My stay at footprints was very plesant. The place is neat, secure and easy to locate. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel to meet most travelers needs. We were a group of 11 that included teenagers and had a wonderful time. The host is a lovely, friendly lady and the staff were fantastic. The rooms are very good and they have a range of rooms to meet families or groups needs.
It is not far from the mall and the coast is a 12 minute walk. I Will plan come back here.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Keep it uo.

We were 5 families that stayed at Footprints for 2 nights during July 2025.
Upon arrival we were informed that our booking only contained rooms for 4 of the families and not the 5 for which we paid a deposit prior to arrival and received confirmation via email. This created unnecessary frustration and after about 20 minutes was sorted out. The manager acknowledged the mistake on their side, but it could have been handled better.
Worth noting that the property does not have perimeter fence for parking. No issue noted with security, but we had trailers and stuff on roof racks and a fenced off area would have helped in providing peace of mind.
We had numerous issues with hot water and communicated this to the staff. They were not able to sort it out and unfortunately most of our party had to make due with cold showers.
Some of the plug points were broken and in one of the rooms the oven cord does not reach to the plug so we had to use one of our own leads.
Some areas smelled of smoke, but this was reserved to outside as well as reception. No issues in the rooms.
The rooms were spacious and clean and our beds were really nice. We were provided with a sleeper couch for additional children which helped. Each room had a nice deck area and Weber braai. We also had access to the roof communal braai area.

Neat and clean with everything you need. Very good experience. Good value for money. Only the sound adjustment of the TV had me a little bid confused.

The rooms are nice and spacious. We spend 2 weeks and it was a delight. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were cool and comfortable with all comforts you can hope for. Rooms were cleaned every day, the garden is cute and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay special.

Clean and well equipped. I really enjoyed the short stay at Footprints! wish I had more time, I would recommend Footprints to all my friends!

I did not encounter any problem, all was good, the room was very clean, the location is the best I enjoyed the view, my stay and was perfect I did not even miss home for once. I would definitely refer people to your B&B the customer service is top notch. Thank you, please keep it up.

Good service, friendly, clean, affordable everything was 100% up to standard.
We as a family will always go stay there if we travel to Swakopmund.

Really good rooms, really nice environment, a very friendly and helpful owner. Breakfast was good. Room were big and everything was clean and in a good state. It was a bit cold (so take your cwar clothes if you are staying in here during the winter)

I would recommend this place to any family or couple. Value for money and the best service. We enjoyed our stay and the team went out of its way to accommodate our family and change room requirements to fit our need. Definitely one to keep in the phone log.

We enjoyed our stay at Footprints. The bed was of the highest standard. Breakfast was excellent. One suggestion, make lunch part of the booking for clients to choose whether they would like to include it in the booking. Our privacy was respected. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would defenitely make use of Footprints again.
