Awesome place to stay! Fun, clean, great staff. Real cool!

Perfect location, easy to get to, lovely hosts, trendy, had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back.

An very nice experience! Very friendly staff. The hubs were small but it was very comfortable to sleep there. The common toilets and showers were clean. There are lots of restaurants and cafees within a walking distance from the CityHub.

Wow! This place was INCREDIBLE! I was very wary about this place at first but my husband talked me into it. Mostly because of the “shared bathrooms” but honestly, every time I went to the showers, I felt completely alone and comfortable. I’m so glad we stayed here, (pro tip: there’s a donör place right down the street that is not disappointing) this place was so cool! When I come back to Amsterdam, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks guys!

Clean facilities, lots of bathrooms and showers available however the pod rooms are really small so it's hard to move your stuff around. They were really cool and flashy and we loved the lights but packing up our suitcases and getting around was really hard. Location was a bit out but with transport and bikes it's easy to get around :)

I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place. Their staff was very warm and welcoming as they explained all of the amenities. The pods are comfortable and provide plenty of space. The community toilets and showers still provide enough privacy. The common areas provide great opportunity to meet other travelers.

Such an awesome experience! The hubs are not as small as I tought, the bed is comfortable, showers and toilets, even though they are shared, are clean and 'private' and the connected experience is easy and reliable. I would recommend without hesitation!

Super nice staff and laid back atmosphere. The cube is big enough for two people and their luggage. Nice and clean showers and bathrooms. You can bring your own food and drinks and enjoy them in the lobby/bar area. I would definitely go back. It is so much better than any hostel.

Futuristic layout, but lacking full soundproofing We stayed at CityHub between 23-26.05. It was a pleasant experience, different to anything we have experienced before. It has a minimalist, but futuristic layout, which was appealing, as far as I am concerned. The major let down for me was improper soundproofing, as usually in the morning I was hearing the other visitors going to the toilets/showers (e. G. On 26.05 at 06:44). Bear in mind that I was wearing earplugs and had the pillow over my head. Luckily, the other residents were quiet at other times, so I cannot complain about that. Please do take slippers with you in the common showers, because my girlfriend got a fungus from not wearing ones.

This was my first time to stay in a hostel, I was a little bit nervous from not having privacy. This hostel is awesome, I got a private room which was great. The staff is very friendly. They have an app which u can use to communicate with the staff from any location in the city. You can ask staff about locations and they will pin point them on the app for you as pins on a map. It's like a virtual tour guide. The place is next to big food bazare market style so no worries about meals. Also the rooms have color themes that you can control from the app. Excellent place.

It was awesome. Really nice location. The staff are friendly. The bathrooms and showers are perfect. The beds are comfortable. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The idea is not bad. During the check in a bracelet is released that allows you to do everything: Opens the room, the doors of the structure after 23. And allows you to take advantage of the various services such as vending machines, coffee machine and bar. The cleanliness is really done in an accurate way. It is the only place where the toilets and the common showers have not made me shudder. In fact, I felt almost at home. The staff are friendly and helpful h24hr, only sore note are the hubs. Clean too but too small for two people. Difficult movements and little air. But the stay was really pleasant. I'il probably be back.

Excellent place to stay and I loved the unique concept of the pods and the beds are super spacious enough for two people. I really enjoyed my stay and flavia was super friendly. I would definitely come back again!

Probably the best hostel in Amsterdam. A super concept in colorful and customizable hubs. A great welcome, services at the top (bracelet, 4g). Sanitary and shower very clean. Close to convenience and center. I recommend.

This place is amazing! Very cool. Staff (or hosts) are great. Room is controlled by an app which I loved. Good location… we mainly walked everywhere. Self service bar is good. Showers nice. Couldn’t fault this place at all.

Super comfy, really cool style, the staff is very helpful all of the time, clean showers and they have everything in disposal for you!

I just loved it, very comfortable clean organized, innovative and different to so many places that eh visited, Mega recommended.

The hubs are very small, but it's very funny. Perhaps more suitable for young people. Super: You can control the light individually, which then bathes the whole cabin in this light. Music can also be played via mobile phone via Bluetooth. Excellent photo possibilities (also through the light), for this there is extra a mobile phone holder. Very funny idea! The air supply in the cabins could have been a little better. The shared bathroom is super clean, the showers are in cabins. From hair dryer to straightening iron! Everything is there.

Excellent experience at the hostel. Great atmosphere and people! They are really friendly and helpful as they can. The best host works in the morning shift. She is sweet and helped us a whole lot with everything.

I love this place. I went twice, and I recommend to 100%. Sure it's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it, at least for one night. The background is very friendly, the staff is at the top, it is well located… There is even a 4g box that is ready for you during your stay.
I once took a hub up, and once down. The top ones are top, but it's true that those at the bottom are a bit more convenient. I feel like we're earning a little more space.

CityHub is clean and fresh with the most fantastic staff. What a top class experience, the one and only place to stay in Amsterdam.

Nice and versatile. The rooms are really tight but perfect for those who only need to sleep.

Excellent solution x save money, clean bathrooms offer free towels and bathrobe in the other room you can buy it in the inside distributors such as razors slippers etc. Not adjustable and sometimes annoying light in room, tactical location near the tram stop just take the 17 and you're at Dam Square in no time. It was my first experience at a hostel and it was enjoyable.

