Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean.

Leisurely town, cozy and comfortable environment! A few days of nonstop exhaustion here to get released ~ ~

Very old outdated hotel, our room was very basic booked a family room for $170 and it only had 2 towels and one spare pillow in the cupboard old bouncy beds with roll together, bathroom door needs all your body weight to slide it as it gets stuck / broken? expected more for the price. Just missing small touches likes restaurant menus in the compendium, extra towels and pillows. Feeling abit ripped off with the price : (only positives I can find about this place is the girl who checked us in was nice, the dedicated makeup facecloth (great idea) and the built in storage thing to hold suitcase. It's better than camping but not worth what we paid!

Not a huge fan of this hotel. We we're looking for a last minute booking near Mt. Cook and found this place. Based on the photos we thought it would be decent, but the rooms were very outdated, no air conditioning, Wi-Fi was very poor and limited, and overall the building and hallways we're not the cleanest around. To top it off there was only 2 options to eat in the town, and the hotel restaurant was very expensive.

Basic but comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Meals ok — dinner buffet and breakfast.

I think it is a passing motel. This motel is nothing exceptional, view of the cars, not much to do in the vicinity… It will be nice if you just want to do a step to drive less.

God location for an overnight between Queenstown & Christchurch. No air conditioning in rooms & no fans but if you're upstairs at least you can open a window. If the weather is nice lots of outdoors seating. Buffet restaurant 3 courses NZ $ 30 good selection.

Nice place to stay on a road trip. Restaurant does a good buffet deal. I'd stay here again.

Quite large room, but the bathroom should be badly refurbished, mold at the must. Therefore lighter sleeve.

Excellent accommodations, excellent buffet and a very comfortable bed… What more could you want?

Disappointed room was not as it said it was on the internet and not worth the money I paid for a $160 room which was meant to have a bath and didnt we had food to heat and not even a microwave in the room or to use would never even consider staying there again.

Was not impressed, heater in room didn't work, only 2 channels worked tv1 and maori channel, the food was average had best. Ended up leaving after dinner and definatly would not stay there again, in my opinion 1 star is to much.

We stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Sadly the majority of the other guests were incredibly disrespectful and rude. Very noisy in the car park after 10 pm and before 5am till 8 when we finally gave up trying to sleep and.

Great location, easy to find. Good size room. Bed was average. Rooms have minimal security — perhaps not required in a small happy town — but we felt a little anxious in leaving the verandah door open to get fresh air. Dining room was friendly and good buffet dinner. Breakfast was great. Reasonable value for money.

Pretty basic hotel with not many frills. Five TV channels, no microwave. Quiet and good Wi-Fi.

Was a lovely quiet motel. The receptionist was most helpful in informing us where local eateries were. Will cm again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a tour and 2 other tour coaches had pulled in just before us. We were greated peronally by the manager. The room was spacious with 2 double beds. The decor was very modern and the room was huge. We had the top floor with beautiful views of snow covered mountains. This was the nices motel we stayed in while on tour of both the North and South Islands. Thank you "Heritage" for such a warm welcome clean and comfy room and the bed oh my god it was soooo comfy. Would highly recommend this hotel. The meal was yummy also.
