That hotel is not bad I gave it 2 stars.

Service is normal need to good service.

The service is not satisfactory.

Except for the noisy trains, everything else is good…

Pls check your receptionist staff through
cctv and how she handling her job with
customer. Unsatisfied.

Some hotel staff have poor PR skill even
So disappointing
Especially for this well known hotel chain.

Quiet and relaxing environment.

Good in location, foods, rooms but because of KTV, singing up to 5 am, we can't sleep the whole night, and bad receptionist made us sorry for next time.

I came here with a friend and stayed for a few days. The room was spacious with 2 single beds. Linens were fresh and clean. Hotel staff was friendly. I received a surprise birthday cake and longyi (sarong) and a birthday song from the hotel. Really thoughtful of them! We will return in a few days. This is an awesome hotel!

Really value for money. Clean rooms, really nice breakfast.

Great Hotel but didn't deserve even 4 stars bcoz of dark areas even in ball room.

Decoration, room & staffs are good…
But very noisy from KTV Room at 7th floor…
I don't know who are singing the whole day.
I also heard the voices from TV of next room.
If Hotel can upgrade sound proof system, it will be much better.

10.3.2018 room 544 ; very noisy music from upper flow, since 11:00pm upto now 12:00 midnight. I got headache. Ithink it may be come from KTV? Club from upper floor. I would like to suggest that if you want to rest and stay quite you should not stay this side of hotel. But hotel have nice staffs, clean room and good breakfast.

Nice decoration Dun know hotel service I've been there for seminar and workshops.

Massage is very hit and miss. Make sure you get the time you requested.

I like it much. Still having some suggestions e. G. Hot water in my room wasn't even warm.

Nice rooms. Convenient location. But since it's attached to the central train station, it is a bit noisy sometimes.

We didn't actually stay here. We went in looking for a map and the woman at the desk was fantastic. Called someone to get us a map and then offered to hold our bags for us whilst we went around Mandalay as we were getting a train that night. Really impressed by the service and kindness shown to non-customers.

I guess from what people say one can't complain but I still await my free cocktail — or does one actually have to be there in person?

Quite central in Mandalay. We got a room facing the main road — some noise but not enough to keep us up at night. Drivers in Myanmar have a habit of beeping their horns when overtaking — this is done 24 hours a day. Some double-glazing sound proof windows would have been great to keep the noise out though. We had a room on the 5th floor so didn't experience any noise/problems from the KTV/Karaoke on the 7th floor. It is right above the train station but from what we saw it isn't a very active train station — we only saw a few trains! An OK buffet breakfast. The room was modern and clean — comfy bed. Room Tip: Book a 5th floor room to avoid the karaoke/KTV on the 7th floor.

While the staff try hard and are quite attentive, the building and rooms need serious maintaince.

Your hotel should have reliable & honest staffs, especially housekeeping. They are taking cash & customer belongs if they are keeping in easy & visible places. No matter how customer pleased their belonging hotel housekeeping staff shouldn't have those bad attitude. One more important thing is that u should change your current manager. At least, a person who are working in hotel industry should know how to say sorry, how to solve problems, how to handle customers complaints in professional ways instead of avoiding complaints & arguing. He should take the responsibilities of daily operation including problem. Your hotel should find the qualited hotel manger for your future reputation. Thank you.
