We had an incredible time at Libertad Jungle lodge.

The best thing about Libertad is it is run by the community and all proceeds go to fund the community.
We went on a 2 night 3 day tour in what was described as a rustic lodge.

Such an amazing experience with beautiful views and diverse species in Amazon ❤️❤️ four days and three nights were definitely too short and too fast as all the morning, afternoon and night activities

My wife and I went to the Grand Amazon Lodge in December. If I could give lodge 10 stars, I would. Why? The woman who helps organize everything, Nelly, was phenomenal.

We had the most amazing two-day jungle tour with Danny, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Jacamar Lodge and had an unforgettable adventure. Our guide Danny was absolutely fantastic – he spotted so many animals and birds we would have never seen on our own.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fitzcarrald Hotel! We only stayed one night prior to our jungle experience — but it was the perfect stay. First, the location could not be beat.

The beautiful and clean hotel was amazing. The host was wonderful and made sure that all our needs were met. Very friendly staff and extremely clean rooms.

It was my third time in this lodge and I had an amazing time like every time I visit that magical place. Every time I visit new places, see other animals and meet nice people.

Superb! What a magical stay we had. From pick up from the airport to drop off we honestly couldn’t fault the experience. Our guide Marden and his helper Freddy were brilliant.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel room is very clean and beautiful, staffs are polite and sweet. Shower is hot, AC is cold. Location is beautiful and central.

Everything was amazing! The atmosphere of being in the jungle and in a beautiful resort. The food was also amazing it was all fresh and tasted amazing!

We had an amazing time in the Amazon thanks to Amazon Garden Ecolodge. They took care of us from the very beginning—right when we arrived, they picked us up and transported us to the lodge.

Went for work. It's close to many restaurants and the neighborhood feels safe.

I used Central Bed and Breakfast at the start of my Amazon vacation and then, during the visit, I returned multiple times between wildlife tours. I found the staff friendly and very helpful.

This hostel was the perfect place for myself and 4 friends, the host Luis was exceptionally helpful!

An unforgettable stay. A great hostel with fabulous outside areas & beautiful plants. Very clean! The kitchen is well stocked.

Excellent base to explore the Amazon rainforest. We were lucky to have Abelardo Flores as our guide.

It is in a unique location, right next to the Amazon River. Many activities are included such as fishing and visiting a local tribe. Our personal guide was great and flexible to our needs.

Danny was our guide for the trip he spoke perfect English and was extremely kind.

Overall, this hotel was very nice. The breakfast is amazing. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are perfect and comfortable. Only issue is the noise from the street.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at Antares Amazon Lodge in early December, 2025. Alan was absolutely incredible as our knowledgeable host and super experienced guide for our jungle adventure.

Antares is all about the excursions! I don't think my husband and I could have had a better, more personalized experience on our first trip to the Amazon basin.

Positive: The people working here is great, made every day a great experience with good recommendations and always meet you with a smile.

Good rooms (TV air-conditioning, ceiling fans), helpful staff (obviously in Spanish) and a quiet location.

This hotel was actually super cheap for what they offer! It is very nice, and the staff were absolutely friendly.

The apartment was as advertised — the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.

This was an excellent place to stay! Great location right next to Dawn on the Amazon and about three blocks from the square. Very safe, very heavy metal doors that lock automatically.

Had an amazing trip with my partner at Amak. All the trips were great with Carlos he made it so memorable.

An amazing place, good cabins, food and tours. The staff is from the local communities, the are very friendly and well trained. The location allows to move around the river to do several activities.

Jungle House was a wonderful experience! We stayed four nights in mid August/2025 and loved everything about this small hotel.

I had a really lovely stay at Jungle House. The rooms were clean, AC, good Wi-Fi, hot showers with delicious breakfast in the morning. The location is great. It’s in a safe, walkable area.

Bora hotel is amazing! I loved the room, so beautiful, clean and cozy with lots of attention to details. The shower was the best I had in Iquitos.

The breakfast was great, and the staff at the reception polite and willing to assist. The area is very convenient if someone wants to go for shopping, to eat or even for a nice walk.

The owners were very sweet, welcoming and helpful. The whole hostel was beautifully decorated with colors and artwork and theres also a rooftop terrace.

I would highly recommend this hostel :) the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and there are HOT showers which was an absolutely must after spending a few days in the Amazon.

Staff was friendly for both the check in and breakfast portion. Rooms were cleaned and air conditioned worked well too! (Important for the humidity. ) the breakfast was lovely as well.

Nice lobby, room and rooftop breakfast area with a lovely view. Stephanie, the manager, and Paul, the owner, were very warm and helpful.

The DoubleTree is as good as it gets in Iquitos where infrastructure is relatively limited.

We decided to treat ourselves and stay here on our last day in Iquitos after a few days in a jungle tour, and it did not disappoint.
