I was lucky to stay in the beautiful residence and I had an amazing time for the days I spent.
It's a top class hotel and will recommend to anyone planning a trip to Ibadan.

It was a beautiful experience, only that the lightning was poor in the room, and around the veranda. The staff were warm, especially the kitchen/restaurant.

The hot water for bath turns cold after a while. It's frustrating for people who likes hot water throughout their bath.

I love signature, it’s my regular spot but I kinda didn’t like one of their food. Dirty rice, and I didnt enjoy my experience while it was raining, they had to stop my game abruptly.

The hotel has a great potential. It is located in a secure location and must have been one of the best when it started operating.
However, maintenance is declining but still in decent condition.

The Hotel is undergoing renovations and despite that the services were top notch. I stayed in room 0244 on 19th of January, 2026. The room was very neat. The staff are courteous.
