Villa Simeon Marrakech

Mixed feelings on our experience at the villa. Unfortunately it seems most of the previous reviews were from last year and beyond, and when we arrived lots of things were broken or un-usable. The villa has not been maintained to a high standard.
The master bedroom had a main shutter broken when we arrived, Camellia told us it would be fixed the following day. It wasn't fixed until day 6. The AC in the master bedroom did not work at all, meaning we were sleeping in 27 degrees every night. I am pregnant and it was unbearable to sleep in that heat. Informed Camellia on the second day and simply requested a fan to use for the duration of our stay, she ignored this request and eventually after I had to complain daily, she sent someone to fix the AC on our very last day. At this point I had not slept the whole trip, very tired, fed up and stressed, on which was supposed to be a nice relaxing holiday.
The showers were blocked in both rooms we used, which resulted in flooding the floors as there is no door on the shower. We had to remove the drain ourself and remove clumps of the previous guests hair to allow us to use the shower properly. No shower gel provided in the rooms and soap dispensers were empty. There is a constant smell of sewage and drains throughout the property, mostly in the kitchen and gym area.
The duvets on the beds also do not fit the beds, they have double duvets on super king beds, so it's not big enough to share with your partner.

Is the best villa should visit really in Marrakech.

I have booked many villas for my brand trips but I must say this was by far the best yet. The staff, the location the villa the pool the garden and spa were all five star. The location is absolutely perfect 10 minutes from the airport and shops.
You won’t get a better deal in Europe on a villa this standard and can only see Marakech becoming a lot busier.
Would recommend to anyone.
