Beautiful hotel and very central, I recommend them.

Excellent 5 stars hotel. All the facility is first class. Bath, hand, face towels, kleenex, refre bar, even had 110 V along 220 V: smart thoughtful people. Restaurant is first class with an ample varied menu waited in by first class formally dressed servers.

Excellent location in Miraflores, right in front of Universidad de Piura and close by the nighlife in Lima.

It's an amazing place to rest. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Had a great time. With a very polite and friendly staff. Spotless rooms. And at a very, very good location next to everything. The breakfast buffet was excellent with different options each morning. On the down side it got a little noisey at times, mostly due to the pub next door. But it wasn't constant and didn't keep me up or ruined my experience in the least, a nice compromise considering the location. I'd definitely come back and try their food again.

Hotel located in a safe area. Breakfast buffet rich and varied. Recommended.

We met a group of friends for lunch, the menu is 30 suns, serve 5 salads, you can repeat, choose bottom plate, each more delicious, dessert and soda that you can also repeat, all very rich, we spent super, well served and is one block from Oval. I recommend it.

I go to Lima twice a year. This hotel for 3 years meets my expectations, good service, good attention, cleanliness. Excellent location.

A lot of care! We spent the night with my family, the next morning we went to breakfast, then we went shopping and when we came back we were missing things, we ask for the report and had entries to the room that we did not do. Much eye! Make copy of the keys, enter the room and steal. We lacked several things of value, in total about USD $ 650. Gives a lot of importencia and managers to wash their hands.

An excellent hotel in every aspect. Its service is A1 and its exquisite food.

Horrible experience, we were robbed of perfumes, watches and even underwear and make-up bought before entering the hotel. It is a shame, never in my life, being that I travel a lot and I constantly use of hotels, had gone through a situation like this. I don't recommend it to anyone. Pay 130 Dolores for a room they entered and served what they wanted. A mess.

Don't waste your money and time here. Terrible hotel and customer service. I don't even know how they can call themselves a 4-star hotel. On our second night we decided to watch some TV, and to our disappointment it was not working. We called the reception to have it fixed, and they send a service guy who couldn't fix it, so they offered to move us to another room. So far so good, except that in the second room the A/C is busted (we spent about 2 hours there with the A/C set to maximum, and the room temperature barely changed), and worst part was the bed, which felt more like a series of speed bumps than a regular matress. Really bad and uncomfortable. Time to call the reception once again, but wait, the phone beside the bed isn't working also. So off to the bathroom phone to call them. They offered to switch to a new room, which would be our third one, but ok, s* happens. Couple of minutes later they called, and informed us they don't have anything else available, so they need us to go back to our original room, and that it's "ok now, the TV is fixed". So luggage hauling again back to the room. Quite a 'relaxing Saturday night', lot's of packing/unpacking action for us. If they could fix the TV that fast, why not offer us that option in the first place? We could've gone for a drink or a walk instead of hurrying up to pack everything. Luckyly for us we didn't unpack much in the 2nd room, as we thankfully have only one more night in this place.

30 minutes from airport. Clean, good breakfast. Good local.

This hotel is well positioned in Lima's Miraflores district. If you're wanting to visot the beach, it's a bit of a hike, but other than that, it's a great hotel. The breakfast selection is extensive, if eclectic — pizza for breakfast? The hotel is clean and up-to-date. All the staff I spoke with were lovely. The room itself was large, clean, well designed and comfortable. The bed was amazing! You even get a robe and slippers for use after your en suite whirlpool bath. And, if you like cats, this hotel is right beside a park that's got hundreds of cats and kittens living in it!

Very nice hotel, one of my favorites of Lima, good price, good service, has a spa and gym.
Very good the two restaurants.
The only detail is that when they were in reform, not they respected hours of noise, something that I complained and asked me to apologize.

Although I was not staying at the Hotel, I loved the area of business and Convention. Excellent.
