Haus Mopanie

Haus Mopane B&B is a top-quality guesthouse located in a quiet part of Tsumeb. The guesthouse is family built, owned & managed and offers 6 rooms. The tastefully furnished and decorated B&B provide a pleasant atmosphere. Nice garden and complimentary parking at the property. The lady-owner is very friendly & helpful. We had a genuinely nice room with a good king-size bed. All windows and doors have mosquito screens. The room had desk & chair, wardrobe & 2 folding easy-chairs, and terrace with table & chairs, fridge & airco, tea & coffee facility. The separate bathroom had washbasin, shower, and toilet. All was super clean. Between 07:00 and 09:00 a good breakfast is served: eggs made to order, bread & toast, cereals, cold cuts & cheese, orange juice & fresh fruit salad, 2 yoghurts, tea & coffee. Haus Mopane is a charming & well-maintained guesthouse, and we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed for twelve nights, June 2-13. Everything was exceptional. You will not be disapointed.

The place is very nice, neat, beatifully decorated. Breakfast in a nice room. The bathroom big and hot water morning and night. Very clean.

Ingrun is a very nice and friendly hostess, giving us rooms on the last minute for a very good price. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden. The rooms were neat and clean, windows and doors have covering to keep out mosquitoes if you want it open. We had a lovely stay Ingrun, thank you so much.

Very friendly owners and the staff, this will be my overnight stay when I'm in Tsumeb again. The have family rooms as well.

Perfect experience because Haus Mopanie is always ready to accommodate clients even if you didn't made prior arrangements.

Absolutely loved this place, had some trouble with the Wifi though. Amazing host and a friendly cat (wanted to take him home😂). Breakfast was amazing as well, you can eat as much as you want 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The place overall is definitely wonderful and well thought out. Lovely assistant that cooked delicious breakfast, lovely home, very clean and well planned. Only two small little cons, Wi-Fi hardly works in room 5. When in main area, it worked, but once got to the room, it disconnected after a few minutes and would have to go to desk or back in main area to use it… I would suggest a Wi-Fi extender…it was fine since it was only one night but if I had more nights here it would be a no go… second negative was door between room and main area was extremely thin so even if people weren’t making noise, you can still hear even the slightest sound from out in the main area… hot water also took a long while to heat up, but once it did, it was nice and hot. Otherwise the home was great.

Very nice set-up, great rooms, green garden, basic breakfast. Owner and the lady handling everything (from breakfast through ironing) were great. An absolute recommendation for a stay in Tsumeb. Bes option in town.

I arived around 3 the afternoon, and from the start I was greeted with a amazing smile, from the host, was explained how all was even asked if the room is fine, the nice thing is thy crate the most awesome, breakfast pack's dew to I always left before breakfast time so thy really made effort, and make you feel like your home. I would recommend this place if you need to stay a night or even for 2 weeks like I did, thy are amazing. Thanks.
