I stay there for a long time, and I was do good the lessee policy.
I can't sleep because air conditioner very hot and noisy so need to fix it soon. I mess or call contact admin, Admin requested an advance of 5k peso. That's ridiculous. However, admin was menace because I did not agree to pay 5k pesos. I am a customer, and I am treated very badly. That advance is not in the contract, and I can advance, if they have a good attitude, instead of threatening me. If admin can not process, let's contact the unit owner to resolve it for us or give us the contact, I will do it by myself. If you want this simple problem become more complex even as litigation, we can be proccess. Or think carefully.

Staying here at A venue hotel is a great experience. Also they have a accommodating staffs.

Actually, everything ia ok here especially the very courteous staff of the hotel. Keep it up.

For us wid my family we have experience a Good Services, we feel welcome at the labby d people's smile, greet to us,, good people esp. The room attendants, the pools are very Comfortable the places very colorful at night… we come back again here @ A. Venue hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At the time of booking, there was no mention of a 3000 peso deposit, also I booked a room with a double bed, I was given twin beds and had to pay a 3000 peso deposit, the front desk staff were extremely unhelpful.

I like the professionalism displayed the last time my family stayed in the hotel. Definitely recommend staying there!

I called the front desk twice so that they can call the attention of the other room because of noise. It's been an hour but the noise kept bothering us.
And the elevator is so slow.

For years, this is our hotel of choice whenever we plan for staycation. However, just today I had the WORST experience in my entire hotel stay. We arrived at the hotel past 2pm, knowing that the check-in is at 2PM. I booked 2BR suite days ago. Upon arrival, I was told by the receptionist that there was no available room, at the moment. They were still “cleaning” it. At 330 PM, we’re still at the lobby waiting for our room. My 6-yr old boy, accidentally broke their vase decoration in the lobby. We are 5 persons squeezing in a small lobby couch. Then the manager approached me, telling me that he will check the amount of the vase, and they will charge it to us. I told him that I will not pay for it, since we shouldn’t be there in the first place. I am willing to pay if it is really our fault. I paid for the price of 2 BR suite not to stay at the lobby for that long. Their service os not as good as before. Stay away from this hotel!

A. Venue is the worst hotel I experienced so far. We checked-in at this hotel at exactly 2pm and knowing that the concierge already determined the number of pax in the room in as early as 3pm, they should have it prepared with enough beds and toiletries. BUT extra beds and toiletries arrived in our room at exactly 7:23pm! I was on the brink of my anger since we have arrived at the hotel from a far flung place not having enough sleep from our journey. guys, if you want to experience the worst hotel in makati city ph, try a. Venue hotel. They will surely give you the best turtle-liked services…

We got a confirmed booking yet only 2 out of 5 rooms was provided upon check in… waited for 3 hours and they won’t allow you to cancel the booking or you will be charged for another room? How fair is that? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Definitely not a good place for a staycation…

Very disappointed, no hot water, terrible WI-FI, they charged us more than expected and said it was a new fixed rate then tried to kindly explain to management but nothing, no consideration. 0 stars! I find it very overpriced for the quality…

Booked the hotel at your website. Request I asked wasn't granted and that is why I booked early so that I can get the room that I want. Customer service was lacking, prioritizing foreigners over Filipinos. I was at the front desk arranging my booking when 2 foreigners arrived and they attended to them first even though I arrived earlier than them. Room was nice though, although no view, bathtub plug is missing, no bidet, small soap. Dripping personal ref. Not all lights working in the room/ very dim lights on the mirror. Bathroom. Few choices on breakfast buffet.

Overall, my family & I had a great time during our one night stay at A Venue. The best part of our stay was the joy experienced by my grandson in the swimming pool area in the afternoon of our arrival and in the morning before we checked out. Definitely, we will schedule another staycation in the future.

Room is at reasonable price and kids enjoyed the pool. Reception is hot and the tub in our room is clog, informed the housekeeping about it but no one came to fix it. I hope this hotel can regain its reputation when we come back.

Just recently stayed there for 1 night (Jul. 28th, 2018) (3 adults (2 seniors) & almost 2yrs. Old baby) for my mom's b-day, and these are the ff. We have noticed:
YAY:
— Our 2 BD suite at Antel tower Rm. 818 was very nice, it's complete with amenities (microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and plates, etc. )
— All 3 ACs are working fine & water too.
— The 2 pools (indoor/outdoor) both got lifeguards so that's nice
NAY:
— We arrived late round 2:30pm cause it was raining that Sat. But we were only able to enter our room at 3:15pm (and that's by constant following up at the front desk). Their reason: the room was sooo messed up by the previous user, like lights at the bathroom needs to be replaced. I understand that but the check-in is 2pm so we expect room is at least already available by 2:30pm, we are even late check-in, and just imagine having a tantruming 2yrs old baby waiting at the lobby for 45mins.
— Then after finally providing our key card, I asked the lady at the front desk who got my deposit, if our breakfast consists of 3 or just 2, she checked it first & said its for 3, then comes breakfast the following morning — its just for 2. I dunno if she was just afraid I will finally go berserk & so to escape that time, she said its good for 3.
— Im not really that arte but I cant help but noticed, I was disturbed by the towels. Im not sure if they are just really dirty white haha!

