June 2, 2019 The place is good. So peaceful and siren, good place to escape from city life. Pool was clean and safe. Staff are friendly. Value for money was just ok except for the absence of some basic provisions like kettle, cup and hanger at the bathroom to hang our clothes and towel. Also water pressure must be improve.

The husband of the manager was rude. Instead of reprimanding the staff in private, he did it in public. I only asked the staff to make my bed past 4pm. He even wanting to open my room without knocking or asking me about it. I can forgive the mosquitoes but not this incident which is my deal breaker.

The rooms and swimming pool are clean. All the staff are very helpful and efficient. The staff are very accommodating and u want a laid back, simple and quiet place to stay in Panglao and a good accessibility to the Alona beach, airport, bee farm and the closest beach is only 15 min walk and convenient to stores, restaurants and transportation.

This garden resort is really at its best. The place is neat and very serene. Everything is clean and the staff are really nice. I just wish they have a restaurant and an attendant present for all your concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet muuuuy hotel a couple of miles from Alona Beach. With a quiet pool and a very attentive staff.

The place is good and quiet, swimming pool is clean. But too far from Alona beach and 15 minutes walk from Dumaluan beach.

Room was very basic and slightly dusty. Bed was comfortable and the aircon was good mainly the issues with the place we're cosmetic there was a few mosquitos in the room when we arrived and a strong smell of urine from the toilet.

We liked everything, especially the fact that the rooms are clean, the pool is clean, the grounds are clean and the toilet is separate from the shower.

Place is clean. Pool is so nice. Location is not close the beach though and there is no food/restaurant near.

Nice Hotel but no more. The rooms are small and poorly soundproofed. Very noisy Australian neighbors. The pool is nice. The outdoor rest area is welcome for dinner because the "terraces" of the rooms are tiny. The meals have to avoid: pieces of chicken ridiculously small and cramed and the pork is not better… very bad point. It is better to buy at Pinglao and come back to eat at the hotel.

Loved the place ita a few minutes Way from Dumaluan and Alona beach. But if you prefer your plaxe to be quiet after a long tiring day. The place is peefect. There's a pool you can unwind, it's also perfect for kids. They only serve breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the beds arw comfortable.

It is not like the pictures. And the price for scooter rent is too high. the pool is good. The rooms is big, but not That Nice.

Nice quiet place even during peak seasons. Small pools are good for small groups. A little far from the beach (20-minute walk or a 2-minute motorcycle ride). Good service. Affordable prices. Amenities needs some improvement.

Excelent pool, rooms whitaout kitchen hawe beter toalets! Nice end helpfuul stuf allweys with a smail! Lokacion is ok!

The room was pretty basic, not really value for your money.
Nice to have a water cooker and a fridge, but there was no tea, only 2 glasses, no bowls or plates, cutlery or anything @ the "kitchen".
It would also be better for the environment, which they say they care about (washing towels y/n), to provide a water dispenser to refill your empty water bottle.
Also we asked if we could make a local 1800 call (I assume it's even toll free) & after waiting a long time it was still not sure if it didn't work or they didn't want to try it, because it might cost them some money.
I don't blame the staff, but this way it seems the owner is a sort of cheapskate & doesn't put the customers on number 1.
When you call a place a RESORT better amenities & service will most likely be expected.
Or maybe it's just us, in our experience…

The breakfast was not impressive. They also refused us to leave our backpacks for two hours after the check out — it has never happened before so I'm disappointed. They claime to be a quiet place but it was a constant noise from the road. For the other hand it was clean and safe place and there was no loud music or karaoke.

This place is beautiful and spacious area than I expected. Even though there were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes, the price is reasonable and I was satisfied. In addiction the service of this resort also is good. I really recommend this resort.

Worth the money, every day wet cleaning, even help to rent a bike.

Very nice accomodation. Not to expensive. We stayed there 2 nights. Very comfy everything you need. Clean room. Not to loud in the evening. You can rent a motorcycle for less. Breakfast is bad but its only 10 minutes drive with moto to Alona theres a lot to breakfast.

Good staffs, nice pool, clean room, reasonable price. It's perfect.

Quick check in and friendly staff. The rooms were clean too and affordable. There's no phone in the rooms and so if staying long, dont forget to get the mobile numbers of the resort posted at the check in lobby.

Its fine. Freont desk staff is sweet free breakfast but limited. No lunchbor dinner offered.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Great place to stay in Panglao. They offered free shuttle service from and to airport. The swimming pool is clean and nice. Great for summer getaways without the need to go far from Alona Beach. Will be staying here again for sure! Highly Recommended!

Had a great time here with the family. Clean rooms and accommodating staff made my trip great! If your looking for a great size family room this is the one I rented for 6 days. Highly Recommended.
