This is a family business that CHEATS tourists. They claim mistakes in your booking and cheat you to pay extra. When you find out they're cheating, they'll make up dozens of lies and will never pay you back. They even threaten to call the police… There's another couple that was also cheated the same night we stayed. Definitely stay away from here!

A fabulous stay albeit we weren't in the main part of the Hotel. Great location, very nice staff, good food and decor. Room was spotless and very clean. Thank you!

Cold, dirty rooms as well as small inconvenient bathroom. High noise from neighbouring rooms. At night temperatures around 5 degrees Celsius… So 4 star hotels should and are usually better.

Excellent hotel, although I was staying in a room half a block from the hotel, the room was very complete, had kitchen, refrigerator, kitchenware, cutlery and a window with a view unsurpassed. Also the breakfast is very complete. How much I totally recommend staying at this hotel.

Great set of studio flats. But the cleaning is a bit random.

Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff, but if you make me find the rooms with the heating off and no hot winter water…

Really nice place in the center of Delft, close to everything. Clean and quiet.

Terrible experience there. Staff and manager are rude and arrogant. When you book it, you will get nightmare. They are not trustworthy. They always cheat customers and take everything to charge extra money. Breakfast is too bad, not a benefit. Lots of other choices, why stay here? Too bad. Never trust them.

Like other people already reported do they cheat people! We booked a doouble bedroom with riverview and got an one bed-room with screwed windows and a housewall-view. They gave us a second bed later but were very unfriendly and never said sorry for their mistake. The house, were our room was inside was very dirty and the stairs are really steep without any handrail. Very dangerous for old people or people who carry heavy bags. Let them show you the room befor you pay for it! Otherwise they will not give it back to you and tell you that you have to talk to the manager, who does not exist.

Value for money not cheap!

Currently, this hotel is owned by an Indian family. Same as other customers comments, the staff/manager cheats customers, charges your money from your credit card without giving you any invoice or letting you known. They just used your credit card as an ATM. When you back home and know they charged you extra money without your consent, it is too late. They never responded your questions. You cannot get your money back. They ruined the reputation of the hotel. Never, never book this terrible hotel if you don’t want to lose your money!

Horrific night at room 72C, because of mice in the ceiling. Hotel management is not helpful, they just want to get paid.

The worst experience at a hotel ever! ! Avoid staying at this hotel. They are cheating people! ! There are plenty of better hotels in Delft! I reserved the Junior suite for 5 days but I got a small double room instead. I complained about it, but they refused to give my any refund or my money back. The staff was very unfriendly. If they tell you that you have to talk to the hotel manager, please, be aware that there is nobody like that — I spent there 5 days and it was impossible to meet the person. Do not pay anything before you see your room. They might cheat you and give you much worse room and you will not get any money back!

At the end of a cycle tour of Holland and stayed here because most of the reviews were great. Of all the places we stayed in during our holiday this was by far the most expensive at €130 a night for a twin room. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. We were put in a room in an adjacent building which was not en-suite, with a desk, chair, only one bedside table, a TV that did not work, a random bookcase, beds and that was it. Nowhere to hang anything. For just one night, I thought at least we can get some sleep, but the noise from the street meant it was quite disturbed. For the price, we expected better. Make sure you get a room in the main hotel at the back.

We paid the rate for a hotel but were left in an emptied apartment next door. No aircon. Bathroom across the floor! Bathroom was not cleaned at all, dirty shower, left overs in the bathroom… I walked across the room in my socks once and they were all gray from dust. Just ensure you get the room in the hotel. Service was bad. No one was at the reception so I walked into all rooms and the kitchen. I used the bell, I shouted for help. All without success. Then I used the land line in reception and dialled all numbers in their phone book. And eventually someone could be found to check is in.

Friendly small hotel, rather noisy during my stay, but that could be just one of those things.

Very friendly staff. Super located in the middle of the city on one of the canals. Parking relatively cheap continues 300 m in a parking lot. Good price / performance ratio.