Poor internet connection. P3000 deposit for each suite is too much. And room inspection before getting back that deposit upon check out takes too long.

This hotel is one of the cheapest hotels in one of the busiest streets in Makati. They offer good function rooms, clean accommodation, good service with friendly staff. Their parking is enough for their visitors and is spacious compared with other hotels. It is not difficult to park although its a bit difficult to find your parking space because the signs and number slots are too small and not very visible. Yet generally, this hotel is good and affordable.

This is my nth time stay at the Hotel and has been consistent in giving me a good service. Its value for money we got the 2 bedroom at 3Kplus per night since its on promo and the room was clean and it has everything where kids can enjoy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed with my family and entertained friends as our visitors. We had a great time because the suite was clean, tidy and well-stocked. Plenty of storage, and warm staff. Excellent location.

This is a residential-hotel property so hotel guests can experience noises but bearable outside the room. Inside room, it was clean and comfy. Stayed here for the pool but it was summer so I was not able to try their pool on the 5th floor since it's crowded already. Hotel's location is convenient as it is near to dining spots, convenience stores, mall and supermarket.

I was able to stay in your new wing this time. I find the deluxe room very spacious and I like how your rooms have kitchen's and ample space. However, I have experienced a few concerning things like how I was checked in late, only to find out that it was not only me who is unable to check in, there were five more guests and families waiting. It was very concerning and your front desk did not seem to be alarmed about it. The new wing hotel also did not have air-conditioning in the lobby. For a new wing it does not seem to feel like one. Your basement parking level 1 also has a strong scent of trash. Overall I feel that your nice hotel is deteriorating. Hope you can address these. I like the hotel but I feel I would not stay here intentionally. I booked this time because of the huge discount offered, but I feel that the price I paid (after discount) was just right.

The place is very good so as the services. The people are very nice. The place is near the market area and grocery store, dinner, cafe, food bars, etc. The food in this hotel is very good. They serve buffet breakfast. Facilities are of good quality.

Stayed here for a week. The place was just fine for its price. Breakfast buffet is one of the best things to enjoy in this hotel. The rooms are cozy, spacious and clean.

Overall the hotel was nice! When I booked the rooms I didn't realize there were three different towers so it would have been nice to know that before I booked in two different towers when I wanted to be close to the other rooms I booked. The suites were comfortable but they only had plates so be prepared to buy cups, utensils, and paper towels. The concierges staff was awesome! They were great about getting the luggage to the rooms, helping us get taxi rides at great prices to the different places we wanted to go and helping load the car when we left. They would be the reason I would return to the hotel.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, we availed the 2 room suite, it is spacious for a very affordable price. Everything is good for us except for the smell of the corridor and the room, it smells like old condominium. Maybe because the building is quite old as well and all most of the furniture are wood, but I hope you'll have air freshener all over the bldg. If so we'll rate your hotel as very good. I hope you do something with the smell it ruins the well maintained facilities.

No. Small rooms no Wi-Fi. Deserves a maximum 2 stars.

Noisy pool guests can make it hard to talk even inside your room. Seems there is no limit to how much screaming they allow by the children around the pool! Add to that a band playing on the small market beside the hotel until midnight and you are not going to have any peace or/and quiet at all. Room has poor lighting especially in bathroom. In part of the room the wallpaper is not looking good. Internet hardly working in the room it was slow and I kept losing it all the time.

This is our second time here in A. VENUE together with my family, I highly recommend this suite and hotel… For their good accommodations…

They were accommodating and the room, pool and lounge area were clean. I noticed that there were rooms that doesn’t have robe and laundry bag. Our key card was deactivated twice and I don’t know why. The hotel has this Php3, 000 safety deposit (which is kind a big compared to other hotels I stayed). You can pay in cash or card. The area where the hotel is located is near food establishments and grocery.

Some of the airconditions are not working well including the remotes. I love the amenities. We stayed on the 8th floor.

What I liked the most was the attention of the staff. The room was spacious but the bathroom had moisture on the tiles that would be nice to clean. My room overlooked the pool rather than the street, but still there was a lot of noise, although I think this happens all over Manila. In short, it's not bad.

