Loreto Hotels

Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel room is very clean and beautiful, staffs are polite and sweet. Shower is hot, AC is cold. Location is beautiful and central.

Nice large room spacious. Pool outside room. Nice breakfast.
Staff very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Excellent service.
Had a lovely stay.

Don't get fooled by the name. Its the building address, not anything else. Excellente service. Front desk staff is mostly bilingual. Room was a Fantastic deal!

Staff was friendly for both the check in and breakfast portion. Rooms were cleaned and air conditioned worked well too! (Important for the humidity. ) the breakfast was lovely as well.

Amazing stay, rooms are clean, comfy and they have AC. Also the breakfast were local and tasty! I would love to stay here longer! 😊

We had a nice stay here for x4 nights before our tour of the Amazon. It was nice to be somewhere peaceful so that we could properly relax & rest before our adventure.

The DoubleTree is as good as it gets in Iquitos where infrastructure is relatively limited.

We decided to treat ourselves and stay here on our last day in Iquitos after a few days in a jungle tour, and it did not disappoint.

The El Dorado Classic Hotel is very conveniently located less than a block from the Plaza Mayor (main square) of Iquitos, and about two blocks from the street that overlooks the nearby tributary of

If you’re looking for a hotel in Iquitos, Peru this is the one. I am a 54-year-old woman from the USA. I had never traveled outside of the country by myself, and I was very nervous.

The breakfast, the room, everything impeccable, the good treatment of its staff, Carla and Diego.

Excellent Location, close to the main square.
*I liked the breakfast, very rich.
*Excellent attention from the staff!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fitzcarrald Hotel! We only stayed one night prior to our jungle experience — but it was the perfect stay. First, the location could not be beat.

The beautiful and clean hotel was amazing. The host was wonderful and made sure that all our needs were met. Very friendly staff and extremely clean rooms.

Thank you for your warm welcome sir. Everthing was very well thought out to the last detail. I only stayed one night to catch an early flight and showed up without reservation.

This hotel was actually super cheap for what they offer! It is very nice, and the staff were absolutely friendly.

Central Bed & Breakfast is a two block walk from the Plaza de Armas in Iquitos, but it offers personalized service and value on a scale that is hard to measure.

I love Central Bed and Breakfast. They are very comfortable rooms and the people running it are so wonderful and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria Regia. The hotel and room were very clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Great stay in Iquitos!

Location is perfect fpr staying in the city, very central and easy walk to anyway important. Best take away from this place was the breakfast! Great selection of hot and cold items with fresh fruit.

Sr Luis and Neydita Hospedaje are top notch, super recommend!

Lovely place, was the best decision to stay here. Good located, very quiet and super friendly owner. Can just recommend everyone to stay here before your tour or flight.

Such a great stay here with Sara! We originally stayed for 2 nights but then stayed for a further two because we liked it so much. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need.

This is a good option for a simple stay in Iquitos. It isn't close to any restaurants etc but moto taxis are cheap here. There's a decent kitchen and everything is nice and clean.

This is my third time staying at The Jungle House, and it’s always a place I look forward to returning to. Whenever I leave the Amazon jungle, I often feel a little vulnerable stepping back into the

Jungle House was a wonderful experience! We stayed four nights in mid August/2025 and loved everything about this small hotel.

The apartment was as advertised — the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
The apartments were immaculately clean.

This was an excellent place to stay! Great location right next to Dawn on the Amazon and about three blocks from the square. Very safe, very heavy metal doors that lock automatically.

It was my third time in this lodge and I had an amazing time like every time I visit that magical place. Every time I visit new places, see other animals and meet nice people.

Superb! What a magical stay we had. From pick up from the airport to drop off we honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Our guide Marden and his helper Freddy were brilliant.

We had a fantastic time on our 4 days / 3 nights trip in the Amazonas!

The tour was amazing! The residence is in a very beautiful place by the river. The rooms are very good and very clean (spacious, fans, bug nets).

Had an amazing trip with my partner at Amak. All the trips were great with Carlos he made it so memorable.

An amazing place, good cabins, food and tours. The staff is from the local communities, the are very friendly and well trained. The location allows to move around the river to do several activities.

This is the spot to stay in IQT! Super close to the airport and Wilson (owner) and his wife are amazing! Don’t miss out on staying in the best place in IQT.

Wilson and his wife are perfect hosts. Pick up from the airport, help with bags. The room was very spacious for a family of four, we had air conditioning and hot water for a shower if needed!

Best experience ever our guide uciello was like Wikipedia…

Our guide Marden phenomenal! I feel that he adapted to the group, had a lot of patience and made us see everything!

We had an amazing four days in the Amazon exploring with our guide Roberto and staying at Alex’s family’s lodge. The tour was very well organized and the food was excellent as well.

The four day expedition was out of this world. I had never been to the Amazon and our guide Roberto was incredible and went above and beyond.

Our trip to Muyuna Lodge is one of our favorite trips ever. We are fortunate to have travelled to many places and have been hosted by many wonderful hosts. Muyuna Lodge is one of the best.

Absolutely beautiful, the Lodge itself is very nice and when being three hours away from a city which is only accessible by boat or plane it's quite impressive.

This has been an amazing experience. We have been here with our some of our Scouts during our first trip ever to the Amazon so we had no idea what to expect.

Our private group stayed at 3 of the Lodges. Great location, good service, buffet style food, good covered boats for transport. Excellent Guides for tours, hikes.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The beds are very comfortable, rooms have AC, Wi-Fi works very well and showers are warm! Yessica couldn’t have been more helpful!

Just left this hostel around 20 mins ago and I should say my stay there was perfect. The owner was an American guy who was really helpful during my stay.

Great hotel to stay in while in Iquitos. Central location to the newly renovated street with restaurants and hotels at a short walking distance.

Macambo is located in the center of Iquitos, with very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms at great prices.

Moicca hostel is a great place. Iquitos is a chaotic city, but in Moicca you can find an oasis of peace. Pablo, his family, the fastest cat, and the cutest puppy make sure the vibes are chill.

Best hostel in Iquitos. The rooms and hostel itself is basic but the staff go out the way to help anyway they can. Fabio was great and always helped out when needed.

Great value for money! Wi-Fi is working very well & shower is superb!
Señora Flor & her husband are very welcoming & even helped us with a problem we had to solve with the slow boat going to Iquitos!

Nice quiet accommodation. Stayed at a different accommodation on my first night which was crazy noisy and was glad to change. Aircon and pool are wonderful to cool down. Friendly, helpful staff.
