A very modern & convenient. Friendly atmosphere and staff. The bartender Tina went out of her way to make a perfect martini. The breakfast bar was as complete as I had ever seen.

Nice and clean hotel, with walking distance to the airport. Very convenient! However, one night I stayed there, a random person came into my room in the middle of the night when I was sleeping! I yelled hello, and the person left. I was so traumatized by this. When I told the receptionist what had happened, she blamed me for receiving the wrong room, as if I had chosen what room I wanted to stay in. Which I didn’t. Either ways, very poor customer service.

I checked in pretty late and was away early but it was a warm friendly place with great staff. Breakfast buffet was very good in the morning. Very close to teleport and airport, ideal for travelling early in the morning or arriving late.

Good food and rooms but messed around trying to get a room with two beds, had to go back to the front desk another two times. Very convenient getting to the airport for an early morning flight.

Heating was insufficient and room comfort was below its price category. Very good restaurant with fantastic food and top breakfast.

One of my favourites in Norway. The first of three hotels built in the close vicinity of Bergen Airport. It is easily accessible by foot, around 5 minutes walk from "Arrivals". Just follow the signs outside the terminal, it is just across the parking lot. People at reception are really service-minded and helpful at all times. Large rooms, quiet and very clean. Nice choice for breakfast, and if you want to eat at the hotel's restaurant, you won't be disappointed. I have been there numerous times, always happy staying there!

Fine rooms, good breakfast, nice staff and perfect location if travelling by air, only 2 min walk from terminal.

This hotel was convenient to the airport. The bed is soft. The bathroom was modern but the tub was elevated with limited toiletry amenities. The staff was sometimes lacking in knowledge but kind and tried to assist. One of the highlights is the simple breakfast (4-6) that was served prior the formal breakfast. The large selection of seasonal fruit, cheese, yogurt, juices, cereal with dried fruit and nuts, vegetables, and Nordic fishes. Definitely so recommend this hotel if you need something close to the airport and a good night's sleep.

Clean great location for airport and easy to park. Perfect for an early morning flight.

A great place for business meetings! Which is my only experience with this hotel. It's also exceptionally located in accordance to the airport-terminal.

The atmosphere of the room and building materials are top notch. But the room is small and I experience bad service. I am tired coz of long trip just to get the soap in my room are empty. I tried to call housekeeping and front office many times but no one accept. So I asked my tour guide to told the reception. It's been done but still, no soap even after waiting for more than 3 hours. Great facility with BAD service is BAD. Poor me can't have a shower this night.

One of my favourites. Pretty new, large rooms, very clean. Nice choice for breakfast, and if you want to eat at the hotel's restaurant, the hamburger is a must-have.

Not your average Airport hotel. Very good facilities and level of finish.

Been here for several conferences, great hotel, great staff and great food. Makes it that much easier to concentrate on the conference and having a good time. Perfect.

Stayed here a few times, and always polite, helpful staff. Rooms are always nice and immaculate. Cant fault the place.

Conveniently located next to the airport. The rooms are great. Good breakfast. I was greeted by friendly and helpful receptionist. The restaurant looks a little like a cafeteria. I just wanted a snack, so I choose a burger. Although it looked appetising the chef had unfortunately doused it in barbecue powder! I thought it was rather amusing that the original review had been labeled inappropriate. So hence a few word altered, lets see what happens now.

I stayed there for one night. Lot of choice for breakfast, the rooms are luxurious and very clean and well tidied. It is sooo nice to be able to see a takeoff on the takeoff runway from the window of the jacuzzi :D Nice, friendly and helpful staff but as usual in Norway ;).

Was at this hotel for one night. The room I got had a nice view over the airport. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. I don't think they'd cleaned the room for a long time. There were dust all the way around the edges of the walls. And a hotel with a rate at 1500nkr, this shouldn't be an issue. No compensation was offered.
