I stayed at Hop Inn for 2 nights. My niece who is a regular guest referred it to me and to my sister. I also recommended it to my Dep ED family during our national confab. I find it as my second home — cozy, secured, friendly and accommodating staff, nice and clean room. Thanks so much Hop Inn for taking care of me. My fear of staying alone in a hotel turned into a nice experience. See you in my future travels.

+ bed is comfortable — room does not come with standard toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste…
— pillows are awkward for us, not comfy…
— customer service phone isn’t in the room but beside the elevator, too far away from us… **TIP: try to request for a view of the city for your room, our view was the parking garage.

Too many ants on third floor rooms! Washroom floor is always wet. Air con is weak. Does not circulate ard the room.

Wonderful stay Hop Inn. I'm very pleased at the service and room. Staff helped in explaining check in and housekeeping explained how to control room temperature and lights. Everyone very helpful. I will be staying again in the future. Thank you!

Its has a great view toward the sea so yeah its pleasing to the eye and a new hotel I guess coz its all neat and tidy.

Surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Wifi is free and strong. Convenient 711 at the lobby because there's no room service. Limited parking though good location.

Very economical. Very clean. So simple woth a minimalist design. Many foreigners checked in while I was there. This is my second time by the way.

Clean and comfy bed. Room is spacious for a one queen size bed. The inn have secure free parking space. Provided towels are not good though. It looks like they are worn out white towels. Free Wi-Fi is slow in the 7th floor. Globe mobile data is slow as well inside the rooms.

We really love to stay again at Hop Inn. The staff was nice. The rooms are clean and fresh, bathroom and hot water is good. Wifi are fine. Aircon was okay and also the bed and linen are smells good. 2 thumbs up on this hotel. Highly recommend.

Had a good stay, close to restaurants and malls and 7/11 is just at the lobby area such a big plus. Stayed there with my daughter from April 13-19, 2018 Will definitely stay again next time I visit the Philippines. Good job to all the Front Desk and Housekeeping Staffs for making sure our rooms are clean.

A decent hotel for a overnight stay in close proximity to Interesnostjam in Manila. The hotel rooms are very simple in terms of amenities. No fridge. A small bottle of water is provided upon arrival. There is a safe. Good Wi-Fi. On the ground floor next to the hotel 7/11.

Clean cheap helpful staff 7-11 next door. Coffee shop with good snacks. Go to the community center next door and contribute some money the have rooms for events and a huge basketball court. Chicken restaurant around the corner only place you can get real pound cake. They come in cookie bite form. House that fried chicken built.

Hotel impersonal but clean, no services offered if not a supermarket 7 11 open 24 of 24. Located in the hot district so be cautious for neophytes in search of urban exoticism. Well only for 2/3 nights. Recluse smokers in the image of the whole country.

Staff is very nice and helpful. They will clean your room everyday. I reported my TV was not working and they came immediately and fixed. It's not located in the best area but it felt safe. I walked to and from the mall with no problem. I even walked back at night.

I actually love it. It's a clean and secure place. I left my phone in my room there but I have forgotten it and I accidentally put the "Make up my room" in the doorknob and surprisingly they did restock the tissue rolls, shampoo, and soap and stuff and they did not even touch my things and my phone is still where I left them.

Good and Clean Hotel. Hotel Staffs is friendly and professional. Just a place to stay with basic facilities for example good Wi-Fi, a bit of noisy at the room walkway, n outside the hotel. Toothbrush n Toothpaste is not provided. The overall is good environment to stay.

Good clean and efficient hotel. At the same level of quality and price of the Red Planet chain but with larger rooms, there is more in the safe and they also give you water. Very important thing the air conditioning does not feel for anything. Good security.

Simple, clean and located just within the vicinity of the entertainment hub Malate. Not much amenities are available, but the hotel is very decent, a 24hrs convenience store is located on the ground floor, Wi-Fi service is strong, shower is good, the room is somewhat small, if you are lucky enough to be on the top floor, you'll have a room facing the Manila Bay that is known for having a great sunset.

Not a place I'd recommend for most Americans. There are few if any amenities. There is a small safe to lock your valuables in, but that's about it. No fridge, No Coffee Maker, No Microwave, No pool, No Gym, No restaurant, No Bar. There is a 7/11 connected downstairs you can get coffee and stuff there but that about it. Rooms are also much smaller than they appear in the pictures only about 10x10 and a bathroom, shower has a partial wall that allow water to get on the bathroom floor not a huge problem but still…

“One room card missing by hotel staff but still insisted us to pay 200php for the card! ” Six (6) of us went to stay a night. Two out of six of us would arrive late so we checked in all the rooms and got all the cards for them and put one card in their room so that the ac could be turned on. We then left the other card with the front desk. All went fine until both of them arrived at the hotel, got the card from the front desk, but when they went into the room the ac was off …and there was no sign of the card that we’d left! This means someone from the hotel must have entered the room and taken the card away, and without a consent! Upon checking out, the front desk insisted that we paid 200php for the missing card. We asked them to check the cctv but still no satisfying answer and we had to pay cos we were running late. They’d better improve their security system and communication!

First time here. I am impressed. Good Wi-Fi, clean. Everything works. Large screen TV. The bed is firm. Fantastic.

Great location bare bones accommodations, soft bed, air conditioning, and bathroom with shower, it's how I'd imagine a starving artist's apartment in New York. Really affordable price for downtown Manilla. If the journey is more important than where you stay this is the place.

I was only visiting a friend staying here but it was nice. Brand new building, store downstairs, friendly staff and super cold aircon in the rooms.

Nice hotel. Clean, comfy, handy to many places to visit. One fault is noise people make in hallway. Acoustics go thru entire floor, seems to be amplified. Other than that, very happy.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had one issue with the shower where it didn't drain and so flooded the whole bathroom, but they responded quickly and fixed it. Nice to be across the street from the walkway on the water, but still need to be cautious walking around in the evening.

We spend they 3 nights, the room was very nice — clean and comfortable. There's a good shower with hot water, hairdryer and fresh towels. They have a good working Wi-Fi and TV :) Next to the hotel you can find 7-11store and a lot of restaurants.
