Comfortable bed, satisfactory breakfast. A la carte dinner meals were very tasty and a real advantage to have since the hotel is away from the city centre. If weather permits, the garden is a delight.

This is a very nice place about 15 mins outside Ollantaytambo. The rooms were spacious although the bed sheets were very heavily fragranced (which we noted another traveller commented on).

Excellent service, good breakfast, pleasant staff, clean rooms, nice views, comfortable facility, great value for the price. I have returned twice and I highly recommend it.

Very beautiful rooms it was a pleasure to stay here. It was close to the center, but far away that you had enough peace and quiet to enjoy the beautiful views.

An oasis in Urubumba. Just 7 mins by car from Ollantaytambo but down gravel track then welcomed by this beautiful hotel. Rooms are amazing as was the warmth of the welcome.

A) To park your car on the property, you need to navigate very narrow roads with the gutter in the center. This makes a second person as a spotter mandatory.

The house is an inheritance from generations of a beautiful family! The construction retains its charm and has managed to adapt to infrastructure improvements without losing its essence.

We loved our stay! It is an extremely quiet and comfortable place. In addition, the administrator Adriana is a very kind person and attentive to the needs of the guests, she makes you feel at home.

Booked in advance, chep place to stay with breakfast. Rooms very clean, basic but suited us. En suite. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was fruit salad, museli, rolls and jam, fried eggs.

It’s my first stay in Peru and in Cusco. This hostal was recommended by my husband who stayed here last year. My friend and I shared a room with twin beds, there were 3 altogether in the room.

The walking tour is a must join! Tupac was an incredibly informative and friendly guide, from whom I learnt so much about Cusco on my first day.

Staff is super lovely, always trying to help! Beds are comfy, social area is fun, lots of chill couch areas as well which is great in between all the day trips and hiking from Cusco.

The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain.

From the limited options for hotels in the area, this one was pretty good. The rooms were clean; except, one bed did have a little bit of dirt on the comforter.

We enjoyed our stay at Taypikala. Upon arrival, we realized we booked the hotel for the wrong nights. The hotel was very accommodating to move our reservation, which was very kind.

Our trekking company booked this for us as part of a tour. We stayed 2 nights at the start & 2 at the end of our trip with the hotel looking after our luggage in between.
