This hotel cannot be canceled. The service during phone calls does not behave professionally (they promise to call you back, which does not happen, I had 3 times like this in this hotel). Due to COVID-19 I cannot enter Norway and the policy of this Scandic hotel is that they do not refund any money after booking. The hotel manager said there was no way to get the money back. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel are amazing and the rooms are very nice and comfortable food is good and so friendly people and helpful.

Design of room is nice with nice high tech switches but not so practical esp space between bed and wall too narrow to get luggage thru with a bed end bench blocking.

Beautiful rooms and a great breakfast. They have a free shuttle running between the airport and the hotel serving 24 hours which makes it so convenient for visitors. The reception area also has a check in machine and a digital display of flight details. Very convenient if your stay in bergen is for a day. Otherwise there is a tram running from the airport to city center which takes 45 minutes (one way). So for a longer stay in Bergen I would recommend to take accommodation closer to the center.

The Scandic Hotel at the Bergen Airport is spotless, classy, beautifully appointed. The front desk staff were extremely professional and polite. When we needed an extra bed for the family room, the staff arrived right away to make the bed from the pull out sofa and both my teen boys slept comfortably on it. There is a shuttle from the airport that will take you right to the hotel (go to C10 platform right outside the baggage claim, the shuttle bus is waiting there and just tell him “Scandic” — the hotel is only about 650m away, so you can also walk). The FREE breakfast bar was delicious and packed with just about everything you could want or need, to include fresh made fried eggs, omelets, smoked salmon, crepes, and there was even an entire gluten-free section. There is also the Flybussen Bus that will take you to the Bryggen center, or take the tram for a cheaper cost. I highly recommend Scandic hotel to family and friends! Enjoy!

Very nice rooms. Absolutely fabulous breakfast. Walking distance from airport which was nice. It says the restaurant is open 11am to 11pm, but was closed and didn't open until 7pm when we were there. We had checked in around 2pm after 20 hours of travel with two small kids so there was no way we'd be able to stay awake that long. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

We spent a weekend there in a superior extra room on the 4th floor. The room was not cleaned properly and we put in a complaint. They took it very seriously. Offered us another room, which we declined as we liked the room very much. They took it upon themselves to clean the room extra thoroughly for our stay there and we were compensated for our troubles. The hotel is new in 2017 and one of the very best Scandic-hotels we`ve ever visited. Great attention to detail when building it. Spcacious, good ventilation, great beds. Very cozy and warm interior. Great room, very professional and polite staff, good breakfast buffet. Within walking distance of the airport. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from the airport terminal. The staff were friendly. Welcoming and efficent. The room was a reasonable size and had a good size TV and a comfortable bed. My room had a view of the fitness area on the second floor. There was no tea or coffee available in the room but this was available in the reception area. The hotel offers a reasonably priced dinner buffet for its guests which was availed of by a number of guests. A really good Breakfast is served at the hotel from 4am which is great for early morning departures. Overall a great place to stay.

This is an airport hotel that actually has a friendly and warm welcoming touch. Check in was quick, efficient and they gave me a room that exceeded my expectations. Had a two course dinner in the trendy restaurant Food was ok but nothing more, the carpaccio was dry, dull and didn't taste much. The fish was ok, but the side dishes, even though well prepared, tasted nothing. The waitress however, was one of those rare people that manages to be professional but still with an aura and attitude of natural kindness and helpfulness. Much appreciated!

Newly built and 5 minutes walk from the airport (albeit uncovered, potentially an issue with Bergen's legendary rain) this is a modern and contemporary hotel aimed at the traveller. Too far from the centre and with no view to speak of, it is not ideal for a prolonged stay but perfect for those passing through or here on business. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a roomy feeling and a killer breakfast (with stove top espresso machines! ).

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for quite some time! The overall quality is superb and the facilities are exceptional. One of the most outstanding elements was the selection of food at breakfast and lunch, quite simple amazing. The quality for a buffet was exceptional. Outstanding, and should I be in the area again this would be my first choice.

For those going to/from heliport, a good 15min walk. Nice hotel, all new and shiny, warm welcome by very service-minded personnel. The breakfast buffet is very nice, with enough choice to fulfill anybody's taste. Good to know, if you don't want to walk or if the weather is not good enough, a shuttle can pick you up at entrance and get you to the airport for free.

Good food great room, everything clean and new. Depending on the room you have to walk a bit far. Modern and cosy, parking garage and CA 6min walking distance to the airport.

Brand new hotel with good amenities. Staff extremely efficient and very friendly. They seemed to like working there which is a good sign. The buffet breakfast had an enormous selection and everything was delicious.

This is an excellent hotel approximately 10 minutes walk from Bergen Airport. Rooms are spaceous and fresh with high quality beds. The breakfast buffé is really, really good. Lots of things to choose from, and plenty of it in addition. I will definitely come back here!

The check-in process was less than welcoming, luckily, things improved from there. Oddly, this was the only place in all of Norway that requested our passports. The hotel is well designed, and situated less than a 5 minute walk from the airport. It was a 45 minutes light rail ride to town. It as an ideal location for catching an early morning flight. The huge breakfast buffet was available starting at 4 AM. This was also the only hotel we stayed in, in Norway without a heated bathroom floor.

Convenient 5 min walk to airport & one of the better breakfasts we came across in Norway. Light rail from downtown was easy to use to get there. On the downside the check-in staff were less friendly than most & the bathroom floors were unheated & slippery. Breakfast starting at 4a was convenient for an early flight. Seemed like the hotel of choice for flight attendants & pilots.

Great hotel, just a short walk from the airport. The staff are great, the rooms very clean and nicely decorated, the inclusive breakfast has loads of choices to cater for everyone. If I return to Bergen, I'll definitely stay here again!

Warm comfortable suite, nicely decorated with photos, just like home. Like it. Big sofa by the bed making the space for luggage narrower. Picture of Bryygen on the suite wall, good. Toilet, clean and tidy. Huge lobby with a unique design of empty inner courtyard up to the top floor, impressive. Good breakfast with ample choices. A good place to stay if one is to visit Bergen.
