Great place to have a few budget nights stay, located just behind Shangrila, if staying there, better to have breakfast outside instead of the hotel breakfast. One of the bookings I accidentally booked 30 days on agoda, and to cancel I had to go agoda office, luckily agoda is just a 5 mins walk away…

Hotel service and facilities were nice. Amenities also good. Foods menu were not much but mostly delicious. The only thing I ashamed was I could see many customers that for day use.

This hotel is new, rooms are very clean and service are good. Breakfast is not buffet but u might love it. I stay there when I go to Yangon because of it locate center of town and u can go to other place on foot. It locate near Bogyoke Market, cinemas and u can find local food around street besides. Price is reasonable, the hotel has lobby and u can left it baggage after checkouts. The hotel has only one lift and u have to wait if there are many clients.

Amazing quality/price. Just a simple room, with a working airco, hot water, comfy beds, and good location. Would book again.

Standard hotel for business and short trip, clean and nice with value of money. Fair Breakfast Nice Sleep Clean Toilet Check in at 3rd floor Elevator so slow.

Best stay in Myanmar. Very helpful and friendly. To reach the 5 Stars you need to look on the breakfast and the timing of the baptist church next door singing early morning.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous and nice. The only complaint is that their laundry service is unreasonable. The rate is twice what many other hotels charge and when we ordered laundry to be done by the next evening (we gave the order in the morning so we gave at least 30 hours in advance), they phoned us up in the evening to say that they couldn't do it on time but would be willing to do it for express charge at twice the already exorbitant rate. That was a very unprofessional conduct. Just beware of ordering laundry service if you have a deadline.

Decent location, friendly, helpful and patient staff with good English skills, comfy and clean rooms.

Super basic rooms. I had problems with cigarette smell in one of the rooms and then chemical smell in the bathroom of another.

The room is ok, but the toilet has bad smell coming out from the drain. Very poor and weird breakfast, same dish every day. But good location and helpful staff. They speak English very well.

Rooms are small and the shower arrangement is just crazy. Good enough to rest. Very helpful staff.

Very conveniently located near Sule Pagoda and the Scott Market. Because it is off the main Street, it is also quieter. The staff are very helpful.

The room is spacious and comfortable. We book the premier room. The air condition is really cold. Has space for us to perform our prayers. Breakfast is so so but acceptable. The staff is helpful but not business oriented. We sat at the cafe, the waitress does not greet us nor take our orders, so we decide to have a coffee somewhere else.

Good service, nice-modern feel room (not very spacey), and slightly over-priced, otherwise everything else was good.

Rooms are clean. Sometime it rings a phone at the floor. But all in all a good place.

Good location, very close to the Chinatown and Bogyoke market. The hotel is OK and as supply in Yangon is rather poor, this hotel meets the basics: safe, clean and friendly staff.

Better to book on internet, never book at the counter, much more expensive.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was ample. Unfortunately, that's were the positives end. There is a 24 hour construction over the road which won't let you sleep and for the same price there are much nicer alternatives.

I booked this hotel 24th Dec. 2014 for staying 4 nights from 06 Jan. 2015 to 12 Jan. 2015 but they inform me they got a booking mistake so I have to pay more. Even though I paid already by the credit card, They just insist to cancel the booking. It was weird. finally, I booked other hotel. My first impression of Myanmar is awful. City center hotel! Don't make mistake anymore.

Room 9-June-2014 we reserve a room for two nights and due to problems with the flights we have requested the cancellation of the first night's hotel, we have been in contact with the hotel through different channels (e-mail, the website of the hotel contact form) and having number of reserve has not have deigned to reply to us, through what is lost overnight and therefore money. We do not recommend to anyone to reserve this hotel since the customer is null.

Booked room on 9 Jun 2014 to room for two nights and due to problems with flights we have requested the cancellation of the first night's hotel, we contacted the hotel in different ways (email, contact the hotel website form) and having reservation number have not deigned to answer us, so we lost by night and therefore money. Do not recommend anyone to book this hotel because the customer is void.
