Check in was nice swimming pool great. Had dinner food was ok service was nonexistent shame. Bar was good when you could find bar man to serve you. Breakfast great looking
Would off like to see nicer fried eggs
But was great rooms.

We were charged for breakfast and did not receive it. We were also not told that we had paid for breakfast for 2 persons, I have emailed the hotel and no one has replied.

A great hotel, close to the airport. The breakfast is phenomenal!

Good location if you travel with plane from Bergen airport. Spacious parking. Some supermarkets near. 10. Min walking distance to airport terminal. Good bus and train connections with the city. Personal verry kind. Reception and restaurant. And delicious food. Dinner and breakfast.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice hotel, rooms modern with all you need. Good pool and gym on lower floor. Restaurant nice but expensive with a limited menu. Close to airport, petrol station and large supermarket just outside. They offer a reasonable takeaway breakfast for early checkout which was helpful.

A very large and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. The staff is very friendly and there is an immediate attempt to realize special requests. There are two breakfast rooms. One for tour groups and one for "individuals" where you have more peace of mind when eating
The menu at the hotel is very clear. The food is very good and comes quite fast.
Unfortunately, the rooms have no ventilation and air conditioning. This was very detrimental in this hot summer of 2018. And when you opened the window, you got the full noise of the street.

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom is also in. O. Good rich breakfast, nice staff friendly but not too intrusive. Sufficient free parking right in front of the house. Corresponds to the 4 star standard of the country category.
Conclusion: Well slept, well breakfasted = good start to the day. Happy to return.

Nice spacious room with free car parking (gas station nearby). Breakfast was good. Has water kettle and tea/coffee sachet in the room if you plan to have you own morning coffee before going for breakfast. Bath toiletries had towel, liquid soap and towel but no bar soap, toothpaste and brush, so don't forget to bring your own.

Got here and asked for two rooms and one with a cot. We couldn’t get into our connected room, instead of a cot they gave us a baby crib (maybe a miscommunication idk). No big deal at first we called down to let them know. Then the elevator broke and it took them an hour to get to our room. We were on the 3rd floor so the elevator was no excuse. After we got settled we went down for a drink at around 10pm and the person in the dining room was miserable and we felt like we were a burden to them. We moved to the “bar” area which was basically attached to the front desk. The bartender was nice enough. There’s nothing around for miles. For what we paid I expected a lot more. Very dissapointed… ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯

Awesome hotel! They have a lot of amenities in there. You will find an indoor swimming pool which is way deep with temperature control machine, a nice sauna and a huge gym near the pool. The also had a gaming room in the hotel. The room had a smart TV which gave us access to all social media and also motion sensor games! Which was really fun. The bathroom had a bath tub where you can relax. The interiors, surroundings and the staff were excellent and amazing room service provided. We had fun there and it was a great experience.

Great place, friendly staff, very tasty cuisine. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine, tea, coffee, ironing board, iron, refrigerator, accessories
for the shower. Hats, slippers. The beds are comfortable, soft. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. The Only One But! Remote from the city.

Godt hotel I rimelig avstand fra flyplassen. OK standard på svømmebasseng, treningsrom og heis. Fine rom og god mat, men noe varmt på rommet om natten. Det var en uvanlig varm periode, som kan være grunnen til akkurat det. Meget god service!

It's too far from byparken. You have to take tram to go there. The service of hotel is good breakfast too. But would recommend hotel nearer to city.

Staff are friendly and helpful, clean hotel, free Nepresso coffee and very good restaurant.

Deltok på konferanse, så vet dessverre ikke hvordan rommene ser ut, men hotellets fellesarealer var rene, pene, og hadde en interessant men pen stil. Maten på Thon hotell er alltid god, og dette hotellet var absolutt ingen unntak. Jeg åt selv bare lunsj her, men med erfaring fra Thon Hotel Nordlys I Bodø, antar jeg at både frokost og middag er utmerket her. Salen (e) som ble brukt under konferansen tilbød oss god utsikt utenfor, og dermed mye naturlig dagslys. Da flere mindre saler her hadde blitt slått sammen til én stor en, var det flere ledige og noe mindre prosjektører på veggene rundt. Her skal hotellet ha for at også disse mindre prosjektørene ble brukt for å hjelpe de som satt lenger bak. Om jeg vil klage på to ting med salen I sin utvidede form er det at det ble tidvis dårlig lyd bak, og at det av og til var litt mørkt oppe på scenen.

Great location to airport in early morning, free shuttle bus for hotel guest. Delicious breakfast.

All the basics you'd expect from a Norwegian airport hotel. Quiet, clean room but oddly squeaky chairs. Sweet potato fries were good in the restaurant!

Just two stops on the tram line from the airport, there is a short but steep walk to get to the hotel. When you get there you will find a fairly standard business type hotel. It's clean and has all the expected features. The nespresso machine in the lobby was a nice touch.

Modern, chic hotel. 30 minutes walk from the airport (less by the light railway). More of a "business" vibe than a "tourist" feel.

We had short stays, but service was prompt and accurate, room was clean and neat, up to date and had everything going we needed for a great stay.

Located near the airport with light rail access a few hundred meters away. You'll need to arrange for a cab if you have an early flight though since trains don't start running until 6:30 am. Friendly staff, nice rooms. There is a bit of construction going on. Also, grocery store + convenience store within walking distance.

Nice hotel, with a big room. Behind the bed was a huge painting of a plane which was nice. The colors in the room where nice too. Dinner and breakfast were good. We didn't try out the swimming pool, but it looked nice.

The staff were very helpful with all my queries, even though I can't speak a word of Norwegian, the breakfast was really good, and the rooms themselves were amazing from comfortable beds to fantastic hot shower, would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Inhospitable, unfriendly and unappetizing.

Very much an airport hotel with a low level of finish. Did have all the basics and was very clean. Arrived during the middle of a strike so cannot comment on the food. There is better hotels near by.

It was funny that I took a taxi which lead to this hotel. Had to run from the airport to the hotel. Booked I had a room on one of the upper floors in the Internet. Have I got a room on the 1st floor. The room has a high Standart. 3 gross errors are in the bathroom.
1. I had to only once in the morning to the reception go so that I get hot water for the shower!
2. The shower had no door, so the whole bath under water.
3. The bathroom sink was leaking. It ran the water to the drain on the floor.
This is not at all!
In the lobby, a coffee machine of the even is not working!
There is no telephone number for the reception on the room phone.
The defects were too big for the high standard of the rooms.
I can not imagine that once here, I book a room.

Nice bedrooms and the breakfast is amazing.

Thon Hotel Chain, is quality. This is moved into the second home, his family. Heard about thon Hotel founder's name, and they also Norway's first.

Pros:
Nice food, normal place, free bikes to ride, swimming pool (especially for children), big parking lot, Rema1000 shop is near.
Cons:
Small rooms (comparing to Scandic and Edvard Grieg).

Hotel in work. Is not able to receive guests, but do it anyway. Outrageous.
