Dimsum is very good. Families/friends come here to eat lunch or dinner together. Free parking. 10min by bike from delft center. Next to highway a13 rotterdam-delft-the hague.

Nothing to complain about. The room were clean, good staff, nice breakfast starting in the early morning. Obviously all this has a cost, but worthy to me.

Great hotel, delicious breakfast. I liked it. Nearby is a good park where deer live.

I don't like it.

This place was a lowlight during my trip. The desk staff did not know how to check us in. We had to wait over two hours to get rooms. They were filled with old furniture and no AC. Internet is almost non existent. The lobby was a hodgepodge if cheap relics. I checked out and moved on to Amsterdam. Will not return.

Rooms are realy nice, service us good. Breakfast was realy good. Many choices. Stayed just one night.

Nice location. Was here for work. Nice staff and I appreciated the Chinese restaurant.

Great location if you are travelling by car. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable and huge. There is a kettle, mini fridge, table. You can have a snack in your room. There is a small shop at the nearby gas station. The center of Delft, if on foot, 2 km. If you go to The Hague by tram, the stop is also far. 5 minutes from the hotel in The Hague there is a Papkovka P + R. Put a car and get a ticket for 6 euros for a tram to the Hague for the whole day and free parking. Very convenient, T. K. Just a one-time ticket to the tram 3. Eur 5

Having a brilliant stay at this hotel, the staff are so very friendly, and the service and food is excellent. Looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend it, and worthy of all 4 stars.

Breakfast great, the room was heavily overheated as we zutückkamen from our tours, but luckily the air conditioning worked.

The rooms are ok. Apart from that, don't expect to have dinner at the hotel after 9pm. They have brochures saying that they serve food 24/7 but it's a LIE, the kitchen close around 9:30pm and after they dont serve food AT ALL. The staff was very unfriendly regarding this issue. There is a chinese restaurant in the hotel (but independant from it) but it also closes its kitchen very early.

At the end of the stay bad experience. They took me a quotuon of €50 and on leaving not want to give it to me. Telling me that I have not given a quote.

Solid night's stay during an impromptu drive. Would not hesitate to recommend.

First we had a seminar in a booked room, it was good. Afterwards we had diner in the restaurant, food was pretty good but service can improve.

Very nice Hotel. Hotel very clean, the room was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful, the bedroom was a very good size and the bed was enormous and very comfortable, located just a 5 minute drive from Delft. There is no view to speak of, but that didn't bother me, I will certainly stay there again.

Not a 4 star as self proclaimed. It is obvious as you walk around and see the stuffs in there that it may have been 4 at one point but lacks many upgrades and repairs to be back to what it claims to be. It's more of a weak 3 stars in my viees base on many hotels I have stayed in my time. If you are here on bus I was and must access the internet at any specific time of the day than this 2.5 star hotel is not for you. Never judge a book by its cover. Looks good outside but not fully functional inside.

Very nice Hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable, rooms a very nice size and also very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful too.
No views to speak of from the Hotel but a good location if you need the Delft area.

Beautiful, but broken iron board, dirty iron, broken scale in bathroom, broken AC, laundry service came back 5 hours later than announced and while staff said they'd call when it arrived they didn't, bar service worst I've ever seen, no lactose free options for breakfast. Very hard matress.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff and customer service. The hotel is located between Rotterdam and Den Haag.

1. — They say they have cable — they don't have 2. — At breakfast 9:00 am finished the scrambled eggs, asking them to put more, the answer was that they had a fee that would be put until tomorrow.? Amazing I've never seen this before.

Comfortable. Clean. With parking and Wi-Fi at no cost. Take it easy.

Reasonable value for price, had to change rooms because of faulty window and sigarette smell but staff acted appropriately. Good enough for a short stay.

It was alright. Price — quality was ok. They changed our room without any problem when we were not happy with it. The atmosphere is all about china, if you fancy itm.

Perfectly fine hotel. A little out of the way but if your OK with that or have business in the area that's fine. Basically the only acceptable hotel in that area. Can't speak for either breakfast or any other rooms then my own since I've only spent one night there. But my room had large windows spanning the width of the room, large and bright but with curtains that could be closed. The entire hotel smells like Chinese food restaurant but the room didn't, it was nice and clean. Furniture and bathroom didn't exactly fit in with the design of the building with dark wood in oriental design inside a white, bright modern building but it's probably hard to do more modern design inside without loosing the classical oriental atmosphere. One complaint would be the AC, the hallways in the hotel are hot and damp. Inside the room it's better but the AC is kind of tricky to set up nicely and the dampness is ever present. They could use a upgrade for the ventilation probably. All in all, a nice hotel with a interesting atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

Nice asian styled hotel. Staff at the reception was very friendly. The room was big enough, but we had 35 degrees and the ac couldn't handle that. Mini bar was empty. Breakfast was perfect. Unfortunately the bar closes at 11pm which is way too early. For the whole service price was a bit too high.

Disastrous! Stay away! They stole the purse of my mom in the room while there! The staff was not helpful and the room did not get clean regularly. When they day they did there was missing toilet paper and pillows everywhere. When called out to the staff's shortcomings all I got were excuses and they even blamed me and called me a liar. There is nothing good to day about this hotel. I'm not sure how they got 4 stars because it looks more like — 4 stars. See attached pictures for the way the room got "cleaned". The dust is only missing where I passed my hand to check how bad it is. The red on the carpet… well honestly I don't want to even know what happened here. And the blanket was supposed to be on the bed. As you can see that was not the case. And that happened for the whole week I stayed here. There no service of any kind but instead plenty of arrogance!

With a buffet entrée dessert and breakfast, spacious and clean room.
Nice staff for an affordable price. Easy to park and close to the fast lane.

This is a very unhygienic and poor quality of service hotel. Corridors smell nasty pungent smell. I stayed there 2 night and both night I literately couldn't sleep as cigarette smoke was coming into room via air condition. Very poor choice. Dont stay in this hotel.

Outdated, cheap interior, bad noise isolation, though smoking is prohibited… nobody cares and the whole place smells like smoke. personnel… unhelpful and Dont care.

Rooms very spacious, the environment is also good, prices are reasonable, and personally feel that good.

The Chinese restaurant is not bad at all.

I was there for two days. The rooms are not very clean. The furniture are simple and cheap. The breakfast is not good, bread from supermarket. I will give for the hotel only 3 stars.

In fact I do not think that it should be 4 stars hotel. But the best thing I found about it was the staff working there that were very polite and helpful.

Very friendly at the front desk, but can do better at the level of cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of the service at the restaurant.

My flight got canceled due to the volcanic ash. I tried to email the hotel to inform them the situation and to inquire the possibility of refund. The email from the hotel is just simply "We don’t give money back see our policy. Its no refund. " That's exactly what they wrote in the email. I am extremely disappointed by their response and attitude. I'm upset not because of the money, but rather their lack of empathy shown. I also tried to check their policy regarding the refund. However, it is not indicated in the reservation confirmation nor the website. The link of 'condition of sale of the merchant' is a broken link. There is no where I can check their 'policy'. My advise is to think carefully before you pick this hotel. Also you need to pray nothing will go wrong, otherwise, you might end up with a 'friendly' staff.
