Christchurch Hotels near Cavendish Business Park

I came down to Christchurch for a cat show and decided to stay at Abbells Motor Lodge which was close to the venue.

Lovely host, perfect for an overnight stay. Clean rooms, great facilities, prime location. Quiet room…

Have stayed here many times. An older motel but with plenty of space. Afull kitchen with oven and good sized fridge. Always immaculately clean and Stewart and Maree great hosts.

Fantastic, The manager was so fun, he made my day 😄
It's a fantastic place to stay.

Best experience we’ve had staying in Christchurch. Such lovely and inviting staff, clean room and comfortable environment. Can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful hospitality in a boutique motel with picturesque well kept gardens. We were looked after so well and will definitely return when we next visit Christchurch.

John and Ping were some of the most outstanding hosts! Their home is tidy, clean, and has everything you could need/want.

Thanks John and Ping for the excellent stay! Your hospitality was amazing and you made us feel comfortable from the get go! John, your expertise in the weather patterns was appreciated!

Despite how it may look based on "star-count" the entire experience of the Calm Swan Villa is one that is hard to fault, especially for larger groups or parties with everyone well catered for.

Brilliant place, Donna and Gary sooo awesome, welcomed and our fur babies, 2nd time staying, will be back… highly recommend 👌. Donna and Gary Mills.

We booked two rooms for our family trip from Australia and had a wonderful stay. Donna and Gary were so accommodating and welcoming.

What a great place to stay. The service from staff is fantastic and I absolutely cannot fault it. The rooms are a really good size and provide everything you need!

Bloody awesome Staff lovely people met good friends there particularly my Painter mate (I’m an old painter by trade) Since turned truckie but we have a lot in common regarding paint brushes lol & he

I had a wonderful stay at this motel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Excellent shower pressure, very clean rooms, and a helpful host named Jane. It is conveniently located near the Northlands Shopping Mall.
