I stayed at Ahuriri Motels in 2018 and really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for money.

Stayed here and it was great. Clean, warm and exactly as advertised. Enjoyed banter. Well recommended.

Brilliant small camping ground with excellent facilities and managed by a wonderful couple. Avoid the big One, stay here at Omarama.

Made a last minute decision to stay here but very glad we did. Rooms were huge, beds were comfy and the staff were lovely. Bathroom a little dated but all in working order and very clean. Huge starry skies at night time. Would definitely stay again.

Staying here at the moment and we are loving it, so toasty and warm, first time we’ve been without multiple layers since we started our trip. The kids fell asleep really fast tucked up in bed equipped with electric blankets. Great set up, super clean, comfy beds and an awesome welcome, we will be back for sure!

For the price in the area, you can’t beat it! Small town motel, only place in town. We had a 3 bedroom with comfortable beds, efficient heat, and cheerful staff. Limited free Wi-Fi in room. Had an electric skillet for cooking breakfast. 4 square grocery down the street. Bar in town has decent pizza.

What a wee gem in Omarama. All you need for a stop over friendly welcome, warm as toast room, spotless and cosy. Thank you for making our stay perfect. Keep up the terrific work.

Nice warm welcome from the staff. The room is great, clean and equipped with everything you could think of. Highly recommended.

We were doing the Alps to Ocean cycle trail. The staff were friendly and the units were clean with retro style kitchen. Comfy beds Outdoor seating and under cover parking for our bikes right outside the unit. Generous Wi-Fi. Only thing was the showers could have had a bit stronger flow.

Lovely small camp with excellent facilities albeit a limited number of unisex showers, having said that we had no problems getting one in the morning. We had a powered camper site and cooked in our camper but the cooking facilities looked very good and there are lovely indoor and outdoor areas to sit and eat or just relax. Free Wi-Fi and showers, close to restaurants etc. What more could you want?

Very nice camp sites for a reasonable price. Very clean restrooms and showers. Kitchen with good equipment. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. But no milk for a cuppa.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was basic with only a couple of portable hot plates. We tried the BBQ here. Wasn’t in the best of nick but adequate.

Really nice surprise, lovely rooms for a good price. Enough space, outdoor seating, BBQ available.

It's very basic and it actually from the 60s Nothing has changed. Would be great for those nostalgic ones wanting to get a 100% authentic 60s feel.

Almost alone, beautiful landscape, the owner is really kind. For only 36$ with a powered site. It was a perfect stay.

Quiet accommodation close to town. The backpackers rooms are actually twin cabins with a lounge room, fridge and TV in them. Exceptional value.

Very nice accomodatipn. Far surpassed what we expected. Friendly Owner/operator. Lovely rooms well appointed and fully fitted out with kitchens etc. GREAT place to stop over if your staying in the area.

Clean tidy room. Shower pressure in bathroom was very low, so took twice as long to have a shower. Staff very friendly.
