Staff are all friendly, very helpul in assisting my senior citizen mom and approachable. Excellent service from the entrance, front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, staff in the and life guards are all very friendly. Food was so delivous, they have yummy breakfast with lots of choices from American, Filipino Cuisine. I also love their Pork, Chicken and Beef Skewers super soft and very tasty no need to add sauce because it is flavorful. I also give thanks to the front office team who accomodate as early as we came in. I also love their acoustic music during night time very relaxing and cool. The resort hotel amenities was also execellent with complete amenities. They offer free transfer 2 way from the airport. Beach was very nice with white sands. Spacious rooms. They also have a farm which is free alsoy childrens love to have a tour on their farm. Which they can feed all the animals inside the farm. Special thanks to Cherry of reservations very friendly ans very efficient in answering our queries. Kudos to all the team. More power.

I highlly recommend the resort because it is very beautiful and very clean. The staff are very respectful, kind, and corteous. Food is reasonably priced and super delicious and have great varieties. The place is superb. Very relaxing and the staffs are great overall. Security is awesome because you have to temporarily leave your ID at the gate then they give you a card so you can claim your ID when you get out of the place. Unfortunately I misplaced the card and so I had to explain so I can get my ID back. That's when the experience didn't become perfect because the guard on duty became grumpy and upset which is understandable but I think he overreacted. You have to display professionalism, courtesy and should still handle the situation in a better way rather than display unnecessary mood. That is where the 1 star has to go. The foods are pricey but for a reason. But hey it's the resort in Bohol what can I say. However, the highlights really are the place and hospitality (except for that guard). I will definitely be coming back in the future. Because I simply love the place. It's a paradise inside I should say. Go there for the ambiance.

Attended my friends' beach wedding :) Restaurant's food is great. Staff is very accomodating. The water crystal and the sand is fine! Palm trees abound near the shore. There are several pools so they are not overcrowded. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

We stayed in this resort from July 21-23, 2018. We were there as a big group and booked probably more or less 20 rooms (I lost count) and their function hall for our reunion. I would give 4 stars for the location, tranquility, beach front and room size but I'll give 1 star for the food selection, food & beverage services. I understood that it took a while to serve our food since we were like 30 to 40 people ordering ala carte for lunch and almost all are different choices but what disappointed me the most is that they went back to confirm our orders twice and still did not serve our 2 orders. Since their orders didn't arrive, my cousins went back to their rooms to prepare for the next activity. I came back to follow up on the order thinking it was already being cooked and my cousin can pick it up later on. To our dismay, we were told that all the food were served and there is nothing to pick up. We felt insulted and just walked away coz I personally feel like being told a liar. Thank you for the effort in serving a big group but yes, maybe the f&b services can improve in handling a large group and ensuring to serve what was ordered and or take note and come back to the guest to confirm if all orders were served. We were not given that courtesy. I know you can do better.

We stayed at South Palms Panglao Resort last month and the place is undeniably a paradise. The beach is my favourite. I have been travelling back to Bohol, tried a lot of resorts in Panglao and I must say they have the best beach so far! Well-maintained and not too crowded as the Alona beach. They are located at the peaceful area of Panglao and it’s perfect for those looking for a quiet place to unwind. Our room was clean and near the beach. Staffs were very helpful and hospi…table which is a ++. Pool is small and ordinary but if you’re at a resort with a beach like this, why would you use the pool? They also have a bar near the main pool and the barman is very accommodating. The restaurant serves variety of dishes and we enjoyed every bite! Breakfast is the best! At night time, they have different performers to serenade you during dinner. The bands during our first two nights were very good and very entertaining. I will give a 4-star rating because of the band during our last night—the band with 2 girl singers (I forgot the name of the band, it was like Moon or Sunlight band? ) —their voices were not pleasing to ears and made us cringe while eating, left us not enjoying the food on our plate. They sounded like they were in a competition—IT WAS BAD, really. As a person from the music industry, the entertainment for dinner should be just relaxed and lounge — — definitely not a singing competition.

Beachfront is wide and clean. Rooms are big. My room's aircon needed servicing… and the shower spout needed cleaning. Staff is very attentive. Great place to vacation!

I have stayed here twice and will again and again. This is my favorite place in the Philippines. It is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are all around a beautiful beach with palm trees. It is very clean and neat. The staff are some of the friendliest and caring people I have ever met. The restaurant is outstanding. Try the fresh prawns, I had them multiple times! The South Palms is the perfect Island holiday! I love it here! My lovely wife is from the Philippines and she found this absolute gem of a vacation spot. Charmaine, one of the managers, was so helpful in getting us in. If you need assistance, ask for her she is awesome! Robel really understands what people need and remembers your requests. Great staff means a great stay. Thank you all!

The three days spent at the "South Palm Resort" gave us a truly fantastic experience. Beautiful beaches and friendly staff made us happy. A five star experience in South Palms Resort for leisure and relaxation. Accommodations are excellent with really comfy beds and bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was all worth it every morning with a good variety of food to choose from and food are delicious. Amenities are great. Highly recommended if you are looking for a private resort to relax in Panglao, Bohol.

The beach was great! School of fish can be easily found on shallow waters and a long shoreline of fine white sand. Very relaxing ambiance. A place where you can find peace, serenity and tranquility. Resort staff are very courteous and accomodating. Foods are delicious and one of a kind! A paradise in Bohol!

This is our 3rd time in less than 2 yrs. And their service keeps getting better. They even had a "WELCOME BACK" (with a FREE cute turtle stuff toy) message when we got in our room. With flowers & an elephant shaped towel on the bed. There's also a FREE bottle of red wine. So sweet of them to think of these gestures. There were fire dancers on our 1st night to entertain the guests. South Palms is the best resort for us!

