This was an excellent hotel for our 3 day stay in Cusco. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were ever in Cusco again. The hotel is situated high on a hillside so you get a stunning view of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower had very good water pressure and temperature. The beds were very clean and warm. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Close to the main plaza by walking 10-15 minutes or 5 minute taxi ride. Definite 5 stars!

The hotel and the attention were spectacular, but it does not have the Internet, only in the common area and very bad speed. Also because it is new people do not know and is difficult to locate.

Great hotel with a breathtaking view of Cusco. Hotel is small but rooms are very spacious. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and is exquisitely decorated. The breakfast area sits on the roof of the hotel with almost 360 degree view of the area. Breakfast is prepared there and then while you wait. It is in walking distance of the city centre. All in all a really great hotel!

The Balconcillo hotel is ideal to rest, thanks to its location in a quiet area of Cusco, in addition to spectacular views.
Excellent staff who lend the same to everything have made us feel like family.
Spacious and comfortable rooms with super comfortable beds.
The breakfast was very good.
15' from the center walking down and up by taxi for 8/10 suns (less than 3o)

One star off for no room Wi-Fi, but otherwise very friendly and accommodating staff and very clean rooms with comfy beds. Stayed here for a good week during our time in Cusco. Everyone tells us its far from the Plaza de Armas but we found our way down in less than 15 mins wallking. Killer view overlooking the red rooftops of Cusco. Hotel is provide airport pickup but no airport drop off. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed oj which was our fave.
