We had a quarantine stay and everyone was accomodating specially the Front Office team. We also appreciate Housekeeping Team for taking care of our needs inside the room. It is not funny to stay in the room for 4 days. Thank you so much DS for taling care of us, overall. All the staff during the party was so kind, helpful and very accommodating. We were so busy with the party but they always come to us to ask if we need something or if they can get food for us. Our hassle free package was complete with almost everything we need for our party. Everything went so smoothly because he’s very easy to communicate with. This is our second home, we are a frequent guest in this hotel. We booked almost 6 to 9 times in a year. Even my one and only apo love this place coz of good food and friendly staff. I also commend sir Charls soooo accomodatingkeep it up sir.

Our wedding preparation at Discovery Suites was superb! The warm welcome to us bride and groom was so sweet. Thank you for that delectable cake you gifted us. The staff are very accommodating, the facilities & amenities were really nice. What memorable experience that we'll treasure! We'll definitely be coming back.

If you see a good rating, it’s probably a bot or a friend of the hotel staff getting a kickback for a positive raiting. This place is not what it claims to be. The Wi-Fi hasn’t worked and they just keep sending a different incompetent person to try to fix it each evening. The breakfast selection is absolutely subpar. The hot water in the shower lasted maybe 3-5 minutes max. You can get way more for your money at basically anywhere else in the country. Edit: So, after cooling down and readdressing the hot water issue again. They are now telling me that there is nothing they can do. The most I’ll get is 5 minutes worth. I sure hope no one plans on taking a relaxing bath while here in this hotel. Lol. Good luck. Also, whatever you do, don’t be in a hurry. The elevators are so god awful slow. It took 6 minutes (SIX) to get an elevator the other day.

The staff is one of best parts of staying at the Discovery Suites Manila. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to ensure that you are enjoying your stay. Ps. Celebrating our 2nd Anniversary at the hotel is worth it. Thank you very much! for the delicious cake and pizza! We really love it!

We spent our weekend at Discovery and it was great. Our family enjoyed the room, the pool, breakfast and the staff's superb service. I would give our entire experience a perfect score if not for our checkout experience. My wife was patiently lining up at the counter carrying our toddler. She was suppsed to be next in line when the hotel staff ignored her and accommodated a younger gentleman instead and gestured with her hands for us to wait. We did wait. After she finished with him she didn't even apologize. I had to ask if there's any reason why she skipped us. She and her colleague said that they had to let the young man checkout first because he was the hotel owner's son. I thought that was bad customer service. As paying customers, we felt ignored and belittled. I hope they fix their checkout protocols for VIPs and guests.

The receptionists are polite. E had a great time at Discovery suites, the room is so clean, the kitchenwares are all clean and usable. We even enjoyed the use of the bathroom, mostly there is a tub. Overall it is a nice place to visit, it is so relaxing. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Discovery Suites Manila.

One of the best few accommodations I have ever stayed. Though the facilities are somehow aged a bit, but the service is definitely covers the shortfall. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone is polite and professional, most amazing is the houskeeper knows me by name and known I have requested not to clean my room in then past two days, how amazing to know the service to this level of details. Definitely recommend and I would very likely will stay again my next visit. Opps, the location of the hotel could be somehow an issue, if I have to be picky. It is directly opposite a big shopping mall Podium and SM Mega mall, which is extremely convenient for shoping and food, but it is also a double edge sword for the traffic. Typically you may have hard time on the traffic congestions or for Grab drivers to accept your orders.

After a 28 hr flight from the US the staff and management made checking in a pleasure. The room was immaculate with a very a nice welcome treat waiting for us. The breakfast buffet is great every morning as well as the restaurant on the 22nd floor. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and management at every level in every department we met and we will definitely be staying in the future.

One of the hotels that can give you a very good view of Metro Manila skyline and Laguna Lake at the same time. The facilities are modern with friendly staff. Underground (basement) parking are somewhat crowded in design and at some point impossible to maneuver to with a long vehicle like vans or coasters. Rooms I have yet to experience.

Great spacious rooms. We stayed in a Junior Suite. It was well furnished and my children were comfortable and happy during our stay. Close to Podium and SM Megamall. There are several good cafes in the area as well.

Feel home when you are away from home. Spacious room with kitchen and dining area. In addition you have living space.

The room looks like a condo with 1 bedroom. The room is clean and refreshing. Its wide. It is very convinient. The pool is soooo cold. 4 ft. The breakfast buffet is very nice. I so love the place.

I came from a business trip in Singapore to visit a friend in the Philippines way back 2012. Annie helped me to hail a taxi although I can see that they've been through a lot since day shift. Very very good service. Everything was excellent from the prime22, and guest relations. Thank you. And I am thinking of going back.

For business convenience, I have stayed here half a dozen times in the past year or so. The quality of rooms are frustratingly not consistent, varying from good to poorly maintained. Why I have not given a higher rating is because of the consistently poor laundry service (I have never had an incident-free experience and it culminated in them losing one of my clothing — that was found a month later), and the hotel's inability to rein in the 24-hour construction noise from the Podium. For the individual traveller, the one-bedroom suites will be more comfortable and restful.

Stayed here overnight, got a big nice clean room for two. Easy to get a ride going to the airport as we had a flight the following morning. If you need to buy stuff you have malls nearby and even 24 hour convenience stores.

Very comfortable and well-managed hotel in the center of the Ortigas business district. It is not a five-star hotel, but you can find anything you need. The bed is very comfortable, and aircon works well. Breakfast is quite tasty. The swimming pool is small and not so nice. What amazes me is the excellent level of service here. I will be happy to come again.

