Room according to price… keep in mind no air conditioning here. And other reviewers were right very noisy nights in this little college town so be prepared to not sleep. Breakfast is ok, good variety but not really food quality. They denied to provide decaf pods for the Nespresso machine, since they charge you for any extra.

Friendly staff. Cosy atmosphere. Good room. Big comfortable bed. Sustainable thinking. Just by a small canal, but still three minutes walk from the station.

Great location. Expensive breakfast. Good, but okay. Parking nearby for 16 euros.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in April. The location is very close to the main train station and a short walk to the major sites in the historic part of town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was well prepared and had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The price was very reasonable; this is a great value. We will stay here again the next time we are in Delft!

Lovely place. Close to the railway station and the old town. Rooms are comfortable if compact. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is a good buffet. I will stay here again.

Excellent location, very nice stable, service higher than you pay! I didn't try the breakfast but in all the rooms there is the classic welcome Coffee. In the afternoon free bisquits and sometimes cakes. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed for one night and it was lovely. The room was clean and cosy, and there was a bath. Very quiet and the staff was friendly. It's near public transport, the shopping center and cinema. Definitely great for a short stay.

Wonder full little hotel. Good budget hotel wasn't expecting much and was delighted. Cannot beat the location. So close to Delft station and very close for exploring Delft. The best thing about the Hotel is the staff. They are so welcoming and friendly. Felt like a home from home. Just lovely.

Beautiful hotel, from the rooms a little small but very welcoming. The one we were staying in had a nice view of the canal, characteristic of this beautiful city. A kettle and tea is provided. Very friendly staff.

Small and very warm hotel. A lot of thanks each employee for such a warm reception, Our delegation from Georgia spent 3 unforgettable weeks in this hotel and we felt ourselves as in our homes. Thanks to Holland, we will be back :)

Stayed 1 night but barely able to sleep as groups of students went past my canal side room screaming and yelling. This is unfortunate and the hotel can't do much about it except maybe complaint to the city. Other than that, room was fine, breakfast was alright and staff were friendly. Did get a strange €3 administration fee charge that was previously not mentioned… Just too bad about the location/surroundings! But all in all won't ever stay here again. There are better places in and around Delft.

Everything was broken. They charge for coffee and internet. Nothing in mini bar. Shower made whole bathroom wet. Old crappy tv. Cold dirty room. Crap, crap, crap.

Really nice hotel in Delft. This place is only like 5 minutes from the train station. The room I got was amazing. Had the biggest flat screen TV I have ever seen. Bathroom was also enormous. Bed super comfy and the hotel had all the amenities you want. The internet (though not free) was super fast. The only thing I can think of that bugged me a little was that the room was quite noisy. That is cuz of the old dutch windows and the fact that this is a students town. But, bring your earplugs and enjoy a really nice experience. I will surely come back!
