The owners are very kind and always ready to help you and the included breakfast is really good and fulfilling. Rooms are typical riad rooms, but there is everything you need for a 3 day long stay (the only note is that rooms could be a little cleaner, coming from picky Italians). The location of the riad is good as it is close to the typical attractions of the Medina but it is located in a not so much touristy location. Overall we had a nice experience.
When we flew into Marrakech on September 11th, we had perhaps one of the most stressful journeys as not only did we have delays with our flights, but problems with our taxi driver. We had arrived later than estimated and our taxi driver sadly dropped us off 20 minutes away from our Riad. We were trying to navigate the narrow streets of Marrkech at night with all of our heavy luggage. Eventually after an hour of trying to navigate our way, we found a restaurant which we stood opposite, and messaged the Riad to ask if we could be picked up as we were not sure where we were going. Mohammed himself along with his friend came and picked us up. He not only greeted us with a warm smile and handshake, but even went as far as to take our luggage from us which we felt was really kind of him to do. For the first night, we were given this special room, which was so sweet with fruits, pastries, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Unfortunately we were given another room as this room was only a gift for the night which we would have enjoyed a lot more had we arrived into Marrakech in time and had no issues along the way. But the second room we were given was really nice too. Each morning we were greeted with a lovely home cooked breakfast which was different each day.

Thanks to Mrs Asma, for ensuring that we had a warm and pleasant experience. The service is exceptional. The breakfast is fresh, healthy and delicious. The rooms are neat and clean. During checkout, we had requested for breakfast at 7:30 AM (an hour before the standard breakfast time) — not only was our request granted, we were served warm and tasty food early in the morning. I was also offered hot water with salt at 1:30 AM as I was suffering from a sore throat. Overall, we had one of the best experiences of our trip in this riad, all thanks to Mrs Asma’s hospitality and thoughtfulness.
