Lovely hotel — friendly staff, beautiful surroundings incl a big pool and an awesome bakery.
The worst service ever had! Room facilities r not fair with the price. All the things in the rooms r too old-fashion and look like have been used since 10 yrs ago. Especially, the owner woman’s behavior (Chinese woman). She treated us totally different from the foreigners. Last 2 yrs ago, 2017, I had bad experience with her, I wore swimming legging and body-fit top coz I didn’t bring swim — suit, before I went into the pool, I already asked a staff about my clothes, the staff said ‘ok’, so, I dipped in the pool. The owner came to us and shouted by pointing at us ‘wearing these clothes r so shameful among of the foreigners and her hotel got down impression because of us ‘. Did she have right to shout the customers in public? Is that their best service? The worst ever—— I’m definitely sure not to use this hotel again and will share my experience to others! Thanks.
