1. Apparently, female staffs are not nice and not much willing to help the guests with the luggage. 2. Staffs didn’t let the guests know that they need to request the staffs to use warm water for shower 30 mins in advance. Unfortunately we ended up taking cold shower on the first night while the outside temperature was low. 3. Staffs didn’t even bother to turn on the small refrigerator. 4. There wasn’t SKYNET or CANAL+ if you wanna watch anything. Just like there’s a TV with nothing. 3. There were only 2 female staffs and both are not professional at all.
The light went out for hours and there is no backup generator. We had to keep the windows open but it was too hot in there, we couldn’t stay any longer so we decided to move to another hotel. We only stayed for like 4 hours, we even had to pay them additional 10, 000 mmk for extra two people and yet they didn’t offer any refund. And the checkout process was bad, they didn’t even check us out they just let us go. I have never experienced this kind of awkwardness at a hotel. Tbh this is not even a hotel. This place is just a motel.

I think the structure of this hotel is very impressive. There are a lot of elements that preserve the Myanmar culture and you can definitely feel the warmth and kindness of the staff. It is like living with family. So it's very satisfying to see such a very friendly staff during my stay. I'm sure I'm coming back.
