I’ve sick due to climate change since I arrived Philippines, dry coughs, sore throat and colds… wow, they always served whatever you requested. First time in history, when I asked if they could make ginger tea with calamansi, they really made it. Awesome service abd courteous staff from the front desk to the dining area. From the guards, everyone always ready to assist you. Thank you all!

Great and affordable hotel in a quieter part of Makati.

The hotel is nice at all with a very good price, good beds, clean rooms. We already stayed there 4 times. But we would really be happy, if they could care for the cleanness of the outside bar area, which is the smoking lounge. The tables are dirty there, the ash trays are full and nobody will come and ask you if you want another drink.

The lounge is a bit tight. The rooms are OK for sleeping but not for staying in too long. It is what I would classify as a motel room. Just good for getting your bed rest before going out to do whatever you came to do.

This is a good place for a sleep over. It lies away from the city noise though city life is just a few blocks away. Staffs are courteous. They have spacious rooms. However, you can't really go for an early check-in. The least is 15min from check-in time. So if you really came from a long drive and you arrive at 1pm and wishes to get a good rest, you really have to wait until check-in time. Though they said that it will depend upon room availability, after couple of times of staying here, never got the chance to avail the early check-in. And oh, try their beef tepanyaki at their cafè bar. Its good. As to the complimentary breakfast, I was disappointed when the refill of milk for the cereals was mixed with water you can really tell because it wasnt that milky anymore. Felt bad about that. Cant complain about the other food as I lost my appetite due to the bad taste of "milk with water" stuff.

Rather disappointing with location of hotel in old cluster of buildings. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast rather monotonous with not even bacon n eggs daily offered. Front desk sevice was good and attentive.

We spent Christmas here in 2017. They do not offer room service but there's plwnty of good restaurants in the area.

Good hotel with breakfast buffet and little bar in the lobby and can have massage in your room if you want for 840 pesos. Only problem I'm having is when I was out and have to take taxi or grab driver don't know the hotel, always end up lost so I told the driver to ask someone on the street. Overall is good.

The stay was very good. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast for a hotel of this price range is exceptionally good. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly.

The property was very nice & clean. Breakfast was ok & the room was spacious, clean & with light. Very good price-quality relationship. However, it was a bit far, 20-30min walk or taxi from most of the restaurants or places like Salcedo Market or Ayala Triangle Garden. Fares to the airport are very very high if you do it with the hotel, they ask for ₽650 to T3, while with GrabCar we paid ₽280. Or ₽380 with a metered cap to the hotel from the airport.

Comfortable beds, adjustable temperature for the hot shower. Decent buffet breakfast. Breakfast room turns into a craft beer taproom at night.

Perfect location in makati, been there 2 times now. Walking distance to all major attractions, breakfast is good and staff are professional. Rooms are big and has a modern design. Their service is more like 5 stars to me. Definitely will go back.

I checked in and stayed from 12 to 17 Apr. This 3-star hotel located at Makati and witn close proximity to the Makati commercial property is the hotel of my choice. The staff are friendly and the place quite clean. I recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel. They close the street in the evening and during the day there is not a lot of traffic anyway and this is luxury for a city like Manila!

The room is clean but the bathroom is too small. Comfortable bed, breakfast at will.

We were there twice. The first time — had really poor Wi-Fi un our room so we had to go to the lobby every time we needed internet. When we wanted to get in the shower the hot water stoped 3 times! we had to call them every time to come and fix it. On our second time there (couldn't cancel without fee (we asked to do a late check out they were willing to let us stay for one houre only even though the place was empty. wouldn't recommend.

Except for a few units, all rooms have no views, or rather a view of the wall of the next wing. Basement breakfast area claustrophobic. Limited food choices, the 2nd day a 95 percent repeat. Refrigerator is so mini you can't even fit 4 soda cans, much less an apple or a bunch of grapes, better they remove it. Clean enough. Had to demand and pay for the family room with two beds and a window to the street. Except. For that particular room, I don't know how other people manage not to asphyxiate there, they must have very powerful lungs. And considering I was alone in a family room, the ref was the same, like a coffin. And everywhere you look, there are signs and amounts threatening you NOT to put a polka dot stain on any of their precious ordinary linens and towels. Talk of threats. Just bill me, don't stress me. I come to relax and sleep. Bye bye, not recommendable.

We stayed here for a night. Considering the price, this place is bang for the buck! Comfy bed, nice, clean rooms with coffeemaker and table if you have some work to do. Good TV reception and high-speed Wi-Fi. Buffet breakfast was good. I would have given this a five star rating if only the location is better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and we may book again.

The staff are friendly. Special requests are being handled fairly. Considering to stay here again. Great for solo travellers as well. Breakfast is usual, nothing special.

The 'room' was actually a 2 bedroom suite and massive for the two of us! Breakfast was decent. Can't really comment on the location since we only stayed one night for a flight layover.

The localion is nice enough, the place is beautiful inside and in the rooms. The staff is wondeful, and they have security 24 hours. The price is exceptional for the hotel, and they have everything you could want. I would stay here again over any other hotel in manila. The food is great, I love this hotel, try it one night and you will not want to leave. I have nothing negative to say at all about it, its amazing.

Very accomodating staffs and guards. Nice decorations and simple but elegant. Very comfy beds and I love the simple buffet. I enjoyed my stay.

The house on the street is almost not soundproof, can not sleep at night, opposite there are two cockfighting in the middle of the evening in the crowing, hot water suddenly hot and cold, sent breakfast is very poor.

I gave it a 3star only because it's better than a roadside motel and I'm giving it a 5star for excellent staff, the BEST bang for your bucks… I'll gladly stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful short stay here. While the only negative feedback I had was some bites I got when I first got into the room, like maybe coming from the bed, everything else was splendid. The room was clean, with nice style, fixtures were high end, good airconditioning. Buffet breakfast was great, delicious. Staff were accommodating and professional I reckon. All in all a splendid stay, value for money!

Clean, beautiful hotel at a very affordable price. Location is not so accessible unlike other business hotels, but it is near the Makati CBD. Rooms are new, sheets and towels are clean. Overall, a really good deal!

Very quiet, private street. Exceptionally clean. Very good service. Rooms are small. Good price. Includes breakfast. I've stayed several times and it is my favorite hotel in Makati. It's a little off-the-beaten road but it's still near to what you might like to do. Plenty of restaurants around, not too far from the center of Makati. Very close to police and fire stations.

I had to stay for one night here and I was right to choose this place to stay. The hotel staffs were very friendly and the rooms are nice. Very cheap compared to other hotels near makati. I will definitely book a room again.

One of the best rate in Makati 2, 400 per night including taxes etc! Clean hotel, great service, great staff, great food for breakfast its free, great sorroundings with gated and security in the evening, walking distance to KFC. McDonald, Mercury Pharmacy, 7/11 Store. 15 to 20 minutes to international airport, I paid 214.00 pesos for the taxi plus optional tip.

Very clearn, staff are very friendly. I had a goodtime. I would recommend for those like qiet invirolment. Close town makati but very difficult to locate the place.
