The walls were dirty, the TV has very limited channels. The hotel has no hot water and the generator does not work. The staff were very rude when we asked for the manager's number. The AC didn't work well on account that it hasn't been serviced. I was sweating through the night. The service was poor and the food was crap. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Do not be deceived by the other reviews. They are paid actors.
I’ve been using this hotel for a long time, and they’ve never disappointed. The service is always excellent, the staff are warm and professional, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. They maintain great standards year after year, and it’s always my go-to place whenever I need a hotel. Truly reliable and highly recommended!

From the reception area, it looked dirty. The couch meant for customers was used by the receptionist as a bed, with food particles on the chair. The rooms are quite spacious. However, the walls had certain places with cement patches that could be painted to make it look welcoming. There is no generator and water heater. Even the television in the room is there for decoration. No DSTV subscription. Additionally, the food I ordered from the restaurant was… Let's just say I should have gone to a bukka.