Not bad. I got a good deal on the 1-bedroom suite from Agoda for around $50 usd and followed another reviewer's advice of asking for a room in the "Serinity Tower" during check-in. The room was clean and modern, good amenities. Good pool. Poor Wi-Fi. Location is spot on, perfect balance of safety and convenience. Breakfast is ok (surprisingly, front desk advised me that I'm allowed only one person breakfast per day even though my booking was for two people — good thing I was travelling alone)

Good hotel if you want to be in the midtown if Manila close almost to everything with very lower prices but if you care about the hotel and the high services you better pick up another hotel.

The initial room looked much smaller than pictures and there was construction going on. They moved us to serenity tower and that was a 4 star experience. The staff was great and helpful. Located near century mall and a lot of wonderful restaurant options.

Good location! Just across the Century City Mall, across a lot of restaurants, fast food and SM Supermarket grocery. Very very cheap price for a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, dining and living room. The room smells old but manageable and everything is very clean.

Great location very clean room, layout, beds and fridge was poor for my room. Kitchen has only sink, water kettle and microwave with layout and Very small fridge only limited usage.

It was a little bit of a hotel. The price is great for the service and the really central location with all the necessary facilities within walking distance. You have parking under the Hotel guarded and free.

I stayed in this hotel for an extended business stay, and found it an average place overall. While there is nothing outwardly wrong with the hotel, there are many niggles and irritants that show up in the stay here. The suite I had was spacious, but some of the rooms here are old, because of which the AC, bathroom and kitchen fittings don't work well (I ended up switching rooms because my roof was leaking). There is only 1 Wi-Fi router per floor, so you'll get decent internet, as long as you're in rooms ending with 06 or 05. There's also the occasional cockroach you might spot. Breakfast is decent, not too appetising but good for sustenance. Room service staff is good, and the front desk curt but professional. I don't think the room quality justifies the rate, so would recommend staying only if you get a good discount.

Living here to eat and drink is convenient, the face of a supermarket, swimming pool clean gym is also good, life machine can be great.
In addition to walking less than five minutes there is a shopping center, there are supermarket cinemas and so on. The missing point is that there may be a lot of kids walking down the road asking for money, so if you want to give them money is on their own, but the strong advice is near the observation if only a single person can be given, too many people around you will be robbed, Mako to pay attention to carefully!

Upon arrival, parking was smooth. Since we are a big fam. We booked (4) double room suite to celebrate New Year’s eve. Arrived early and surprisingly the rooms are ready and we were allowed for an early check-in. Everybody is so accomodating and friendly specially the front office staff. Greeted with a welcoming Ms. KC, Mr. Jimson and Mr. Martin. Check-in was a breezy! Rooms are clean complete with a kitchenette and utensils. There was a challenge though with Wi-Fi connection and was promptly assisted by Mr. Jose. With the season of joy and most of us get to celebrate with our loved ones, I would like to commend all the staff of the hotel on nigth duty! Thank you Mr. Christian, Ms. Ella and Ms. Steph for makng our stay a memorable one. We will definitely come back. Happy New Year!

Place is ok. But the seminar place called aqua somehing is too small to accommodate all the tables for the attendees.

Here is a list of thing I didn't like about that hotel: — there was an unfixed minor leakage in the bathroom — very bad breakfast experience where after multiple orders got wrong / changing it, they admitted they actually had ran out of eggs (and did charge for whatever replacement item they ended up giving me). Not sure what happened but I would have understood if told at the start instead of wasting an hour to arrive to this conclusion. — Wi-Fi has poor signal everywhere except in the lobby. Very inconvenient to get any work done in the hotel — no towels around the pool; gotta use the hotel room ones — the water of the pool was cold — sporadic bad smells in the corridors / elevators; I think essentially due AC turned off and no air recycling infrastructure — windows are not double paned so it might get loud in this busy area of the city (traffic and construction) — hot water in shower takes a while to arrive (if any)

The hotel is great itself, however Everytime I ordered room service, I got food poisoning. My suggestion is to go out and dine out, as there are a plethora or dining establishments that are great eateries in the area.

Very friendly personal. No questions asked. Cleaning was done well. I am hapoy about my stay. Just be carefull at night there will be noise from the outside untill 1 am ish.

