We had pleasent stay with this hotel. Location, service from all staff, food, everthings was beyound expectaion. Will stay again and recommend to others. Keep it up all.

This hotel is right in the perfect location, opposite of the Mandalay Central Railway Station. If you travel to Mandalay by bus, book the expess line with city ferry transfer. Then, get off at the railway station and walk for 2 minutes to the hotel. Love their teak wood decoration everywhere. Btw, they got a Single Room for solo travellers as well.

Clean rooms and good service. Wi-Fi was spotty and logged out a number of times but when it was working it was fast. International Breakfast was good although a variety of options would be nice. Great location in the city.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately my room was facing the driveway and there were kids running around and screaming until about 2am. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful with organising day trips and also the boat to Bagan.

We get free upgrade to our room and it's superb. Comfy, clean and spacious. Like the interior design and room planning. Didn't get the chance to have proper breakfast there but the bread they gave us to eat on our way is nice. Much appreciated.

Short summary: reception very nice always very nice and courteous staff. There was always a Person who spoke English well enough. Rooms are okay, big and clean but old and noisy. Bathroom adequate with shower also for the conditions clean! There is only hot water for that you get in the shower, the selection between Hot! And Hot! => showers was really funny. In the first of the night by a rumbling and squeaking roused from sleep => rats in the walls of our assumption in the room was definitely not on-the-go

Avoid. Staff were friendly, but it was as though it was their first day. Reception were surprised at our arrival, gave us the wrong room. Two occasions the room was not cleaned. When ordering room service, only 1/3 of ordered items appeared. I think there was a squirrel living in the ceiling. Rooms dated. Utterly disappointing for such a high price. Stayed at first class hotels in Myanmar for cheaper!

Rooms are very small not like a 3 star hotel. Staffs are friendly.