Great suite, great breakfast, cold swimming pool, busted electric kettle in the room, very gracious and professional staff, building showing its age. On balance still a good stay on a special occasion. I would still recommend it to others.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at The Discovery Suites for a week, while visiting Ortigas for business (from Australia). There was a major stuff up (from their end) with the original credit card payment, which took 3 days of stuffing around to resolve. In the meantime, I had to double-pay to ensure I had a room. The front desk staff were unhelpful, unsympathetic (despite it being their stuff up), and made the process as difficult as possible to resolve. On top of this — the toilet paper in the room appeared to have been replaced with sand-paper. There was only a couple of minutes of hot water each morning before the shower went cold. A number of items in the room service menu were not actually available for ordering. At night, there were what appeared to be prostitutes hanging around in the lobby. The only redeeming feature were the lovely girls who run the buffet breakfast in the morning, who are absolute legends (and the mushroom pie in the buffet was divine). No one from our company will be staying here again. Recommend Marco Polo instead.

Very hospitable and comfortable rooms. While facilities are good and room furnishings are good, some fittings or floorboards show wear. Service is great. Breakfast however, is a letdown for me.

Love the place! All the crew are so helpful and accomodating. They were easy to approach. Love the breakfast buffet, and kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are very spacious with complete amenities.

Before anything else, the hotel has a designated smoking area. You really just have to travel down the building then back up to another building to reach the DSA. Nevertheless, they have very spacious and clean rooms. The staff in the hotel lobby are very welcoming. It's everything that you really will look for in a decent (and decently priced) hotel.

Big room, nice services with only little thing to improve such as buffet breakfast at 5th floor, it needed to have more choices of foods. I rested here for 3 night with almost there same 3 breakfast. … Such a boring and low appetite. Anyways other are great here.

Stayed here Last September 30th — October 2nd with my family because it was our daughter's 9th birthday. Got the 2 bedroom suite, I could say that we really enjoyed every bit of our stay in this hotel and we're planning on going back next month for my mom's birthday too! From our bedroom, to the bathroom, living room, dining room and even the kitchen we made sure that we maximized our stay here! Not to mention the breakfast buffet and the pool area with jacuzzi, it was a memorable staycation indeed! I would also commend the guard who informed us that we could have a free valet parking and as well as the bellboy who consistently assisted us everytime we go down to buy stuff at the mall. And most specially, thank you to our friend — college classmate who works as an operations supervisor for accommodating us and made sure that our stay here would be so extra ordinary!

Nice place good space for family of 5. But needs some improvement and refurnishing esp. In thèir rooms bec. The carpet are already dirty and the furnitures need to to be replace for a new one. Well then I think it needs total make over.

Great hotel. Clean and large rooms for families. I gave a 4 star because the one of the toilet smells when we arrive and the sink keeps on clogging. Access to the business center is accompanied. Seriously, document printing for guests should be easily available from a 4 star hotel. **Update** A few hours before checking out, the gave us a complementary plate of finely sliced fruits to compensate the toilet complains.

The kids also had fun during the salt painting activity. Our suite was spacious, of course, the kids looked forward to the bubble bath in the tub! We look forward to our next stay! The Serendipity Suites are the renovated rooms. There's still a few floors that have yet to be renovated and has a lower rate. Still, loved the three bedroom suites, perfect for big family gatherings.

I stayed at the property for business reasons for two weeks. The hotel is a bit vintage but well maintained, neat and clean. There are two restaurants one on the fifth floor open from 06:00 to 15:00 where they serve breakfast and another at the 22nd where you can dine. Very relaxing environment and all the staff both in the restaurants and at the reception as the one dedicated to the services to the floors is great. Always friendly, smiling and helpful.

Excellent place. Good breakfast spread. Courteous staff and excellent location with two big malls beside each other. The hotel also has a good transportation service which comes very handy. There are doing renovation in many floors, so ensure you choose a place where you are bit away from the renovation noise to ensure better sleep quality.

Only ok. Pool is too small and covered so you can't enjoy the manila sun. Gym is good with friendly staff. OK for business travel with the suites a good size. Don't like the fact that only room service available after midnight so if working on European time, you've eating out. Any why does breakfast stop at 10.30… good be better set up for business travellers.

Nice hotel in the middle of Ortigas CBD. Their rooms are clean and well appointed and also are quite spacious. One probable downside is that the second Tower is a commercial space for offices. Thus you need to share elevators should you wish to go to a function room in the second Tower. They have a transfer floor but it's not always operational. Stayed here for a business trip.

The hotel interior is nice, specially that the center is open givng the hotel a wide or spacious feeling. But the lighting and total ambience seem to be a bit dead. The pool is also situated kind of awkward and the view is not nice anymore. I felt like the hotel doesn't have enough life in it. It also made me feel like its a ghost town. Maybe the staff are few and there's not much going on in the hotel. Location wise, is perfect very near the shopping centers of Ortigas City. Overall I think this is a good hotel, its just that there is something lacking. Stayed September 2013, traveled as a couple.

Had an outstanding stay here, everything was beyond perfect. Would defiantly recommend to all my clients from the states! Even some of my clients that stayed in Marco Polo transferred to Discovery suites.

This place is excellent! Serendipity rooms are just awsome, room service is great, and the hotel stuff is very friendly and willing to help. If you're comming to Manila, I would strongly recomend to stay here. Unfortunately the Hotel pool is not very big and might be crowded, nevertheless the Spa, Gim and all other services are excellent.

I like the 8 mbps Wi-Fi in the lobby that's free for all.
