The hotel although is a budget hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are courteous and efficient. It's not smoker friendly as the only smoking area is a small room in the 3rd floor. Access to the place is a bit of a chore though as the traffic there is ever present any time of the day so best to schedule things a bit far ahead as it gets really tied up. Being beside a mall, it is convenient.

Lobby still looks great but some function rooms and facilities are already old and need uplift. The service remains great and attentive. If function rooms are fully booked, food served is no longer warm, so coordinate well with the dining crew. We had some issues where some participants had reaction to the food, but the staff were quick to respond and coordinated with us accordingly. Thumbs up to Sir Razul and his team for their concern and quick response to the matter.

Currentlt enjoying my Ingersoll Hatton. Shop is quaint and the personnel are very accommodating. Would seriously be back to buy another watch for me, my wife or family.

Stayed here for a couple for a couple days for business. Room was great. My quality of sleep was good. Service wise, check in and out was fast. Breakfast was great and the selection of food was vast. The room internet was fast and I was able to work well.

Service is second to none. Very hospitable. Turn down service offered here is a lovely touch as well.

The hotel has great service, all the employees are smiling and friendly. Our room was large and clean with a nice array of toiletries and amenities such as tea and coffee. The gym was great — lots of equipment. I believe it may be open to the public since it's a Gold's Gym. Only problem is that it was very hot near the treadmills so I couldn't run as much as I normally would. The pool was large but extremely noisy from what seems to be the A/C system blowing from the side of the building. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms but the hallway needed some maintenance Located beside the mall and very accessible Hope there's more signage in the parking area going to the hotel. Most of the parking near the elevator of the hotel from the parking is for valet only. Courteous and friendly staff Hope the pool is wheelchair accessible Food choices on the breakfast buffet are good.

I can not express my happiness and satisfaction on our stay with Crowne Plaza. They upgraded our room free of charge, plus they surprised me with a birthday banner, a cake and a birthday serenade. Not only that, when we went down the following morning for breakfast they gave extra mile also to my son with down syndrome. And another surprise from Crowne Plaza came in after breakfast when the gave me a very nice picture frame with my picture on it taken while I was blowing my birthday candle. It was a truly amazing staycation. Definitely highly commendable staff and management. Thank you Crowne Plaza Galleria for making my birthday memorable.

Was here for the 1st time late last year when our High School's Golden Jubilee event was held at their Main Ballroom. Booked months before so I had discounts. Stay was comfortable all-throughout my 2 nights, 4 days stay. What I liked also was the complimentary tray of fruits as a "welcome treat" as having been on a late morning flight with no lunch yet at mid afternoon — it was just completely perfect! Their people are professional, warm and have excellent customer service — from the Managers down to their staff, no exceptions. Impressed much! Wouldn't have second thoughts in booking here again when in Manila. Room had great views, too — Ortigas skyline (sans the traffic)!

If you're looking for a place to conduct your business events such as trainings/seminars and life-changing moments such as weddings and debuts, the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria is your "go to" place. The venues are adequate, the food are enjoyable and location is easy to find. My personal experience on these events have been quite positive so far. Although the walk from EDSA to the lobby is about half a kilometer, it's still a good exercise. Cheers to the management and staff!

A best place to stay with. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Amenities are very good. When you have a chance to visit philippines specially the Ortigas Business Center its a very good accomodation away from home.

Very good food. It was all-you-can-eat dimsum. Each selection we made was excellent. And I do not say that for many places I go to.

Crowne Plaza is an aging hotel with seriously over priced rooms and services. Considering alternatives in the area at the same price point which offer significantly better lodging, I would not stay here again. Although the location is great (near several large malls in the middle of Quezon City), everything in the hotel seems to be priced to exploit wealthy patrons. For example, spa services and breakfast cost four times what it would anywhere else in Manila, and the quality was always sub-par. The rooms are also deteriorating. Lights flicker, old alarm clocks barely work, and it simply can't be justified at it's price point.

In Manila for business. Hotel was great. Felt like home with the personal touch in small gestures from the staff. Hotel cable can be better though.

I left my phone on the table, just noticed it when I was alreàdy at home. With one phone call, I found out that my phone was already in the lost and found section of the hotel. Got my phone back. So grateful to the staff and service crew of the hotel. Two thumbs up! Thank you very much!

Room was clean and spacious. Was a bit surprised to find that there is no water being served in the lobby. The staff were professional.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff is amazing and there is a variety of food on the breakfast and dinner buffets. During my last days I noticed roaches crawling on the wall near the dessert. I would suggest some pesticides. Fortunately, there weren’t any roaches in my room, but the bed felt like sleeping on a pile of card board. Overall, great people, but could use some refreshing on the inside also.

I attended an event at the grand ballroom so this review is just for that part. The food was buffet service and quite good. Waiters are very helpful. We had a holding area in the business center but the bathroom had a baaaaaad smell. Over, it's a nice venue for classy events and the mall next door Robinsons Galleria is one of my favorite malls.

The staff are nice and the little note every breakfast is a delight to start a day. However, the swimming pool is still under renovation with a net over the pool. The construction has been around for half year already.

This is a great place to stay. Service is good, the rooms are big with comfortable beds. It's also situated right next to a mall that's near a train station. If you get access to the club room, you'll also get free drinks and snacks. The price is pretty good as well, I spent half here of what I would normally spend in a different hotel for a comparable experience.

Awesome place for big events such as weddings and debuts. The hotel is also pretty cozy. The restaurants have fine food and the selection is amazing. Have dinner at "Seven Corners" where they serve cuisine from the 7 corners (or continents) of the world. The steaks are awesome!

This hotel is by far the nicest accommodations that my family has ever received. They were helpful, courteous, professional and awesome in every way. The breakfast buffet had everything and the staff there was lovely! I cannot give enough stars that could say how appreciative we were if this awesome 10 star service! The manager Rowena went out of her way and assisted us when we had troubles with a rental car. Thank you!

A decent hotel with the added bonus of being able to walk straight through to the shopping centre.

Great hotel. Rooms are large, amenities are good. Service is very good, and breakfast is amazing if you want to see a spread from entire Asia in one place.

I had to go to the Philippines for work. I spent almost a year total in my 2 work trips there. This was my home away from home the entire duration. The entire staff from front desk, the stewards, chefs and I could go on and on. I went back after my first stay and the cordially welcomed me by name. The chefs remembered my room service meal orders and prepared exactly what I ordered and I'm very peculiar about what I eat. I would recommend this hotel above all that I have stayed at in all my worldly travels. Hats off to the entire staff. Job well done! Salamat.

The pool area is very average and not inviting at all,, not enough shade and no bar area, and also shared with another hotel and is not big enough to cater for both hotel guests.
