Staff were good but denied to give cigrate in the night.

Good location but rooms are not so good.

Nice hotel with the great view, very friendly staff. You feel the comfort and can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, once you are back from the trekking! The only thing which can disturb the silence is marry-go-round nearby, sometimes it's too noisy:) )

One can expect good view of lake from terrace. Food was good. Peaceful and calm environment.

What I like most is the view from lake front and the quality of service they provide. Along with there rooms. And mostly the night view too.

Hotel directly on the lake. Very friendly staff at the reception. The waitress in the restaurant does not seem funny, but finally does her job. The rooms are perfectly OK. There are towels, TV with international channels and on the toilet even paper. This is not always a matter of course in Nepal. I can recommend this hotel with a good conscience.

Nice hotel with a great view. Wi-Fi slightly hit and miss but rooms are clean and water was nice and warm. Bar next to the hotel can be a little loud. I would stay here again.

What a location. Beautiful hotel with big lawn and restaurant. Fewa lake and hills view from your bed. Everything was so good except the main door and bathroom door which look so outdated these days, the old fashioned door bolt and lock doesn't go well with such beautiful rooms. Staff are disciplined.

The staff is very helpful. They help us arrange trip to Sarangkot, flight for mountain view, flight back to Kathmandu, special meal arrangement. Hotel is clean and beautiful. It's have nice view of Fewa Lake.

Absolutely wonderful & example of excellent hospitality and elegance, located at prime location in center of Lakeside. The view from the hotel room are just awesome, the rooms were great, clean with charming balconies. Friendly staffs and good respect and welcomming is another best part of this hotel as well as The food are yummy and hygienic with varieties of options along with Continental foods. I love to stay there. I suggest you guyz to be there if you have plan to visit pokhara specially lakeside.

Awesome view of lake and series of mountains around the lake. Natural and pleasuring outdoors where you can enjoy with coffee. Rooms are too good and well furnished.

Excellent view. All rooms are lake facing and actually next to lake. At least I did not find any other such hotel. Great hospitality. Perfectly spacious, clean and ventilated. Great American breakfast but that is the only thing where I missed something like Indian item.

“Great location but a bit expensive” PRO — The green area is amazing with a like view, I've played with my kid very well. — They offer a bed to the driver if you need on no cost but you will have to pay for his breakfast anyway. — Wi-Fi is working pretty well. — You have free parking. CON — The furniture is very-very old. — I've booked a cottage, which is more expensive, but at the end I had less room space than in a regular room. — The light in the room was very low and caused me a discomfort for reading. Room Tip: You better ask for a room in the front building, the cottage is not so large…

Excellent hotel. Great views on the lake, very nice staff, and comfortable rooms.

The staff are polite and attentive from the front desk to the bar and the restaurant serves good food and drink, breakfast was free and as well as very tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family.
