I stayed here for 5 days and it was only once that there was light all through the night they only run in nepa light during the day but no light in the night and when you call the manager for light in the night, he tells you the gen is not working, and there’s nothing he can do because he has tried his best. Can you imagine?
Very poor service. I had to move to another hotel cos what sort of rubbish service. 20k room and there’s no light, shower was not working. I don’t recommend at all. Wasted 100k in this hotel.
