Very good customer care service with clean and lovely rooms with fair price. The receptionist, Ko Phyo Min Ko, is very friendly, helpful and very professional. The group of 4 checked in late night on Oct 25 and he welcomed us with a sweet smile and helped us kindly. We will come back to stay in this lovely hotel for next visits in Mandalay. Thank you.

For the price a nice hotel. And very convenient that across the street is a nice restaurant, Spice Garden. Enjoyed my stay here.

I only have possitive things to say about this hotel. Clean, modern, the beds were amazing… the swimming pool was fantastic, the free cocktails by the pool were pretty cool too! If you decide to stay in this hotel, go and check the views on the rooftop at sunset, thet are quite something! (they are planning to open a rooftop bar)

New hotel which mean everything is new. Good smell swimming pool. Best car parking hotel in MDY. O. K breakfast. Wide rooms. Standard facilities used. Hot water is amazing. Big mirror in toilet. Reasonable price. Discount for INGOs. No extra 5% tax but put on your slips. Foreigner focus which mean clean environment. Free cotail time by pool side everyday. Good taxi with fair price. Very close to the PALACE. Staffs are OK. But… No beer found in minibar. 40, 000 mmk room is much better than 36, 000 mmk rooms only if you love birth tube and cotton ground.

Great service, clean bedsheets and rooms. Fantastic service. Had some trouble with the AC (broke down twice in the night), but the manager went an extra mile to help. Fantastic (Thai) traditional massage int the hotel spa. Breakfast bit too simple though. Free happy hour drinks based on local rum.

Recently opened (February 2018) hotel at the corner of 22nd & 64th road. Not too off from the main road and yet the property has a spacious car parking area with green environment. It's more like a big house with a cool swimming pool in a private compound. There is an onsite ATM machine as well. Good for a weekend getaway as you can rewind at the pool and the spa with your friends and family. They also allow outside guests to join the swimming pool and ask for the membership plan which will be cheaper than regular fee.

The kindest people I've met in Myanmar! So helpful and friendly and always smiling. Good size room with clean bathroom. Away from city noise but still close to central Mandalay. Highly recommended!

Very new, reasonable price, clean, good services. Bank of red canel and quiet. Very nice view and good for smoking area around sided stairs.

This hotel is very nice, clean and nice view. You can enjoy sunset at the rooftop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool also nice place to relax.

The hotel is just two months old, the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the duvets clean. The staff is very accommodating, very friendly and speaks very good English. The main attractions are within walking distance and there is the possibility to rent bicycles and scooters. There is also a wonderful swimming pool, which provides a cool dip in the heat. We would recommend the hotel to anyone and would book it again at any time. The price —/performance ratio is more than balanced.
