Owner is exceptionally kind and caring, so nice to have that after experiencing many people who just don't care. Rooms are old style but clean and comfortable.

Comfortable room with small balcony overlooking the main Square. Everything worked fine.
Bed had cleans linens & afforded me a comfortable sleep.

Only stayed one night and arrived Saturday afternoon off the bus from Cusco to find it was carnival, we were very lucky having a balcony room overlooking the square, fantastic views of carnival

Very good hotel in the center of Puno. Close to everything, the main square, shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and bathroom with a real bathtub. Tasty breakfast on the upper terrace.

The best breakfast with 3 fresh papaya pineapple melon juice ready, between all these36 countries that I traveled was the most ecofriendly hotel.

The Room was spacious. The Wi-Fi was not very good.

Quiet hostel with basic room and amenities. A bit chilly at night but they have extra blankets in the hallway up for grabs. The breakfast is decent and simple.

This is THE place to stay. We dealt with Antonio who is a wonderful man. Warm, helpful, and a sense of humor. The hotel is comfortable, clean, secure, and quiet.

Beds and toilet were clean. Good location. I booked a tour through the hotel and that went well. Free simple/basic breakfast was convenient. 24h warm water, not always hot.

We stayed in Puno for three nights and really enjoy our accommodation in Totorani. Alberto, the owner, is very kind and considerate, and made our stay easy and confortable.

Super friendly hostess. We only stayed 1 night before we started our Titicaca tour. We were able to leave the bags and when we returned 2 days later we could have a shower.

This hotel was so so kind and accommodating. My group had a mix up with our dates and they immediately fixed and helped us. Then our bus got canceled and they let us stay an extra night.

Nice hostel — more of a hotel. However, the owners are friendly and the breakfast is nice!
Location is perfect, many restaurants around, plaza vea just down the road for groceries.

Spent a few days here! Loved the place Nancy the overall hand in the place nothing is a small job too here she is so lovely! Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night. The accommodation on Lake Titcaca was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The use of kayaks is a bonus.

The hostal is run by a nice older couple. They were really helpful and booked me a tour of the Uros islands for a really cheap price (20 soles), taxi to the harbour included.

Budget option for motorized travelers with safe parking and services like laundry and possibility to organize a trips on Titicaca lake.
