Amazing place to work, stay and enjoy! =)

Classic hotel, good service. If you want to relax and enjoy is best place I choose.

I like to come and When I want to generate ideas, I feel relaxed. In a situation where there are many people around. But I was given a personal space.

Terrible service, we were told to find a table and wait for a service very rudely, and we waited for OVER 50 MINUTES. The staff didn't come to check on us or to give us the menu. We waited and waited as we watched them serve other people (white people) who came after us. I can't help but wonder they didn't feel like we deserved a decent service because we were the only black guests. I am deeply disappointed. Both me and my friend tried to talk to the bartender in the calmest way possible about the incident who was very rude and belittling, she literally walked away with out any apology and acknowledgement saying she got things to do as if we didn't matter. I know this is a very lengthy review but it needed to be said. It was a very upsetting experience being treated the way we did just because we have different skin color all while the staff was very friendly with all the white customers. People come to your business to spend money the least you can do is provide a respectful and safe environment for every type of people you get!

Stylish and functional. Clean and tidy. Love the details at the ladies room, (q tips and tampoons available for the guests. )
We had Bollinger and Tiramisu, not bad at all.

Absolutely not. Stay somewhere else. Standard room is slightly larger than a shoe box.
A really bad hotel purporting to be something it most definitely is not. Utterly unsuitable
for business travel. Rooms designed by an idiot. Not functional and not sensible.
Rooms that are way to small and utterly inadequate in all respects. Stay somewhere else.
There is plenty of choice in Bergen you should not have to put up with low standards.

Amazing breakfast, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

They dont serve bacon for breakfast, almost everyone wants bacon for breakfast. By removing pork / bacon, you are discriminating your guests.

Really nice hotell after the whole place has been refurbished.

Getting a bit old and worn. Room was quite expensive with no window to open for fresh air. No AC control, very hot in the room at night. Breakfast decent, but not the nice experience you find at other hotels. No bacon at breakfast. Great location though. And good working Wi-Fi.

A nice hotel, not special but as expected. Over priced for the area with the Comfort Square being a better option. Breakfast choice was good, nice staff and good location.

I was attending a breakfast meeting with about 100 people which went very smoothly with excellent facilities and a nice buffet.

Great location. Room beside elevator, lots of noise at all hours. Could hear the nightclub below until the small hours. Trying to get breakfast was a fight, too many people not enough space. Staff overall accepting if not enthusiastic.

I had or rather am having a most wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Norge. The staff are warm, welcoming and cater for your every need without any hesitation, or question, simply answering, "let me help you sir", a trait which many hotels simple do not have, good old fashioned manners. As a customer I feel very special. The front of office staff, brilliant, led by a quite outstanding Manageress, the restaurant staff, excellent, the bar team obliging. If you have a trip planned soon to Bergen, I would encourage you to stay at the Radisson Blue Hotel Norge, Bergen. I will certainly be back!

Location and breakfast were good. Rented two rooms for two nights… one was too hot with broken thermostat that wasn't fixable as per the security guard/maintenance person, other too cold. Old, poorly maintained. Decor was 70's Mardi Gras acid trip. Staff helpful and polite.

I think that this was the best hotel ever! I liked the creepy corridors.

Okay if you’re on a group fjord tour and only staying for the night. Horribly trained staff. We had this experience: 1. Clerk failed to check ID at check in. 2. Keys immediately didn’t work; had to return to the lobby. 3. Keys also failed the first day. 4. Television didn’t work; employee who came to fix it said there was nothing he could do. Turned out it just wasn’t plugged in.! 5. Iron/pants presser didn’t work. 6. Power failure on the second day. 7. Check out time not clearly posted in the room. 8. Area leading to the pool was creepy, dark and not clearly marked. 9. No towels at the pool. 10.10 Kr deposit at the pool locker; okay, but not known, notified before going. 11. Space for safe in the room, but no safe. 12. Poor Wi-Fi connection. 13. Heat in room didn’t work. 14. Three burned out blubs in the bathroom.

The hotel is old but the location is quite convenient. Reasonable price with great breakfast.

Very old, some of the rooms are set up weird.

An excellent location and the kind and helpful employees, and probably the breakfast, are the only positive things of the hotel. VERY expensive, old decayed fourniture and the lack of cleanliness are among the most negatives. I would never recommend it.

Had non of problems that other people have talked about and I loved my stay, Got hotel for pretty cheap on nights I went so was pleased with that. Also found the staff to be very very helpful and kind. Dont have any complaints. —.

Whatever you do, don't stay in this room, which stank permanently of stale tobacco, so that all my clothes reeked of cigarettes. I woke in the morning feeling as if has smoked 20 the night before. The bathroom fittings were coming out of the walls and the ambience was depressing and uncared for. The windows will only open a crack in case you are tempted to throw yourself out. The reception staff are cold.

Have at night nichmal to the bathroom let me when to was different everywhere. Totally unfriendly type has pimped out next time I shit them right in front of the door.
