If you are looking to spend a night in Delft and have a good quality breakfast, this is THE place to go. Rooms are clean and cosy, the price is reasonable and what's best, the staff is extremely helpful. They will store your luggage, help you with questions about the city and much more. Having visited other hotels in Delft, I'd still go back to Royal Bridges.
Fine hotel, but had a problem with checkin. No information was given about checking in after 11pm and when I arrived, there was no one there to attend and the door was locked. At midnight after traveling over a day to arrive I needed to find an alternative accommodation. I found a very expensive option and needed to take a taxi there. The next day, the hotel tried to tell me it was my fault and gave no recognition of the error and insisted to charge for the night I couldn't stay there. They also said that this had happened to other people before, but they didn't seem to understand that this should be a further indication that they have a problem they need to address.
