Perfectly comfortable and clean. Staff are delightful. Food and beer excellent. Only problem is that it seems to have a lot of loud businessmen bragging to each other very loudly about their Impressive deals. Puts me right of so-called business hotels. The architecture is box-like but the location as a mere ten-minute walk from the main market square.

On Tue, 5th of June, we were denied a bottle of water being brought at our room at 8:00 in the morning, although the hotel has room service. They asked us to come down and pick it up ourselves. Later, at 11:20 we were terribly woken up by a loud alarm siren calling us to evacuate the building via the staircase, not the elevators. We run 6 floors down half naked and once in the reception, they told us it was just an alarm test and that it wasn't their fault, as we should have found a paper on our bed warning us for the upcoming test. We explained there was no paper in the room, but they said it is 11:20 so we should have checked-out anyway. Bad experience, we left the hotel rather upset. I wouldn't return, nor recommend, not worth the 150 euro stay by any means.

It's vaue for money The service is so awesome. Literally everyone working have one goal — customer satisfaction.

The car of the guests must leave the parking of the hotel for 8:30 to give way to the coaches of tourists.

Great hotel with room designs of different musicians. Elevator is a bit weird tough, you have to push close the door button before elevator moves. If you have high floor, nice views are bonus. Close walking distance to city center for restaurants and sightseeing.

Nice hotel with the theme of jazz. Decent and clean room. Welcoming staff. Restaurant does good breakfast and dinner. It is quiet yet close to Delft centre. Only negative is that the beds are too soft (for me atleast).

Quite ok. Lobby bar with a strange smell so eating diner there isn't a pleasure. Rooms are big enough, bathroom with a bath and a shower… Nice place to stay for 1-2 nights.

Great food, friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere, good chairs; everything is music themed. Come over and have a look. Nothing like your standard "hotel-restaurant".

At 20:00 when we arrived there was a group of 40 persons and 2 waitress. We were 4 and one of us asked only for main dish with the option to be served with the starters of the rest of our party. Well, at 20:53 finally we received our starters and my friends main dish. The food was real good. Unfortunately not great service.

There is a dance floor on the ground floor and the dining on the first floor. The dining space is not isolated therefore it is quite noisy. The food is good although a bit expensive.

Pretty modern hotel very well placed close to the historic city center of Delf.

Great food and great staff members that make you feel right at home. The Decoration of the place was pretty bad though.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel my main big problem that thay dont offer a smoker room in the same time all rooms in the hotel smoke free So where to go to smoke? Only to the outside and sometimes it was raining or cold days so I hate this idea.

This place is also the drop off/pick up area for tourists coach. It's about 10mins walk to the city centre. There are bicycles for rent for hotel guests. A welcome rest stop, with clean toilet.

Booked a handicap friendly room, but they had double booked it and we ended up getting a regular room. However, they did their best to make us comfortable with the available facilities. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay for a weekend! Had a wonderful deluxe room with view over the ancient city of delft. Nice breakfast. Parking for free. (Only around 30 places) wine and water at the mini bar complimentary. Hope to visit again.

Very good location I recommend breakfast by Starbucks near them to save money and the use of neighboring restaurants saw the prices quite expensive.

I was a very pleasant and professional very nice day I recommend it.

We didn't use the hotel, but it has a large bus parking lot behind hotel. Convenient for tourist busses.

Had dinner there Good service food was brought to the table just on time the wait time between each course was well timed Value for money.

Absolutely park in the paid parking outside it's all no stopping although not reported.

I had a great time at the Hampshire Hotel. I was really satisfied with the quality of my room, it was decent. The lack of Wi-Fi bothered me a bit, the internet was available only in the hotel lobby. I highly recommend the fresh croissant for breakfast.

I'm here for the second time, and completely satisfied. Good rooms and service. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the bar. Close to historic centre, monuments, beautiful places, night life.

The hotel is keeping a good standard, but had some shortcomings to the complimentary internet service, where certain services were firewalled. Breakfast buffet was average. Service was top notch, and the helpfulness of several staff really left a good impression.
