Hotel Marvel

One of the best hotel in Mandalay.

Outside the hotel does not look very nice, but once inside is a different story. Very large lobby, with friendly and helpfull staff. Very Big room, no window, but in the entrance you have a nice small living, with windows and fridge.
In the hotel they use carpet in and outside the room. A little old and in the room the smell is non very nice, because of the umidity. Carpets in hot countreys always smell. The quality of the bed is good. Breakfast is more for local people, but the coffee is very good.

That hotel is not bad I gave it 2 stars.

Service is normal need to good service.

Super convenient location, comfortable room and spacious! Breakfast is yummy and a wide spread! Staff were very helpful and helped us arrange what we wanted. In house massage is affordable too. Only downside is the train noise at sleeping hours. Overall still very value for money!

Except for the noisy trains, everything else is good…

Some hotel staff have poor PR skill even.
So disappointing.
Especially for this well known hotel chain.

Room is spacious, clean and managed to have a decent hot shower.
Our room was one level 6 and we had trouble getting a good sleep. Level 7 was a ktv studio and our window was facing the train station.
Service however was good and so was the dried shan noodles at breakfast bar.

Not so bad this hotel feedbacj.

Quiet and relaxing environment.

Air conditioning didnt work in our first room so we were relocated. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast provided a good range of selections and a coffee machine. 5th floor at front of building was quite noisy from train station but our second room on 6th floor was much quieter.

Good in location, foods, rooms but because of KTV, singing up to 5 am, we can't sleep the whole night, and bad receptionist made us sorry for next time.

We stayed at this hotel room 525 on 14 Feb. The hotel was in the same building of Mandalay Railway station on 4th, 5th and 6th floor. The location was convenient. Our room was spacious with city and railway view. We loved the bed and pillow very much because of its comfort. There was some smell in the drainage tube in the bathroom. The reception ladies were nice and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel which was good and price reasonable. The breakfast had many selections. We will come back.
