Lovely customer service from booking to reception. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget. Must also include that it’s in a serene environment so that’s a plus.

Nice medium sized hotel in a serene and srategic location close to the Agodi GRA and the seat of government powers. It serves multple communities of Agodi, idi-ape, Customs, secretariat, gate.

Koltol plaza and suites is a home away from home. Security is top notch. My husband and I had an amazing time there. The staff are courteous and friendly. I give them 100 stars ⭐️ for excellence.

Paid 9, 600 but I got service worth of 20k. Water heater is working, light through out the night, fan and AC working. Staffs are really nice. Came for an exam and a good location for me to read.

Quiet and serene environment, clean spacious rooms with a wide bed and pretty wallpaper. Neat bathrooms with a heater which was a plus seeing as most Nigerian hotels don't bother with heaters.

It is a nice hotel, quite beautiful and they have a good eatery. But I'm giving the service a 3 star because tissue paper wasn't provided despite me asking for it. Overall everything is good.
