Fantastic place to stay with kids.

We took our 3 boys to stay at chch top10 holiday park and they LOVED it. They had so much fun swimming and playing on the playground that they didn't want to leave! They staff were friendly and super helpful.

We used them as birthday party venue for our kids today. Staff friendly and well organised, various play area. Highly recommended.

Stuck between 3 roads.
The facilities are nice… and clean… but if some quiet and sleep is your goal… give it a miss. Reminds me of an airplane… comfort is sacrificed to fit more people in… sad really.
We aren't the only ones complaining. There is really not enough room to maneuver large vehicles safely… AND we had to move a very large and heavy picnic table from the middle of our site before the 17 point turn to actually get INTO the site. we have stayed in other Top 10 Parks… they were great and roomy… this one was the most expensive… and the worst… AND the worst Wi-Fi… having to sign in and agree to advertising prior to connection is just the last straw. Off to a quieter place today thankfully.

Very clean, lots of entertaining for kids, good price, good services! Perfect.

Every friendly people went there last n going back this year.

Awesome place to stay. The staff were so helpful and accommodating for our group of 20 from Hillcrest High School, Hamilton. They went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of everything they did. Thanks so much! We would absolutely stay there again.

Nice accomodation. I was here with my mom in our campervan almost on the end of our trip. We had a nice spot nearby the block with nice and clean showers, kitchen and laundry facilities. Got some good recommendations for what to do in the area and from where we could take a bus into town.

Definitely recommend! Clean and comfortable, we got a free upgrade due to them swapping rooms around, no complaints here! There was a friendly chilled out cat sunning itself on the floor in the middle of reception which we thought was awesome. My young person liked the park. We will return next time in Chch. And recommend to others.

Very good facilities. Perfect for our family of five. Everything you need. Bathroom was quite small and we difficult to get dry on winter. Probably not an issue in summer. Just needs more powerful ventilation.

We love it here. Its clean. In the middle of small city. Ypu can go to city by bus. Nearby there are a few take out. Thai. India. Bakery. Fish and chips. Pharmacy. Shortwalk to Northland mall and countdown and pak and save are in the same area. FREE Wi-Fi thats what important too The park itself is quite big. We love staying here. Kitchen have a few properties you can use.

Had my daughter's sleepover here. An amazing success with all the activities this place has to offer. Highlights were the pool and kidszone. Very kid friendly and were very good when my boy impaled go cart into spouting. Also changed my flat tyre. Thank you Brayden! High recommend.

I did have fun on the back bikes, at the pool. There is a big bubble that kids will love to play on.

This is an honest opinion of the park The showers would be the worst I have had to use in any Caravan Park due to the lack of pressure. The hose on the camper dump station is way to short I had to drive the camper over the dump hole to get the hose close enough. The kids playground cannot be used due to the wet surrounds now I know it is winter so if the facilities can’t be used then the rates should be adjusted accordingly. The rates are way too high for the facilities on offer maybe the money spent on the automatic doors to enter the kitchen/toilet/shower facilities would have been better spent fixing the showers out of all the Top 10 parks we have stayed at in NZ this would ratevlast with Te Anau being the best.

This park is great. I had a privilege with my car and I have to store all my camping stuff somewhere and TOP 10 are so warm enough to get my stuff in their store room and also extended my time if stay couple of hours until I solve rental car.

In a budget unit. Beds table fridge kettle toaster pots pans cutlery crockery small table and chairs linen included. They had got most things into the small room. Sleep was fine. The shared facilities were good.

Plot ok. Clean facilities. It felt a bit like an airport car park, albeit it had some green. Good base to catch Blue line bus and see Christchurch centre easy to get to. 20 min journey. Easy to walk the centre.

Counter staff very warm & friendly, good location, walking distance to shopping mall, room facilities not so good. Heater in room not in working condition but thank goodness there’s heating pad on bed so we managed to survive the night.
In a nutshell it’s ok for short stay — ours was 2 nights.

No problems. The shared facilities were clean and numerous. Decent places to eat about 10 minutes walk away.

We've stayed in A LOT of top 10 sites and can say that this was the best one! The staff were lovely and there was plenty of space for our tent and car with extra room which we often don't get with Top 10. Plus unlimited Wi-Fi!