So many things wrong in this hotel in my first night. 1 — Bad Front Desk Experience So I booked a room online with breakfast included for 4 nights. When I checked in the hotel, the front desk clerk said that breakfast was not included, so she asked me to show booking document, which I did, proving them wrong. 2 — Bad Smell in The Room When we first entered the bedroom, we can smell the strong smell of paint or wood. It was unpleasant. 3 — Broken Shower We had to call front desk because our shower was not working right. 2 Engineers had to come to our room to fix it. Thanks to them but we still had to wait. 4 — Super Slow WI-FI I work online so having a fast Wi-Fi is important. This is the biggest complaint I have. Their Wifi Is so slow that I had to move closer to the room's door just to get a signal but the connection keeps going on and off. It takes more than 2 minutes to load a page on Facebook and sometimes it fails to load on other sites. This is the first hotel in Makati where I experienced terrible Wi-Fi Connection, and because of that I wanted to switch hotels and cancel booking for the rest of the nights, which leads to 5 — They Don't Refund For Cancelled Bookings Because I was so frustrated, I called the front desk and asked to cancel the rest of my nights (4 more nights! ) and the front desk clerk told me that they can't refund "guaranteed booking".

Got the opportune time to be in this hotel to attend the workshop seminar. Luckily, the room given to us (with my companion, Ma'am Sally from Batangas) was kind of impressive bachelor's pad with comfy bed, mini living room, dining room and kitchen. Wifi connection was great in our room. A good sight of the pool can be glanced in our room window. The food served during the seminar sessions was delectable… All in all, I was contented of the ammenities to include having hot shower and freebies.

Nice place to stay in Makati, but if you order alot of foodpanda or anyplace that delivers, beware, because the delivery person cannot go up they have to send the guys that work there and if you dont tip them or less than 50 you might not get your food… that was the only reason why I did not stay the rest of the time there.

Charges double when you book online. I don't recommend this place. One staff at the reception area at the other building was very rude.

Condotel. Low ceiling in each room. Has lots of towers so you might get lost when looking for your room.

Nice location. Suites are not that big but can fit 2 in each room comfortably. Pool size is ok too. Lots of restaurants in the area, so getting food any time of day will not be a problem.

As an independent person. Time alone is a comfort zone. I've been to places and I must say The Avenue Hotel is such a homey place to stay. The warm hospitality of the staff and the cool design of the room I stayed in gives me the best aura ever. I will come back for sure. Thank you The A. Venue Hotel for an awesome stay.

The room is okay but small. And the bed is kinda hard. The room is clean but looks nothing like the pic from Expedia. I got a corner room and so it is a odd shape room like they tried to get 1 room to many on the floor. All in all it is acceptable for my standards but I would not book this for my Business partners with higher standards.

Can't go wrong with an affordable business hotel with decent promo packages. Service could be better but the facilities are well maintained and the rooms are clean and well kept. You're really staying here more for the location. You're essentially getting access to the Metro's Central Business District at a fraction of the cost of actually staying in a 5-star hotel located along the CBD.

Good hotel but the food quality is just average.

This hotel is located at a very busy area but do not expect a high class surrounding. To get food is not difficult as there are plenty of food choices including fast food chains around wirhin walking distance. However, the main road in front is always very jam with traffic. It just makes me don't feel like traveling around by cab. The hotel is clean and spacious. The only problem is the toilet shower tap need to change as it is not working properly. There I no bidet wash in the toilet. Also, the room is equipped with a window unit air conditioning which a bit noisy. But it is rated a three star hotel only, so do not have high expectation about it.

As an American I usually steer clear of franchise hotel chains overseas but I am glad I did use this hotel. I found the staff to be very nice, engaging and smart. I guess it helps that I am a spirited guy and befriended a few of them. Initially there was a mishap with a smoking room that I requested but they cleared that up very quickly and I got what I requested without paying extra! There was a problem with the hot water in my room and they fixed that. I would use the hotel again. I had no problem with roaches or anything like that in my room. I used the hotel March 5 and 6 of 2015,. The only thing I will say is that the hotel is somewhat hidden from immediate view from Makati Ave. And will get worse with the construction going on on the lot in front of it.

We had the worst experience with this hotel. Not only were the staff rude, the room they gave us was filthy. They refused to give us a refund or even provide a different room. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked 9 days by mistake, I meant to book 7. They were not willing to compensate me, I made the bookings 3 months prior to arrival. Very disappointed with the poor effort of the hotel team to help me.

The Hotel is in a good location. Near shops and restaurant, (which is good I'll give them that) but the suite where we occupied is very average. There are cockroaches and other bugs visible crawling around. Yikes, the lighting is poor specially in the kitchen, the tap water is not safe to drink and yet the front desk staff can not explain why (we would not dare drink it anyway) The kitchen utensils are very old (pots and pan) and scratched up (teflon) no knives or can opener. (we booked for a full kitchen) although some staff are nice there's one that is not helpful at all. We would not stay in this A Venue Hotel in the future and would not recommend it to anyone.
