Such a fantastic camp ground! Great setup and facilities. Super friendly staff (and the other campers staying there were too). Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on spare of the moment thing. In cabin 28. And wow just wow. We have been to alot of holiday parks but these guys are good. Relaxed friendly super clean. We will be back.

We stayed in this cute wood cabin for one night. The environment inside the room was beautiful, however the heater didn't work very well so the whole room remained cold when we waked up in the morning. The shower was perfect with enough hit water but be careful not to be soaked into it for too long, the light would turn off spontaneously. There's no much light in the camping area, so the sky was filled with stars!

Roomy place with spotless kitchen and ablutions. Excellent showers.

An excellent facility! Super clean, well run, friendly. What more can I ask for. This is about the 5th time here and they always have had excellent customer service to the point I had to change booking several times and it was never a problem.

Nice park and good facilities. Thought $45 for one person on a power site was a little expensive compared to other Parks round the South Island.

The team at Top 10 Omarama are fabulous, friendly and motivated to make your holiday the best ever. We enjoy our stay everytime and the kids even better. The family friendly grounds are relaxing and very tidy and improvements are always been made. Thanks Tony, Amanda, Jess and the team keep up the the fab job you are doing.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable cabin with adequate amenities. However, the price of $173 for basic accommodation in the middle of nowhere is ridiculous. Use only if you have no other option. hw.

Great holiday park, plenty of room for everyone & their bikes, well maintained grounds with good lawns even in the height of summer, super clean & tidy amenities which are attended to several times a day during the busy season.
Easy walking distance to local store & pub for supplies.
Tony, Amanda & Jess are very passionate about their holiday park & this shows with a warm welcome & plenty of friendly advise.

Facilities good, and staff friendly and accommodating, beautiful location. They Could have cleaned the bathroom a little more often we had some muddy showers. Otherwise it was a very pleasant site to stay at.

We called at the Omarama Top 10 Holiday Camp around 12 noon on Monday 30th January looking for a Caravan site with Power and a tree, it was very hot. I called at reception and was told there are not very many available sites… Site 105 is available with power but no tree. I asked if I could have a look at the site as our van is 8m long and need to check if I could access the site. I was told, Sorry, Management does not want people walking around the camp as we are very busy. After a short discussion there appeared to be no way forward. I checked with my Navigator who agreed that we wouldn't pay for a site without first checking it out. I returned to the Office and told the Reception Staff we had decided to move on. While to be fair, she was checking in another Customer, there was no response at all. When we turned and left the camp there was another Staff member, who I think may have been the Manager, talking and he also made no attempt to see why we were leaving. We have stayed at the camp on previous occasions and found it to be a clean and tidy camp, though a little expensive. I find the policy of not being permitted to check out the site before paying the fee a little unusual. Many other camps we have stayed at have always allowed us to check the site/accommodation before booking /paying. Will we call/stay again… not sure.

Nice place to stay but for a Top 10 Holiday Park I think they need another abolution block at the other end of the camp. A long walk to the kitchen and laundry. Overall a large camp, lovely setting, friendly cats and ducks.

Great place to camp or to rent a cabin. Super organized and Spotless.

Excellent showers and kitchen for the traveler on a budget. Wish we knew to bring our own sleeping bags as there was no bedding provided in the"cabins" but available for$10 per person.

We stayed in a budget cabin that was very decent and had 4 bunk beds. Everything was clean, including the shared kitchen and bathrooms. The only surprise was that bedding was not included and available for an extra fee.

Great lawns and great playground for children, clean and friendly owner, both kitchen and bathroom! There is mart in the close range that can walk, and there is convenience!

TOP 10 Holiday Parks always deliver and are an Oasis of Fun! We stayed through our RV holiday in many TOP 10 Holiday Parks and Omarama is part of that well maintained holiday park family. Clean, tidy facilities and friendly staff. Spacious RV car park, plenty of room for long term travellers.

Nice place… Can Enjoy with Friends &a Family. But kitchen needs some basic things like free Sugar &a tea. Very Clean& Tidy.

Staff was helpful n tried to cater to our needs. The only downside is that spaces get booked out really fast! Kitchen is basic and would need more ventilation. Toilet is well maintained. Stayed in the standard cabin — beds, sheets and room is clean n tidy.

I have used this site for nearly 2 decades and whilst it is dated in some ways have always found it adequate and the staff friendly and helpful. My rating on this occasion is directly as a result of a lack of sensitivity, customer orientation and rigid adherence to 'their policies' when I had to cancel due to a medical emergency. The email I sent the owners is copied below. Be aware that if you have a similar need the camp will capitalise on your challenges. I was advised that the camp was nowhere near full at the time so it is not as if paying customers had been turned away. "I was disappointed in the extreme to learn that I would be charged one nights fee for having to cancel our booking due to a medical emergency. As a loyal customer who has stayed at the campsite for nearly 2 decades, seen several owners and spend thousands of dollars on accommodation there it beggars belief that I should be treated thus as a result of 'standard procedures' I never cancel or change a booking with anyone without a major reason and have never been charged anywhere else on the very few occasions this has occurred in the last 20 years. To lose the goodwill of a loyal customer for the sake of 52 dollars seems commercial madness. It cost enough in marketing to attract customers. I suggest you contemplate a more flexible approach when a regular customer has to cancel through no fault of their own in future. This makes solid business sense. "

Clean, nice campground. Unfortunately, the locality has much more to offer all around.

Took our booking 6 weeks prior & wanted 100% payment (November) Then rang us with problems they had when we were 20 minutes away! Caused us huge stress. Didn't think it was value for money. Wouldn't ever go back!

Great wee spot, had everything we needed, host was lovely, will definitely be back.

My Basic to the standards of the 1970s and the kitchen had no utensils, clean and tidy yes but it was such a let down for $60 I expected more.

Spent a night at the campsite. Ground is lawn, there was ample space for tent + car, and the facilities where in very good shape and clean.

Very clean and and staff friendly.