VERY NOISY We booked a room here and were very happy to get a place at short notice after being stuck in Franz Josef after a landslip. We had not gotten nice sleep at our previous place and were looking forward to relaxing in peace and quiet. There was non of that to be had here. On their books they expressly say that no noise is allowed after 11pm, however we and all the neighbors of the unit below had to endure loud noise till 2am in the morning! No we are not ones to complain about neighbors as that would just escalate their noise. There were 6 adults in one apartment and their party was outside, had the resort done a bit of an evening patrol they would have seen and heard the noise. When we booked for 2 adults and 1 child we were told they only have 2 bedroom apartments left (we asked for a cabin), but the next day when we took our son to the park we saw tonnes of empty cabins. It's very disappointing being lied to as we explained we were paying for a 2 hotels at the same time as we could not get to Queenstown as the roads were closed.

You get what you pay for and then a little more! The kitchens and showers are nice and there is plenty of hot water. Don't count on finding any pots and pans in the kitchen however but they'll provide some in your room if you rent a bed. Be sure to book a time slot for the spa hot tub, they only take reservations for up to 4-5 people at a time for 30 minutes and so it fills up pretty fast. The pool was pretty clean and there is a fun little waterslide. Close to the Airport as well was a plus for us.

Great place to stay. There's a lodge for large groups, cabins to suit different budgets. Great kitchens, lounges. Bbq and picnic tables. Lots of sites for campervans. Reception are very helpful and can book tours for you. Wine and beer csn be purchased there. Fantastic indoor swimming pool. Private spa. Great playground. Lots to see and do. Highly recommend staying here.

Room clean and adequate. Staff friendly and the whole place seems clean and well thought out. Only thing that surprised us was the fact there was no tv. Was actually nice.

We arrived at the end of our course in New Zealand in camping car, the campsite was full, but they offer parking spaces with a power outlet for the full price… It is more expensive campsites in which we have stayed for the worst of the services…
Ignoring our location, the facilities are outdated, the kitchens are not very clean, the toilets out of age…
In short really not terrible.

We had a very quick stay to catch a few hours sleep after a flight into Christchurch. We arrived late at night and we're able to pick up keys from a lock box, and drop them off in the morning when we left. Very convenient.

Just 15mins drive from airport. Very big holiday park, has a indoor heated pool and SPA pool. Jumping pillow was fixing when I was here. All staff are friendly.

Nice new accomodation but put me in a small site next to Victor Meldrew!

2nd time staying here! We weren't so keen on the room we got this time however the room we had last time was amazing! Kids loved the play ground, were gutted the jumping pillow? Had a huge hole in it. Pool was defentley a nice way to end the day.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom house that was at the Top 10 in Papanui and it was marvellous, a modern house with plenty of room for everyone. I personally loved the blackout curtains on the bedroom window, and for alot of people at the camp it was actually very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to camp. Cabins were full maybe good idea to book in advance!

Great location, not far from supermarket. Clean and tidy. You can connect Wi-Fi everywhere in the camp site. Love to stay here. Definitely will come back again!

Great park, near shops. The heated pool and playground are great for kids. Recommend to stay here!

Things to do for all ages. Rooms were good for camping.

Decent accomodation for family. Playground for kids, they had fun feeding the local ducks.

It was good until I paid for the internet which isn't even working, and yes that's reason enough for 1 star.

This parks is really big. There is a motel, there are cabins, lodges, everything. Which makes it a little cramped. There are plenty of facilities though, so you won't have to wait for a shower. The staff at the reception wasn't unkind, but also not super nice either. A decent park, but not my favorite and not super cheap.

We've had a very lovely stay. There is a heated pool for free and a nice hot spa for a handful of dollars;-) Everything was clean and tidy. A lot of things to do for your young ones. The campground is close to shops. Thx Top10 Christchurch.

The worst top 10 on our holiday to the south island so far! Okay where to start… toilet door won't shut as it hits toilet. Getting out of the shower is quite dangerous as it has a massive step! My partner found it very scarey and difficult as they are short! The double bed was tiny and barely wider than a king single so we ended up sleeping in sperate beds! The people staying there seem to treat it more as a fun park and let their kids run wild up and down stairs at all hrs of the night so got woken through the night quite a few times! Probably won't stay again when coming back at end of year though.

Clean, tidy, scenic, great location for airport and stopover. Plenty for children to do. Great amenities for motor home & campers. Lovely cabins. Great for people on the move.
Swimming pool, spa, all kept clean & tidy. Nice staff. Only negative is showers, kitchen, laundry close for cleaning at 10am. This is when people check out and so people staying on have a chance to get in to the showers but can't, 11am would be a reasonable cleaning time. Also We arrived at 2pm and couldn't get in for a shower or washing as they were cleaning, surely these are the times that are for paying guests who have been on the road perhaps for many hours need to use these facilities. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
