Great staff. Everybody is smiling. They will not send you from the lobby to your room without the greetings and good wishes of the staff. Very very clean. I've seen with my own eye that every corner of the rooms and corridors are almost daily cleaned. Very nice decorated with local taste. They leave small presents sometime to my room.

I love this hotel. Great location, great staff, great food, great rooms, great rates! It’s bagan princess.

Staves are hosptiable and breakfast is also good and then they can arrange where you want to go around the town.

I love Bagan because it's my native land whenever it reminds me how great our kings & Bagan Kingdom glory I can guess it and being proud of the one who is from this native and most hotels, I see they are international stand and their warmly hospitality & also their services. I think, our country's income will be upgraded more and more if this sector develops in the future with processing like a smokeless industry… in a country and most of the couples enjoy their honeymoon as unforgetable time in their mind and as I like it…

The rooms are very nice but the hotel is situated right besides a very busy street. So this makes it nearly impossible to sleep. The breakfast is ok, but the fried eggs are cold: (

Hotel NOT recommended, bedding with remains… Dirty towels. Odor. On top you have to pay before you go in, and you can't leave the hotel ahead of time because you are charged the same on the card. Breakfast is buffet and that one day if one day does not depend on the amount of guests. They indicate that there is Wi-Fi and it is not true. I wouldn't go back.

Avoid this place. Dirty and not looked after. Rooms are mostly to the road. They have a weird smell, not cleaned, stained bed sheets. Pool water is green, I wouldn't tip my toes in there. Could be nice if looked after, but they don't… back packer standard for 4 star price in Myanmar.

Very nice hotel, great location and An amazing Restaurant (Queen Retsaurant) is nearby. The food was so good that we didn't look for other options, so it's very convenient for those who stay in this hotel! There is also a good, refreshing swimming pool, where u can relax and usually not so much people stay there, u can be totally alone, and nice people working there, always smiling and helping! Very good choice for staying in Bagan!

Location very convinient to stroll around old Bagan and staff very kind. The room was dirty and located in a secondary building — very different of what advertised online.

Had booked through agoda for a standard room for two nights and paid for the same too. When we reached the hotel the manager was showing us another room away from the hotel in a dark and dingy place, which I felt was quite deceiving since the room was in an annex about three to five minutes walk away. While booking agoda showed a different room so we were not very happy about it. Tried to talk it out with the manager and he was blaming on agoda, anyways after standing in front of the reception for more than an hour the manager agreed to give a room in the hotel for an extra payment. I actually asked for a refund but the manager said it wasn't possible since we paid online to agoda, it was the first time we came across such an ugly encounter in Myanmar.

The facility wasn't really nice for the price what I paid. Have lovely pool and staffs were very kind.

Don't get cheated from Agoda photo. Please read all reviews. Before book. Only pool view few rooms are nice. The other building which situated side road room are backpacker standard but price are other 3-4 stars hotel rate.

Quite dirty … They try to sneak a room out of the resort which is a hideout bad stinky. Do not be fooled by the photos of the web.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! Their service is really nice! My flight was early so they let me check in without extra charges! The location was really convenient, and they helped me arrange a horse drawn carriage to go explore around town! I definitely recommend this place, I m coming back here next holiday. :D.

This hotel is very cheap and nice, compare to others hotels around. Very easy access to Pagodars.

Bait & Switch! We checked in & found that we, too were sent to the little alley room that is NOTHING like the main hotel. There was no safe as advertised & the hotel refused to honor the advertising by giving us what we paid for. They instead insisted that we pay more fore a room with a safe. Poor service! I found another hotel & am disputing the credit charges.

We booked a room at Bagan Princess Hotel… but 1. We discovered that our room is outside the hotel's area (2nd street after the hotel). 2. The bungalow that they try to say it's part of the hotel… was very dirty and poorly maintained 3. The room was plunged into the dark, very little and dirty 4. What's more, moisture was the only decoration of the bathroom The description provided by the hotel on the internet is clearly misleading and symbolizes a fraud!

Nice hotel with clean pool.

Amazing room (upstairs), clean pool, great people. Best place on our Burma trip and prefectfor relaxing after the heat of the open plains.
