You feel like you are in the jungle. Hearing the howler monkeys. Ben, the owner, and all his workers are very nice. Road hard to drive up due to recent storms but he is now building a new road. Amazing breakfast. Really like it here. Once dark though you have no where to go unless you have good flashlight/headlight than you can walk to his restaurant.
Highly recommend Casa del Bosque to any traveler looking to experience Ometepe as it is. Comfortable accommodations, amazing breakfast, stunning views. A great place to relax and explore the less visted side of Ometepe.

Ben, the room, the farm, the food, we don't know what we liked best. We visited SJDS, Granada and Laguna de apoyo and isle de ometepe was our favorite because of this place and the incredible staff. Ometepe is all together beautiful but we can't say enough about our stay at Casa del Bosque. Truly a memorable experience. Gracias por todo.
