Excellent stay. Close to historic center of Cusco. Walkable to Peru Rail and all museums. Bus stop for 1 solos ride anywhere within the city. Good free breakfast included in the hotel tariff.

In December 2023 my family — wife and kids stayed at this lovely hotel for a week. We had a wonderful time, and the hotel was clean, central and comfortable. The staff were always super helpful.

A lovely hotel in a great location near the plaza San blas. The room was really spacious and comfortable, and quiet at night.

Conveniently located in San Blas, this boutique hotel is accessible on foot only and is around 100m away from laneways that vehicles/taxis/buses can access so transfers are relatively easy and safe.

The hotel is situated at a very peaceful and beautiful location. There are mountains and a river surrounded the hotel. The gardens, swimming pool and facilities are stunning.

We loved the location, alpacas in the backyard.
The breakfast could be so much better. Stale bread, not much variety of foods, cheese starting to look old from being out so long.

In the heart of Pisac, located where travelers, tourists, adventurers and sightseer's want to be located. Beautiful view of the face of the mountain right across the river.

The only downside of this place is the Peruvian habit of blaring horns. 5.30am both nights. Nothing to do with the hotel of course, but mebbe the mayor of the town should take notice!

We loved the location of this converted monastery nestled in the mountains. The service was outstanding, and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

This was the most scenic and beautiful hotel we stayed in our entire Peru trip. We could see the mountains from our balcony. Secluded hotel. Perfect for a quiet getaway. We stayed here for one night.

The hotel is beautiful, located in Urubamba with lots of greenery and very comfortable rooms. I attended a wedding there, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the restaurant.

We just returned back from our trip to Cusco. We stayed at the JWM, El Convento Cusco for 6 nights in a double bedroom facing the courtyard on the third floor.

Great experience there in the beautiful imperial suite over Christmas. Very attentive staff and management that made our stay great. Loved watching the fireworks from the balcony.

Structure and common spaces are beautiful, breakfast excellent, compared to them the rooms are quite simple, and small; location excellent in the old city, and at the side of a trin station.

Beautiful historical hotel located in a prime area of Cusco where you have the quiet serene street but walkable to all the sights. I love the charm and level of service. The staff are impeccable.

We had a very nice dinner with very friendly and accomodating service by Ruth as we were able to order and share both a soup and pizza together with two beers.

This was the most wonderful gem of a place with beautifully appointed rooms — everything you need after a days hike! Fresh water and little sweet alfajores to eat with a cup of tea.

An unusual hotel. Rooms are in small chalets located within the jungle grounds. Charming, yes, but lighting and signage could be better and it is a real pain when it rains.

Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient.

An oasis in Urubumba. Just 7 mins by car from Ollantaytambo but down gravel track then welcomed by this beautiful hotel. Rooms are amazing as was the warmth of the welcome.

Room was fantastic! Great location in Cusco and amazing value for the price. The room had an extra large comfy bed and a rack to dry stuff on which was clutch.

Manager (owner? ) was fantastic, so gracious and generous.
