Nice rooms located near a popular area. Staff is more then willing to help out in any way they can.

Friendly staff and ok location, reasonably priced. The checkout process was wierd as the security guard went back to my room before I was able to dcheck out.

It is important to have our experience! The Hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with a very good location in the heart of Miraflores! The ladies who serve the breakfast is very nice and very rich everything! Except the Ms. That attends the reception, in the evening, it's a woman despota and bitter that not even I saw the face when they asked him things! He said in his face, and didn't even apologize, taking us all the right to claim what is right! By your attitude! What a shame that a nice hotel has this kind of elements as staff to receive your guests! I should clarify that it alone! Makes you feel bad to the people! At least, so we feel we! A penalty!

Big rooms, good prices and great location. Bad internet!

We can recommend this hotel mainly because of the really good location and the very friendly and excellent service.
With only a few foot steps, dozens of restaurants, bars and shops can be reached. We were there on a weekend and there is really a lot on offer here in the evening and at night.
Of course, this also has a slightly effect on the volume of the rooms directly on the street. However, this did not bother us at all and we slept excellently in the room, which was neat and clean and of the equipment a 3 star house corresponded.
Communication with the hotel and organising the transfers worked out really perfectly and prices were moderate each.
For people who like to be in an active area, this hotel is a good recommendation.

We LOVE Casa Cielo — it's small and intimate and the owners and staff are wonderful. It's close to everything and you can walk everywhere safely. The beds are also GREAT as are the bathrooms. A wonderful place. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are very relaxing. Breakfast is delightful both the location and choices offered. After over a month of traveling throughout northern Peru this was a great place to rest and recover. There is no air-conditioning — this is not a problem for me, I prefer not having it. Although next time it maybe worth asking if they provide fans. The location is perfect walking distance to SO many sites and restaurants.

Great location, safe and by the coast. Rooms were fine but not as good as we imagined by the photos. Staff very helpful. Great taxi service from/to airport We couldn’t hear much noise from outside but we could hear noise from inside the hotel. For example, we could hear the staff setting up the breakfast as if they were in the same room. Breakfast was disappointing.

I had a wonderful five night stay at the Hotel Casa Cielo. The hotel is perfectly situated in Iima to access some of limas best restaurants and attractions. The house keeping insured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was friendly and extremely helpful. Overall it was a five star experience and I would highly recommend Hotel Casta Cielo to anyone staying in Lima.

I stayed at Casa Cielo late last year, when travelling to Peru to shoot a short documentary about the infamous Peruvian "spectacled bear". The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Miraflores district, and my stay was impeccable from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern, with excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location in Miraflores; decent rooms; great water pressure; good free breakfast and extremely helpful staff (gracias Carmen por todo). A 5 minute walk down Calle Berlin down to beautiful Kennedy Park (see my review). Walking down Calle Berlin offers excellent bars, restaurants and a laundromat; we had them do two decent sized loads for 50 soles. A 12 minute walk towards the ocean front; the park for lovers; beautiful pictures; watch the hang gliders; walk down the stairs to the water. I was pleased with this choice for hotel in Lima.

Super comfy bed, staff are very nice and welcoming, the shower is hot and with awesome pressure, breakfast is very good with fruit options, eggs made according to your taste, bread etc.

Love this place. Convenient location and comfortable and very clean rooms. Breakfast on the rooftop is amazing. It is a bit noisy but if you close the windows it is fine. We'd love to come back soon!

Cozy, intimate, nice rooms, great staff.

Excellent location, very well priced but be aware that there are bars playing music loudly until the early hours. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating to requests. Easily accessed from the airport for 60 Peru soles not USD! Miraflores is a wonderful neighbourhood and Casa Cielo is a good option on a budget.

Fab place to stay! Centre of it all, stylish and couldn't have been made to feel any more welcome than what we were! Loved this place, highly recommend it — the reception staff even arranged our trip to Machu Picchu for us making life that little more relaxing!
