Recommending the Riad a 100%! It is very chic, modern and always very clean. Every morning we got severed a typical Moroccan breakfast, which was delicious!
Emre is a great host — always helpful and friendly!
The location of the Riad is perfect and in a walkable distance to the markets, the YSL museum and also the more modern part of Marrakesh! 
We loved staying there and felt welcome at any time! Thanks again!

Location was perfect. We booked two tours with the pickup point at College Mohamed 5, which is just a 3-min walk from the riad. The riad is quiet and peaceful. Feels like a different place once you step in. The daily breakfast was tasty and filling. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily as well. The hospitality from Emre and the other staff elevated our experience. We would happily stay here again.

The room was beautiful & has the benefit of air con which was most welcome. The staff were extremely helpful. The lovely lady who prepared the breakfast was wonderful. The eggs were delicious 😋

Everything was perfect, the manager took care of us, explained everything and gave some useful tips. Don't worry about finding the place, there are enough signs with the directions.
Breakfast was delicious and served with the best hospitality. The building is really quiet, remember that riad is more of a household than a hotel, so you may hear other guests leaving their rooms. The place is clean and has a real marrocan vibe,
Including the presence of Baboush — the most lovely cat in the whole city! BIG RECOMMENDATION!

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in marrakech! had a slight mix up with rooms but couldn’t have been handled better, they were spot on, felt traditional and were very clean. Breakfast was stunning every day and the evening meal we had here was unreal, beautiful homemade food, and the staff were super attentive. Great location too.
Staff were super helpful and accommodating, emre, tufuk and the lovely lady all made our stay really comfortable and easy, helped out with communicating with people outside of our stay and even took their own time to make sure we got our transfer safely.
Special mention for tufuk though, he made it feel as though we were part of a family, attention to detail was second to none and he was just the loveliest man.
Will be visiting again for sure❤️

In the heart of Medina there’s this little oasis with just five rooms, a lovely pool and a (even more) lovely man called Taoufik: he cares about every client like he’s part of the family and nowadays it feels so rare to feel at home.
I already know where I’ll sleep when I’ll be back in Marrakech♥️

Beautiful Riad, lovely room, friendly and caring staff who really looked after me. Would definitely recommend. Very close to Laarous Square and about 20 minutes walk from Jamaa al Fnaa Square. Beautiful pool (sit on large comfy cushions and dangle feet), great terrace and good food. Very calm and tranquil.

This Riad is fantastic, it was our first trip to Marrakesh and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay honestly, it’s close to the souls ect so great for walking around. Yes the rooms are a little higgledypiggldie but isn’t that the point of staying in an authentic Moroccan home that was built hundreds of years ago? The sim terrace it beautiful and private and when your feet are tired from all the walking you can sit with let in the little pool, but the think that makes this place really special are the staff who look after your every need 24hrs a day yeah the manager Emre, the night man / chef Tawfik and the lovely Newgate who makes your breakfast and cleans too, it is these three people that will now have myself and my husband returning again and again. Thank you guys for a wonderful holiday see you again soon.

We had the most wonderful experience at Bougainvillea Riad. The rooms are lovely, the aircon is superb. We actually got to choose our room. The bathrooms are clean and tidy and the rooms were turned over every single day. The sheets are clean and light. There is a small pool you can dip your feet in on the bottom floor. The communal area is so pleasant to sit in. The staff were lovely, and made us feel so so welcome the entire time we were there. The breakfast was lovely, simple and light. Just what you need in the heat. The coffee was great, and the peanut butter served with breakfast was delicious. The location is amazing for the Medina, and you're only 20 minutes from the main square. There's a great pickup/drop off point Less than 5 minutes away from the riad. The path is well lit and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. I really cannot recommend this place enough. If I come back to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful holiday, made even more so by everyone at the riad. I recommend you take breakfast on the terrace at least once. There is Wi-Fi as well which is a bonus.

Bougainvillea Riad succeeded our expectations by far! They have clearly put a lot of work into updating the property as the pictures do not do this property justice — the pool was a lovely surprise! We were given a choice of two rooms as we visited just outside of the peak summer time, both were beautiful but the room we chose was absolutely stunning and we can’t fault it at all. We came back after a busy day out every day to find our room clean and bed made. The streets outside are noisy and a little chaotic for those not used to it, but as soon as you walk into the Riad — silence.
We booked half board, so we got our breakfast and dinner at the riad everyday. Everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. They even provided us with dinner on our first night when we checked in at 10pm. The staff were all wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We were both ready to get home to our own beds after a super busy weekend in Marrakech but I was SO sad to be leaving this beautiful, tranquil riad. The most beautiful accommodation I have ever stayed in by far!

The staff at the place were very welcoming and attentive, during my stay everyone was willing to help and make me feel comfortable if I needed anything. I stayed in the last room called Istanbul, something incredible because it was the only room on the terrace, making my stay more private. The room has considerable space, a small room for suitcases and clothes and a double bed with a small sofa next to the bed, which makes everyday life much easier. The bathroom has a unique style, in general it has the necessary space but needs some attention to the sink and shower. My stay for these three days was very comfortable, in addition to having a considerable breakfast made with local products. The Riad is well located and a few metres from one of the souk entrances, great for getting lost and enjoying everything they have to offer. I recommend staying at this Riad, good price, easy location and good service, the details are in the functionality and maintenance of the sink and shower in the room I stayed in. In addition I believe that a redesign of the decor would be more attractive and add value to the place. I wish the employees success as well as the evolution of that Riad, as it has a lot of potential.

What can I say, wonderful welcoming hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The air conditioned room was impeccably clean with tasteful traditional decor. Peaceful, and practical. Plenty of piping.
Hot water for a good soak in the en-suite tiled bathroom. Meals can be enjoyed in the verdant courtyard or on the roof terrace and nezha make THE BEST mint tea in the city HANDS DOWN! (We've tried a few believe me! ) The traditional breakfasts are hearty and set you up perfectly for a day's exploring.
The riad is located a short walk from a bustling intersection with easy access to the old towns labyrinth of market streets and stalls.
You CAN get a nice hotel out of town with a pool and all Inc drinks etc etc etc but you're not in the thick of it which, after all, is what Marrakech is all about to us.

The staff is really nice. But the rooms 🥲 There are no covers on the bedsheets! The bedsheet was stained and disgusting. Bloody bugger in the shower, and fist sized balls of dust under the chairs. Their rooms and overall riad is nicely decorated, but I would never stay there again! Hard pass!

It's been a while in a 2-star hotel (raid). Yes, the paint was coming off the wall in places. However, the place was super clean and tidy. As I was staying only 3 nights and out most of the time, it was a great choice of raids. The staff, the young lad called Emre, was just fabulous, very friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. If you have any questions, he will let you know the best places to go, eat etc. He can speak in a couple of languages also. The French lady was really nice too, shame she couldn't speak English (and a shame I couldn't speak French). Maid service was done each day even for 3 nights stay. The shower was a little small in my room. I was on the bottom floor, and when new arrivals came in during the night (some Americans) were speaking loud outside my door, but didn't spoil my time. On the top floor, you can have breakfast, lunch etc, sunbathe too on the rooftop. The breakfast was good too. Thry slso do dinner, which you will need to book a couple of hours in advance. It's about a 5 min walk to the medina. The area was quiet. They will print your boarding pass, and contact your transport/transfers if it is a marrakech number. I would stay here again. Thank you.
