Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Location was great — just a short walk to the town centre. Breakfasts were superb — eggs cooked to order and done very quickly.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights, our room has a loft and very spacious for 4 persons. Breakfast is a wonderful bonus with very attentive staff.

Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. Hot shower as well.

I recently stayed there and loved it! Located a few steps away from MaPi ticketing office, and super close to the train station.

We stayed here during our trip to Machu Picchu. We got the suite and it's huge with a living room, hot tub, and big balcony with view of the mountain.

Very clean, comfortable beds, location is convenient to everything. Breakfast was easy for our trip to Mach Pichu. Views were outstanding. Loved the staff, especially Mishail.

Lovely Hotel close to so much history, restaurants and shops. Staff is great. Beds were super comfortable, lots of hot water and nice simple breakfast. We stayed twice to and from the Sacred Valley.

We really love this hotel. We have a big room, it is clean, nice hot shower (with good pressure) and the breakfast is simple but fine! A really good place to relax.

One of the staff picked me up from the train station with my name on it. They are very warm, approachable and courteous.

Room is tiny, breakfast is between 5:30 to 8:30 so you need to get up very early. No hot food at breakfast.
No AC or radiator.

Very tranquil and serene space. Courteous staff. Felt safe. The rooms were a nice size and everything was clean. Water pressure on the shower was incredible. Everything about this hotel was amazing.

A simple, yet beautiful, hotel with a great restaurant in the sacred valley. The old Spanish villa and the tropical garden are stunning and provide a serene experience in the sacred valley.

This place is great! Super kind service and high quality rooms close to good sights in town. They helped to hold our bags for us while sight seeing and were very friendly throughout!

For the price of a hotel room we ended up getting essentially a 3 floor apartment with full kitchen and rooftop Terrace all to ourselves.

Amazing steal of a deal. I have stayed at SIX 3 and 4 star hotels in Cusco in the past two years… This hotel is by far the nicest.

My room had afternoon sun and a little balcony where I could catch sun and watch the neighborhood dogs.

Our family of 5, with 2 adults and 3 children ages 12, 15 and 17 stayed here 3 nights in March of 2024. It was wonderful. We had a family room with 4 beds and one bathroom.

Silence, nature, quality in every detail, either in the suoerb small cottages either in the garden, either in the food. The location is great. Next to Urubamba river where you can walk.

The staff was beyond hospitable. They took really great care of me and my family and always did so promptly and with a smile on their face.

We stayed here before and after our Salkantay Trek and they were fantastic. They stored our bags for us for the week. The location can’t be beat, literally 5 steps from Plaza de Armas.

I know all these reviews are terrible but honestly for the price we paid I feel pretty good with our choice.

Stayed here 2 nights and felt like home. The bed is amazing, the breakfast like everywhere and the staff very helpful with late check-out, printing flight tickets. Great quiet area.

We slept here as the last night of our trekking and was really good! The beds are comfy, charging plugs by the bed, toilette and shower very good, everything very clean and service very good.