Whenever you go here, don't think of "When should I should pass my report? ", "I need to call Mr. Flores for the new upcoming product". No. Leave all the things that stresses your mind and making you feel tired all the time. South palms resort have a beautiful view of the sea and relaxing ambiance. Remember: enjoy the food, enjoy the ambiance and sweet music being played and lastly have fun swimming.

Just 4 coz we had booking problems. Other than that, it was great. The shore's wide, unlike those others nearby. Really friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities It was really good. It was also quiet and peaceful! Perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great hotel with a beach area which is cleaned every day. There are many chairs and sun loungers on the beach. No nadoelivyh sellers any nonsense. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a gym. The room is comfortable with air conditioning and soft beds. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes. It is convenient that the payment for the bar and restaurant is carried out at check-out.

Where there for drinks at their pool bar in the evening before dinner. It’s a very nice and very well kept place, just a few meters from the beach. One can actually walk the hole strip of the beach and reach all resorts easily. Just tell the security guard you want to use the restaurant/bar, so they will guide you. Nice pool area with live music in the evening and fancy lighting. Cocktails are plenty, nicely made and presented, lot of booze in them too, although quiet pricy. I totally recommend that place for some fancy drinks after a day at the beach!

The place is truly fantastic. The white sand frontage and it's depth make more compelling. And one can see the beach is constantly being raked and cleaned. We were here during our honeymoon 32 years ago. At that time this segment is part of the Bohol Beach Club.

A nice resort that thinks a little too much of itself. It is very well kept and the staff are super friendly and professional, but the overall feel of the place is older and dated. Definitely low key if that is your thing but not up to the premium prices for the rooms.

Staff very friendly and helpful, check in when the initiative to put on a straw necklace and drink for you, the party when the initiative to your side with a high atmosphere, every time you will say hello to you, you can absolutely feel them from the heart want you to feel happy and comfortable here.
Facilities are not many, but the sea view and resort are very beautiful, let people completely unload the ordinary life pressure, lying in the seaside silently can live an afternoon, and girls photos to be able to put mobile phone memory plug!
And the food is much cleaner than the store outside, noon is a single point, the evening is a buffet bar, although a little bit too expensive, but the taste is really good, must taste ~ There is also a tune bar table, can be directly drunk on the beach, but very safe because we often put things on the shore and run to play with water XD We stayed in 12/31, there was a small party that night, invited the orchestra performance, although the scale is small, but the holiday is to be all casual, comfortable to relax the most important, care about too many scale details of the part but let people feel a sense of oppression, I like such a small, casual, sincere, very warm.

We took pool view room which is comfortable and clean. There is two swimming pools in hotel, the one next to restaurant has connecting view with ocean but not a big pool. The other is on east side which is bigger and more quiet. Our room is close to east pool so it's easy to access to pool and beach also. You can also swim in the sea but you need go to west side coz there are many rocks on east side. The breakfast is OK. The salad is not cold enough that you might worry about the fresh. Dinner is good though the price is much higher than outside restaurant. There is a gym for 24hr use but not many equipments The massage is so so, but you can do it next to the ocean with the wave sound which is quite cool. Anyway, it's a good place to have a relaxing holidays here.

My hubby and I, together with our 2 kids stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The picturesque beach was just soothing after the hustle and bustle of city life. The accommodation, the little note and the bag added a personal touch of welcoming myself and my family. The staff are very warm, very helpful and always greets guests with a smile. I have no qualms recommending to friends and family. It was worth every penny spent. Kudos to the staff!

Definitely the best place to stay in Panglao. The service is extremely stellar. From the restaurant servers to the front desk, housekeeping and the managers. Kudos to Jason and Hannah for the perfect service. They have longest pristine beach in Panglao (they bought part of the Bohol Beach Club) The premium beach front is highly recommended to stay. Though pricey, the location and view are definitely worth it. There are 2 pools you can choose from and one is located right next to the beach front rooms which is very accessible, when you want to dip after your beach swim. The buffet' spread is good, though I miss some of the american dishes. When in Panglao, get the best experience — choose South Palms Resort!

We were a group of 2 adults and 1 kid. We've booked 1 night stay in the Deluxe Garden View at a best price of 5530 pesos at Agoda. They have enough amenities as posted. I am impressed with the child friendly and close to nature ambience. Anywhere in the resort is picture worthy. I love it! Also, the food were tasty but a bit pricey. I have no complains during our stay because we had a great time. I would highly recommend this to my friends. Thanks for the hospitality of the staff and the management.

The resort atmosphere is very good overall. Very relaxing and not too many people. The only criticism is the buffet dinner, which is ok overall, but I would prefer to have some fruit at the end.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Very much worth the price you pay for. Rooms are neat and clean; the cleaners come everyday to tidy up your room and replace used towels and toiletries, as well as restock the minibar, coffee, bottled water and snacks. A big plus for the room service and pillow menu, where they have a variety of pillow types to choose from to make sure your sleep is as comfy and relaxing as it gets with no extra charge! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they will always greet you and make you feel right at home. Simple requests are granted without hesitation which makes you feel like honored guests. Paddle boats, kayaks, and bambikes are readily availble for use. Food is on the pricier side but that's what you should expect from fine dining. Food selection is a bit limited but the breakfast buffet has lots of options and worth getting up early in the morning for. I like that everything is always restocked and plentiful. Definitely one of, if not the best resorts in Panglao. Very highly recommended.

Security here is air-tight. The place is clean and upscale, with a pool and several dining areas. The beach is dotted with numerous seats and tables, and the food is cooked right in front of the guests.

Stayed only overnight in their Beach Villa, but I regret not staying longer! The beach area was beautiful and not crowded. My villa has its own private sitting area and access to the beach. Food was great too. Staff was friendly and warm. I'll definitely come back!