Stayed for 2 nights. So clean, rooms surprisingly big and the big beds super comfy. The waterfall private roomed showers and toilet are lovely and really stylish. The idea of using the wristband to access your room and even the bar is so great. The tram is 1 min walk around he corner. Absolutely loved this place! It's super for young couples or friends!

Stunning place, super modern, comfortable and accessible. The sleeping cabins are a delirium, comodisimas, with sound integrated by Bluetooth, lights that you control from the app on your phone. Super recommend!

Really great. You hear the people in the Nachbarhub, though. Especially when people come back late after a party night.

The hotel's description should state clearly that the rooms — hubs — are extra small and the toilets and showers are collective. Besides this, everything is very nice, clean and modern.

Quiet place, total independence due to the electronic bracelet that allows you to open your own door, the entrance door, the lockers, use the machine and the bar.

Very expensive for what it is: a stack of tiny cabins very poorly insonorisees.

HORRIBLE — WORST NIGHT EVER I think this hotel has forgotten that goal is to sleep.
1) almost impossible to sleep at night. Placed near the front door we heard all night long the sounds of the door that opens and people walking. Very bad soundproofing features.
But the worst is when the front door closes. It slams and vibrates the bulkheads. An ordeal. And if like us you have noisy neighbors too bad because you hear all their conversations clearly.
2) The hotel reduces its costs, no TV no safe, no furniture no windows, no air conditioning or heating adjustable and incidentally no room. For 140 e at night it's clearly a scam.
3) Showers too cramped, the first had no soap, oblige to dress me again and change cabin…
4) Warm welcome and fortunately because the electronic bracelet makes it easier to check-in adds worries. 2 Bugs force the staff to help us not very convenient.
5) contacted the only answer is "sorry but we have good opinion" I think the managers of the hotel have never slept there…

NB: I dont threaten anyone for a financial gain sir, when you dont sleep a whole night because the money is the last of my problem… Please take my money and go fix that damn entrance door that was shaking all the rooms.

Great place to fall for one night. From the center about 2 km to go.

I had a great, comfy and resting time at CityHub. The hosts are super nice, the bed was huge and very comfortable. I enjoyed my pod. The Wi-Fi hotspot saved me on my first two days. Hot showers with great pressure, bracelets for payment/bar/self-service/unlocking doors. Loved the concept. The place is well-thought, clean and gorgeous Only complaint would be able the slamming doors. It was quite loud and annoying as people are always coming and going to the bathrooms and showers.

Really great stay, facilities were clean and stylish, bed was extremely comfortable and soundproof was reasonable for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful even though pretty much everything was self service. Was my first time staying but would definitely return.

The concept of a pod hotel is interesting, but it could go wrong in my ways, City Hub does a fantastic job. The pods are perfect. I had an upper bunk and it was very comfortable. The bed was great, there was more storage than I needed, the mod-able light strips were really useful, it was immaculately clean, and everything looked brand new. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The location, right next to the Foodhallen and Filmhallen was very convenient.

Good and innovativ place for stay there. The Staff are so kindly. Have had a great time there.

The travellers dream — perfect combination of privacy with the price of a hostel dorm. Fantastic facilities, e. G towels are resupplied in the bathroom and the bathrooms themselves are clean and very private. Despite their size the rooms have good storage for a short trip and they are a nice place to chill after a day exploring the city. You can listen to your own music via Bluetooth in your hub and change the lighting. Lots of drinks available via self service in the lobby and prices aren't too shabby. A definite must-stay for a budget trip to Amsterdam.

Very modern idea. It has everything you need except for wasted space. Inside the cabin, there's just enough room for 2 people to exist, one can even change standing up :) They provide towels, soaps, robes, hair dryer, pocket Wi-Fi, vending machine with essentials. There's a common space to sit comfortably and eat. Location isn't perfect but has good food options nearby (look up food hallen) and convenient public transport to the city centre or museums. There's a smoking box for when it rains.

Excellent service. The concept is nice. The hub is a bit small for two persons. They also provide a portable 4g modem which is nice!

Really good location. Very fun concept with sleeping pods. Rooms are quiet and the bed is very comfy and big.

The place is real nifty, the crew is very nice and the bedroom os bigger than you think. The other guests are kinda sleepy and still havent interacted to them :3

The most awesome place I've stayed as a backpacker. Customer service is great, location is great. Unique and well run.

Technology Hostel … Excellent stay. Close to the centre of Amsterdam. Small but super comfortable rooms. In front of the hostel you can rent a bike for 10 euros per day approx. Incredible place.

Super cool hostel, the beds are very roomy for two, even if the total space is small. Showers were fantastic, and the staff was super friendly and happy to suggest local places.

Brilliant hotel concept. The hosts are very helpful the portable Wi-Fi device really helps you navigate around the city. Another advantage of the location is that all major attractions are at a walking distance.

Positive: Wi-Fi-to-go, concept, very friendly and helpful staff, location good. Negative: the air conditioning in the Hubs (quickly became very hot), toilets and washing rooms are always clean.

The best hostel I've ever been to. I would definitely recommend it and return when I return to Amsterdam.

All right, very clean, the Wi-Fi works great and the free Wi-Fi 4 G laptop a puntazo. Maybe the bathrooms podriam cleaned more often and the heating could be a little strong.

Wonderful hotel-Hostel
It is a place to sleep comfortably and already!
The bathrooms and showers are padrisa, you could go through the restrooms of a sports club or some spa.
The beds are super comfortable and all super modern.

Very good experience. Little place if travel with a lot of luggage. But a place out of the ordinary.
