but clean and tidy. Free Wi-Fi was also provided but wasn’t that fast. The location of the hotel is really good since it’s very close to convenience stores and Robinsons Galleria. Shampoo, soap and towels were provided but no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc. Their shower had a hot and cold setting, which was great. Overall, Go Hotels is a good place to stay if you need a place near Robinsons Galleria and the pricing is okay.

My second stay at Go Hotels Ortigas Center and this time I stayed for 3 nights. The room is very clean with aircon, big TV screen, big bed and separate shower and separate toilet. The location is close to the mall with many restaurants, and convenient for shopping. There are also convenience store around and there's also a laundry shop just walking distance to the hotel. There are banks & ATMs around the area which is helpful. Staff very helpful and friendly, and courteous. I would recommend this place to to friends, and would rebook myself.

This is getting too old and worn by the day. Owe to its being popular as a "value for money" hotel. These days the showers are either already clogged w/ grime or just irritatingly dripping w/ that sound of droplets even when you have supposedly closed it. The staff too are grumpier these days (maybe due to more complaints? ). This was a fantastic best during its first year… oh well…

Go hotel in ortigas is neat. It is not as extravagant as expensive hotels but it is way more elegant than the cheap hotels. The room is simply designed but clean and complete.

It is a well located and well situated hotel in metro manila. Near Sm mega mall, Robinsons Galleria. Rooms are affordable, well lit and cool.

I've been here a couple of times and my stays have been okay. However, if you compare the price for the amenities and the kind of service, you don't really get your money's worth. Here's why. First, you're not allowed to eat in your room. Second, the vending machines have been under repair the first and second times I've been here. They finally got them fixed the 3rd time I checked in. The other vending machine only accepts the old 5 peso coin. Lastly, they don't clean the rooms that well. Considering the price, they should at least have a minimum level of cleanliness with their rooms. The room I checked in today (my 3rd time) smells like wet socks! I told the employees and they sprayed Lysol but that didn't do anything at all. The smell stayed! They did the same thing again but it was still there. I asked to be moved to another room but they said they're fully booked. The only reason I come here is because of its location, really. And I guess that's why they ask for more than they should. I give them a 2 star.

Nice room for the price. Great location and helpful front desk service. They booked us uber twice, without hesitation. Sad that they don't offer extra beds, yet charge an extra person. Nevertheless, nice hotel experience.

Neat and clean room. Comfortable bed. Shower essentials are provided, with separate shower and toilet cubicle. However, it is more expensive than other Go Hotels and room is not as spacious.

It is a good quality budget hotel. The room wasn't big but had all the usual amenities and comfort. The bed was super king size with very comfy mattress. Rooms are equipped with safes. Location is also great just in the middle of Ortigas Centre, a minute walk from Robinsons Galeria. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helfpul.

It's really budget friendly! I would really recommend this to my friends & family! Clean room & great maintenance! Good Job.

Very convenient and the room was great. Pillows were so comfy I slept very well. Staff very nice. The place is also strategic as it is just a few walks away from Robinson's Galeria and other fabulous restaurants. Getting a ride is also easy. No long wait at all.

Nakakabwisit lang kasi kahapon pa ko tumatawag sa go hotels ortigas kasi me question ako about my booking. Walang sumasagot ng phones nila. Meron din silang live chat na wala ring sumasagot? Ano ba namang klase yang hotel na yan. Nakakastress. Bwisit.

Nice and cheap. Room service not super great. But always clean and pleasent stay.

Definitely value for money, convenient to boot. Sadly maintenance is lagging behind. One too many rooms with broken shower heads. Internet service is now working.

Small room with nothing. Not worth for money. Highly not recommended.

It's an okay place. Cheap and simple. Tend to get very crowded downstairs if you need to smoke since it's near a lot of call centers. And I'm not sure if it's just me having sensitive skin but I felt a little itchy at times when I slept there. What's good: -affordable -simple looking room -Quiet -staff are very nice and helpful -near a lot of food areas and convenient stores What I didn't like: -The bathroom. If you're with someone and you're using the toilet, it's not exactly private and comfortable. The "walls" separating it is just a sliding thing or however you call it. It's translucent (good luck trying not to make a sound if you need to use the toilet) -food isn't allowed to take inside.

I was not happy during my last visit due to: 1) my room had no windows (claustrophobia attack) 2) someone made a mistake of encoding my room key to another guest. That guest almost opened my door and disturbing my sleep (3-4AM? ). Good thing I remembered to put the latches on.

Good ambiance. Clean room. The only problem is there is no water spray at the toilet. Show room is clean.

Clean and cozy… However, the room we've stayed was not sound proofed… During our stay, guest outside were making noises and we got disturbed in our sleep.

Decent, budget hotel in the city. Good walking distance to the malls. Rooms are clean, however, if you have large luggage like we did, the rooms are quite tight. Staff were prompt to check the rooms upon us leaving and caught us just in time in the lobby to give us our cellphone which we left in the room. Overall, not bad.

Checked in via walk-in over the counter. Was very satisfied how accommodating and how welcome the feel was booking a stay overnight. I requested for a quiet room with a window. The reception told me it wasn't guaranteed but after the whole process I was pleasantly surprised they adhered to my requests. The place is very good if your on a budget and the amenities were excellent for the price of admission. I highly recommend this place for anyone in town for a couple of nights on business or pleasure or just needs a place to put down their bags.

This was my go to place when sleep times were very sparse as it was just across the street from the office. The rooms are comfy and clean. They have big beds and lots of pillows. Rainfall showers are a regular in every room, and the toilet is also separate from the shower area. I just hope they maintain the published room rates so it doesn't get too expensive based upon occupancy.

Gohotels has poor service it is really just a budget hotel.

Good rooms, and right smack in the heart of Ortigas Center near Robinsons Galleria.

Most of the rooms have no window. Room layout is same with that of gohotel Manila but with small floor area.

Take a Long time to make up room. 3 to 6 pm every day. I wonder why you bother to make up room, when you sleep in a few hours time.

Disappointing. No mats on the floor, no videt in the toilet, you cant eat inside your room btw which is a bummer. Id rather choose tune hotel 5 mins away.

Rooms are new and clean. Very near the mall. Affordable place to stay in Manila.

Room is clean，too far away from manila, impossible to transfer to another go hotels, they can't check whether other go hotels are available. And early check in costs 560 each room, too expensive. Check in time is 2pm. Small room, some without window, nearby robinson.
