We stayed for four nights at Riad Yakimour earlier this month. Start to finish, the experience was a delight. The spotless riad is beautifully restored with lovely areas to sit, charming rooms, an expansive rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and a very comfortable dining room. The staff is so warm and welcoming — truly unparalleled, with top notch and very responsive service. The breakfasts are delicious and ample (that vanilla yogurt! ). We strongly encourage paying extra to have the chef prepare a Moroccan dinner. She is outstanding — we had our best meals in Morocco at Riad Yakimour and we went to some highly recommended other places. It was so good, we chose to dine on the rooftop on our last night of vacation for one more encounter with their heavenly carrot salad. Ibrahim, Mourad, and Booba were all caring and warm staff, and communications with the owner was quick, easy, and accommodating.
We stayed at the Riad for a few days in March and it was a lovely stay! From when we arrived, we felt very welcome and well informed about Marrakech and the best things to do/see, and told how best to navigate. The staff are extremely warm, kind and always willing to help! Aboubakar and Ibrahim (forgive us for any misspellings! ) at reception were always so kind and helpful with booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The lovely man at breakfast and dinner whose name we are very sorry to have not remembered, was always so kind and checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were always delicious and varied and we looked forward to it every morning! We ate dinner once at the Riad, the chicken tagline was amazing. Housekeeping was impeccable, the rooms were always spotless as was the rest of the Riad!

My husband and I stayed from 13 to 18 May and everything was absolutely amazing and wonderful. The riad was really charming and well-maintained, and it smelled wonderful. All the staff were fantastic and lovely, and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We spent some days of absolute peace that I can’t even begin to describe. I highly recommend it and we plan to return.
